The 2 bedrooms had an adjoining ensuite and there were no bedside table lamps so you had to read with the main light on

Needed instructions for washing machine and microwave. Overseas visitors had some difficulty interpreting dials.

This is the nicest apartment we have stayed in our 2 weeks driving around Ireland. Pay & display parking (€2) was available on the road outside the apartment. But the lack of adequate towels and the bed size were a major letdown. Highly recommend McCaffertys at the pier for food & drink.

There were 4 of us but only 2 very thin & threadbare towels were provided. A request to the property host went unanswered. Bedrooms only have double sized beds.

A great location for the town centre. A short walk to some great pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as the main bus stop. Very easy to park. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen/living room had everything you need. Donegal town is a great spot and handy to explore South Donegal. I was going to the Rory Gallagher Festival in Ballyshannon and it was very convenient as a base.

This may be a personal preference, but the living room was pretty cold and the heating unit was locked for 22 degrees celcius. I couldn't tell if the laundry machine was both washer and dryer (drying clothing to wear, not just spinning and draining). The washing function worked fine, but we had never been able to dry clothes despite the functions.

The property was roomy, comfortable, clean and ideally located.

It would have been better if there had been tea towels available and perhaps the welcome booklet could better explain about turning on the power. Also washing machine doesn’t dry.

Clean place. Easy to find. It had a full kitchen, although we did not get to cook. Big living room to relax in. A good stop for a night if in town. We felt safe in the area. The home was large and roomy. Communication was great with owner. We got in late, so didn't really spend much time except to sleep.

Beds a bit uncomfortable. Extra towels and pillow linens for 4 people would of been helpful. No towels to dry hands on in bathrooms. No toiletries except hand soap. Washer, but no dryer, but seems to be the case here in Ireland. But a drying rack would of been nice. Seems most places leave treats for guests, but none here. Extras always make stays more welcoming after travel days.

Perfect location for Donegal Town. Close to the many excellent bars and restaurants and only 2 mins from a riverside walk. Nice and quiet area at night Very swift response from owners to issues raised and problems sorted quickly

There was no microwave, despite one being listed in the details. You cannot control the heating in the main room, the owners control it. There were problems with the system and the main area was very cold at times Beds are on the small side for 2 adults

The first thing that hit me when I walked into apartment was that it was so clean and tidy.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything you needed was in apartment eg kettle fridge etc. Beds were so comfortable and the apartment was lovely and warm.

Unterkunft im Zentrum von Donegal und fußläufig zu allem wichtigen Orten. Der CheckIn war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben auch direkt Parkplätze vor der Tür gefunden.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr steril und wenig gemütlich, auch wenn alles an Ausstattung da ist. Außerdem haben wir Probleme gehabt, die Wohnung richtig warm zu bekommen. Vielleicht wäre es gut gewesen, die Wohnung bereits vor Ankunft ein bisschen vorzuheizen. So war sie bei Ankunft sehr kalt.

Cleanliness poor. Floor was not hoovered, very dirty. Bathroom cleaner was left on the sofa. The washing machine was full of clothes. The towels were stained/dirty apart from 2 of the 6. Headboard was broken in one room. Could not find the tv remote control and messaged the owner. Still waiting for the response...

Central location

There were a few issues such as lack off mirrors, no microwave, only having a 2 seater sofa for 4 guests and the heating would not work upstairs.

Good location

The kitchen in the apartment was not clean. The dishwasher had dishes which have not been washed. Some of the basic stuff like knife, cutting board were missing in the kitchen.

It was a nice and comfortable stay - looked as advertised, perfect for an overnight stay in a great location - 2 minutes from town.

The hot water was turned off, and we weren't informed so it took a while for us to figure out how to turn it on. The kettle also didn’t work.

We booked to stsy here for the night after the 2025 All Ireland to welcome th Donegal Team home. Would highly recommend it for a night away in Dongal town absolutely fabulous location so clean and walking distance to everything. We will definitely try to book it again.

Las camas eran pequeñas e incómodas para 2 personas compartiendo, las 2 camas. Las tuberías no tragaban bien. Subía el agua por la ducha cuando tirabas de la cadena del waterpolo. No había ni estropajo, ni servilletas para 1 sola noche… detallitos.
