This apartment is perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, plenty of room. Three bathrooms when you have a group of people is great. Wifi was great, the property managers were wonderful, and attended to all of our needs. The location was good, not to close to the noisy hustle and bustle of Cairo, but near enough to everything, and only 15 minutes from the airport. Anything you need is close by. Lastly, the price is very affordable. Don't think twice and just book it.

Refer my previous comments. Add some more comments. No response after 3 or 4 days from owner after room booking was confirmed and paid. Unable to contact due to saudi number. Dont let people thinking owner are the scammer because only last minutes contact the tenant. It is really BULLSHIT bad experience as I almost booked for another hotel and lost my USD300 for these 3 days booking cost 300 USD. Why do you not provide all these stuff and your cousin Ashraf are another BULLSHIT and very rude. Do you expect, as a traveller, I have to buy or bring, towel, toilet mat, kitchen mat or rug, liquid body wash, liquid dish and no drinking water. Frankly speaking, I have used 4 pillow bed cover for toilet floor mat and kitchen rug/mat. B

Willing to pay although expensive due to near to my daughter hostel and looking for 3 rooms + 3 bath apartment for my 5 person family needs. This is my 5th and last apartment / hotel during my 12 days in cairo, luxor and alexandria before go back to Malaysia. Pay for 3 night from 2 bookings, 1st booking for 2 nights from 25th to 27th. And 2nd booking for 1 night on 24th Oct 2024.

Although, my 1st booking done and paid 3 or 4 days earlier and my 2nd booking was made and paid during my travel from Alexandria, but nobody from owner sent the whatsapp or email how to enter and check in to the apartment. By right, owner should contact me how to enter and check in to the apartment from my 1st booking. I try call the owner number as shown in the booking but the number is saudi arabia number and can't connected. I was thinking the owner try to scam me and try to cancel the booking for the 1st booking, but the payment is locked and not refundable. Total for 3 days I paid around 300USD paid. I got angry with the owner because no info how to enter the apartment and I already arrived in cairo. I almost book for another hotel until last minute the owner call me. I almost lost 300 usd due to unresponsive owner. The owner pass the contact number of his cousin name Ashraf. My 2nd dissapointing start when enter the apartment, almost everthing not provided, no body towel, no toiletries (only empty liquid body bottle), no toilet and kitchen mat, no toilet tissue, no kitchen rag and kitchen tissue, no dish liquid, no drinking water. When I request to Ashraf he say NO. But he bought only 2 rubber welcome mat (LOL) which is not suitable to use as a toliet mat. Frankly speaking, I have to used the 4 spare pillow bed cover as a toilet and kitchen mat to dry and wipe my base foot. Be careful to new potential tenant. Then I complaint to owner as I stay for 3 days and not satisfied without everthing above. As a courtesy, he told me to inform ashraf to buy all these stuff. And I told him o provide everthing except liquid dish. Next day he came with only toilet and roll tissue, body liquid wash and surprising with liquid dish which is he knows very important. He quarrel with me with heated arguement with saying that all egypt apartment not provide all that stuff. I respond back to him, i have no issue with other apartment, I stayed before.

Very elegant and luxurious. Feels like 5 star suite.

Location of the property is very good . The owner is very helpful . The care taker (حارث العمارة ) and his family are very helpful. Very good Internet service .

Nothing . Very good flat . Very good support from the owner .
