The security at the gate would not let our pick up drive in to collect us.We had to walk down with our suitcase and bags. They told us not tour companies are allowed to drive in.

No table knives in the apartment -there was one sharp Kitchen knife thank you. No drinking glasses. Our experience has always been that basics such as a small amount of salt pepper and cooking oil are provided. There was none. The owners of this unit are banned from renting the apartment to us. I have documentation. This made us feel most uncomfortable. Booking.com and emails claim payment cannot be made due to incorrect credit details yet full payment was deducted on September 24. This must be corrected. Thank you
