Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Friendly staff, very accomodating and helpful. Room was good, bed was comfortable and plenty of space to park a car or motorbike. At night the lights and decorations were quite appealing. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well.
The room is a bit for small for two people, more suited for a single guest or traveller, as is the toilet and shower which was quite small and narrow.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025We really loved our stay here. The staff make this place - they are extremely professional, hospitable and courteous. Special mention to Jessalyn, Kevin and Dave from housekeeping, Jeremy and Kiana in reception and Jonathan the security guard. The deluxe suites are spacious for 2 people the only issue we had with suite 10 is the shower drainage is not effective as the water goes all over the bathroom floor. The bathrooms are quite little and there is little space to store your things. For this place to really thrive and be a great destination for tourists, they need a swimming pool installed.
Bathrooms are small. Each breakfast included rice. There was no other option. The entrance to the suites is quite dark at night. Extra lighting is required.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2025Absolutely amazing staff from the very welcome via e-mail, offering free transport from the airport to the buenaventura (which we gladly accepted úpon our departure). Very friendly, kind people there, keeping one of my luggages there for a week, preparing early breakfast just because of our early check out And So much more). Accomodation by itself might be little bit Tiny (to fully open the door into the barhro Is almost impossible , hit myself many times in many places by many things, but still quite comfortable with huge garrage that can have multiple usage etc. place Is still developing, they have beautiful Gardena with comfortable tent, even the small church Is being built 😂☺️ thank you so much Once again, hope to be back again ☺️ location Is quiet but still very close to everywhere. Deffinitely Worth a visit! Wish you all the best, Lada (And Josephine)

Reviewed Nov 19, 2024The entire place was a hidden gem. We did not expect that this place was as beautiful as what you see in their pictures. Expectation vs Reality = 100% met! The staff is friendly and nice. They are very accommodating. We checked in late, but they still accommodated and assisted us. They even offered to order food from their cafe (Cafe Buenaventura) for us and they delivered it to our room. The food itself is wonderful and tasty. The serving is American size so each meal is meant for 2-3 person. The price is reasonably fair. The room was big enough for our overnight stay and clean. We also had parking right beside our room. Which is nice because this means we do not have to think about security.
Nothing to dislike.
