Det kunne være en god gestus, hvis der havde været en flaske vand på værelset ved ankomst. Vores ophold var 4 dage. Efter 2 dage fik vi skiftet håndklæder, og det fremgik ikke af værelsesbeskrivelsen. Vil foreslå at skift af håndklæder kunne være på anmodning/tilvalg

Modern appliances. Had everything you would need. Good beds. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable couch. Right in the middle of all of the restaurants and bars. Next door to the Hard Rock Cafe. Bright room. Responsive property management.

Construction next door but didn’t happen every day and only between 8-5. No dressers or storage which was odd as there was plenty of room for it.

Our host (owner) Raquel was very responsive. Any message I sent she responded promptly.. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy. The nice beds and linens added to our great sleeps. We couldn't have asked for a better location. If I were returning to Porto I would definitely stay at Almarela again. We felt very welcome here.

Host Raquel’s communication was fantastic. Loved the morning delivery of a yummy substantial continental breakfast. Location was fantastic - central to everything. Definitely recommend and good to come back.

A little noisy at times due to some ongoing renovations at neighbouring building but not enough to stop us staying again.

Os cortinados estavam velhos e entrava sol - o que para acordar e um bebé não foi muito fácil.

We loved the location, the layout and decor of the apartment.

Everything was bright and cheery. The space was well laid out.. did not feel crowded despite two of us sharing the space. The mattresses were great and so good to fall asleep in, after a tiring day!

There was no washer dryer, and when you have a longer stay, that becomes important

Sao Bento駅や観光スポットからのアクセスがよく、チェックインの時間前に到着しても建物内のロッカーに荷物を預けることができるので非常に便利です。建物にはエレベーターがあり、部屋も広くて快適で、清掃も行き届いていています。調理器具なども充実していて料理をすることもできます。ランドリーはありませんが、それが気にならないほど素晴らしい宿泊施設です。

これはオペレーションの問題ではありませんが、近隣に飲食店が多く、遅くまで外からの声が聞こえてきます。気になる人は睡眠の妨げになるかもしれないので気をつけてください。途中で起きることもありましたが、総じてぐっすり眠ることができました。

The room was exactly like the picture showed on booking app. The apartment is clean and bedding is comfortable. The location is convenient for sightseeing and most places are within walking distance. The owner proactively contact us before check-in & out to arrange entry access.

There’s a convenience store next to the apartment building and it opens until 1 am. The people who operate this store chat on the street until past midnight every night during our stay. Although the room has brand new windows, even after all windows are locked and blinds are lowered, we can clearly hear their voices in the night.

The building is located very centrally and well connected. The room was beautiful and the building has character. It was well equipped with everything one needs for a few days (cutlery, fridge, tools). The host was very friendly and accomodating.

Porto as a city is not very stroller friendly and the elevator is thight, so we had to partly disassemble our stroller to use it

La limpieza, la decoración y la iluminación natural. El desayuno es espectacular: completo, todo riquísimo y preparado con detalles muy delicados. Raquel fue súper amable!!!!

De locatie (2 minuten van het hoofdstation), de grote ruimte, goede communicatie met de host en alle faciliteiten (keuken, badkamer tiptop)

Não gostei que entre funcionários não houve uma comunicação eficaz ao ponto de a proprietária da casa ter dado autorização para colocar o bolo no frigorífico e fizemos isso com a presença de um membro da limpeza e dps voltámos ao apartamento e viemos a descobrir que o bolo tinha sido deitado ao lixo (novo) por um outro funcionário que haveria ter ido lá dps e nem sequer houve comunicação entre estas 3 pessoas

Déjà, la réactivité et toutes les demandes sont gérés efficacement par la personne qui nous a hébergé. L'hébergement est loin de rien énormément de choses à faire et a voir dans un périmètre de 30 a 45 minutes à pied. Pour certaines choses moins d'un quart d'heure. Restaurant, MONUMENTS... accès facile. Tout le descriptif fourni est vraiment réel, mais précisons que le service apporte le plus en plus. Raquel a tout fait pour qu'on passe un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement son hébergement.

Unsere Unterkunft lag im 4. Stockwerk (mit Fahrstuhl) eines Appartementhauses, ist sehr geräumig und liegt zentrumsnah an einigen interessanten Gebäuden und Bauwerken. Sie ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut ausgestattet und sauber. Rachel, war unsere Ansprechperson, ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns kurzfristig einen Transport zum Airport Porto besorgt, da unser Rückflug zeitig war und die Metro erst ab 6:00 Uhr fährt.

Wir sind sehr zwiegespalten. Porto ist eine tolle Stadt mit sehr vielen Touristen. Dieses Appartementhaus hat einige Unterkünfte ausschließlich für Touristen. Unsere Befürchtung ist, dass Porto in Zukunft das selbe Schicksal teilt, welches bereits Lissabon, Barcelona, etc hat. Die eigentlichen Einwohner werden sich die Mieten in der Stadt nicht mehr leisten können. Wir werden in Zukunft auf Hotels zurück greifen. Es wird sehr viel gebaut. Sowohl auf der Vorder- als auch auf der Hinterseite ist Baustelle. Für einen Rückzug mitten am Tag ungeeignet.

De locatie was ideaal. Goede plek om heel Porto te ontdekken.

De twee kussens vond ik te groot en te hard liggen. Een kleiner of zachter kussen erbij, zou prettig zijn.

Das Apartment liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Porto. Es ist trotzdem ruhig und wir fühlten uns sicher! Ein kleiner Kiosk ist direkt nebenan und wir haben alles zu Fuß erkundet :) Raquel und ihr Team sind großartig, super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten einige Fragen und "Sonderwünsche" und uns wurde immer weitergeholfen. Ein Highlight war für uns die morgendliche Frühstückslieferung :) frisches Obst, Brötchen und Süßes, auch frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Kaffee waren dabei! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Apartment von Herzen empfehlen!

就在城市中心點，到哪邊都非常方便，徒步可抵達。check out 之後免費（需要先自備兩歐元）的存放行李，真的非常體貼。

要是有洗衣機就更棒了，後面的大樓在整修，早上準時八點開工，完全沒辦法睡晚一點，但這不是住宿方的問題

住宿地点一流，都可以步行抵达，离市政厅非常近，离教堂，大桥都是步行范围，黄色的门很漂亮，床铺舒适，厨房好用，房东非常靠谱，热情

Underligt ikke at møde et menneske. Vi havde problemer med at komme ind, da der var fejl i koden til låsen, og vi havde lidt problemer med at komme i kontakt med ejeren

What a great, spacious apartment! It felt like home. The layout allowed a very functional, comfortable use of space. The floor to ceiling windows/doors allowed such beautiful light when you open the shutters. Being summertime, we appreciated the efficient and cold air conditioning, too! Entry is simple as our host sent clear instructions. The property has clearly been carefully renovated- everything is pristine. Even though we didn’t use them, I really appreciated the luggage lockers made available onsite should a guest arrive before the check in time. The location is also easily walkable to all of the historic sites around Porto- there are so many interesting spaces and side streets to explore within minutes from your doorstep! Guests should expect that since this space is in the heart of the city, we heard traffic and construction noises, but not at unreasonable levels or times. This was part of the area’s charm for us and in no way negatively impacted our stay. We look forward to an opportunity to return!

Appartamento in zona centrale a due passi dalla fermata metro e vicinissimo alla stazione di sao bento. Cucina attrezzata con il necessario. Buon livello di pulizia. Abbiamo viaggiato con un neonato, ci hanno fatto trovare come regalo all’interno della culla per il bimbo un peluche

Unica pecca i letti sono singoli e vengono uniti per fare il letto matrimoniale e abbiamo dovuto inventare qualcosa per far riposare il bimbo al centro

Spacious and well appointed with kitchenette

It was over 100 degrees and the room we were assigned did not have an AC. The room was advertised as with AC. However the host quickly put us in another room for 2 out of 3 days which was a big help. Thanks Raquel for your flexibility and kindness. We managed with a fan in the original apartment the last day but it was not as hot which helped. I realize Porto is not supposed to be this hot, but staying without AC in this weather is quite difficult. Suggest investing in a unit. Host was very communicative and nice. And I give her 10/10 for that. Apartment very centrally located and nice.

The sound and light proofing were needed to help us survive our jet lag! The room was nice and we had all that we needed in the kitchen. Be aware that there is no A/C if you are visiting in the summer. There is a floor fan provided.

El apartamento está bien equipado en lo que respecta a mobiliario Y equipamento. Estaba limpio. Está muy céntrico, en una calle estrecha cerca de la avenida de los Aliados

No tiene aire acondicionado ni calefacción. Sorprende porque ha sido renovado no hace mucho tiempo. En nuestro caso nos quedamos en plena ola de calor y la falta de refrigeración se notó mucho

Same entry code to the building and apartment. Good location in the center of Porto. All the sightseeing spots are within walking distance.

I chose these apartments based on other guests’ reviews, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main train station, which made getting around Porto very convenient.There is a small store open late right next to the building, so if you arrive and need water or snacks, everything is easily accessible.The building has four floors and an elevator, which is very helpful. There are also lockers available for luggage storage, but make sure to have a €2 coin with you.The apartment itself had everything we needed: a microwave, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, and tea. Basic essentials such as olive oil and salt were also provided.

The rooms face either the street or the inner courtyard, and there is construction work on both sides of the building. However, this seems to be common throughout Porto, as we could hear construction noise in many parts of the city while walking around. It did not significantly affect our stay, but guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware of it.

Our stay at Almarela Apartments was outstanding! Starting with our great communication with Raquel, she helped us every step of the way. The apartment was centrally located from everywhere we wanted to go in Porto and very secure. Wonderfully large in size, it was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities and even more than we needed! Breakfast was delivered and what a delight! So much delicious food included as if we were in a restaurant! The price of our two night stay was great and we are hoping in the future to stay again and even longer. We would definitely recommend all to stay here and are very grateful to Raquel and the fantastic apartment we got to have our amazing first trip to Porto to stay in!

I'm so sorry for losing the key, and thank you so much for your help this morning. We really enjoyed your hotel; the location was very convenient. We had a wonderful two days and two nights , and we are truly grateful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends who come to Porto.

This apartment was in a great location! So easy to walk to everything. The bed was big and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. It seemed like the property was pretty newly renovated. It was so handy having lockers to store our luggage in. Just make sure you have a two euro coin. You will get it back when you put the key back in. I would be happy to stay here again!

8 點早餐就會送到門口，有4種小麵包，可以吃飽。淋浴間算大廚房廚具碗盤充足，可惜沒有洗衣機。從聖本篤車站走到公寓在10分鐘以內，步行可以到許多景點，位置佳。房間寬敞床很舒服。我們下午1點左右到達，經由連繫得知無法提早入住但是可以把行李放在大型置物櫃內很方便。

早餐內容可以再加強，如提供咖啡、增多火腿或蛋。可惜沒有洗衣機。

Location. Communication with Raquel was excellent ( timeous, courteous and clear). Staff went out of their way to accommodate our early arrival. Fantastic location ( sites, coffee shops which is important, access to metros and train) . Clean with best showers we had doing the Camino. Definitely book there again
