Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Perfetto per girare il centro e ripararsi nelle ore più calde. La posizione era perfetta per visitare il centro. Cucina funzionante e perfetta per pasti veloci e anche più complessi. La piscina è un quel qualcosa in più che in un periodo del genere ti fa fare una pausa rinfrescante e rigenerante.
Non c’era un tavolo da pranzo classico, ma un bancone da bar per poggiarsi e mangiare. Il bidet era assente. Il fatto di non avere una reception o un portiere fisico è un malus non indifferente. Se hai bisogno di chiedere qualcosa non c’è nessuno a cui chiedere, solo una chat su whatsapp.

I especially liked the huge bed and the shower (good water pressure and temperature) I mostly used the lower floor so I can’t say much about the kitchen and the living room. Its location was perfect as well, Restaurants, supermarkets and main attractions were just a few minutes walk from me. The pool was so nice as well, taking a dip next to an old cathedral was an once in a lifetime experience. *Bonus tips: It’s in a busy area so If you are sensitive to sounds at night, bring a pair of earplugs * Try the restaurant down below (Casa Toni). Delicious food, I had the most amazing paella !!!

The apartment is very small, for 3 people is indeed a minimum. Once we deployed the sofa bed it became difficult to move around. On the other hand it's very clean, fully equipped and with a small but nice terrace on the roof top to share with all the other guests.

It’s got the bare minimum in terms of facilities. It’s not really designed for self catering. There’s a hob, no oven. The couch is plastic (great for the incontinent); none of the chairs are comfortable. The towels are gross. The notes about makeup stains are amusing. The “white” towels look like something you’d think twice about cleaning your floors with. We were left with 10 hangers for four people. We complained and got an extra rail.

A limpeza é evidente contudo nos pontos altos e outrosde mais difícil acesso (ao pé do micro ondas) precisa de alguma atenção.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Ubicación excepcional. Apartamento limpio, amplio y cómodo. Muy versátil cuando viajas en grupo, a nosotras los 3 baños nos vinieron genial. El código de la puerta lo hace todo mucho más fácil así no hay que estar peleando por las llaves. Los anfitriones nos respondieron enseguida a todas las dudas y preguntas. Todo genial.
El menaje en la cocina es escaso. El check-out era a las 11h y a las 10h nos llamó la señora de la limpieza a la puerta para recordárnoslo cuando ya lo teníamos en mente y estábamos recogiendo, no lo entendimos muy bien.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Super appartement bien situé! Central pour visiter Séville à pieds ! Au calme, propre il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur pour cuisiner/laver son linge/lave vaisselle ... Il y a la clim dans la pièce principale ainsi que dans la chambre L'accès se fait par un code donc en toute autonomie et pas besoin d'avoir clé au quotidien. Il y a un service de consigne pour les bagages très pratique et également un système de navette pour l'aéroport Ils sont très réactifs dès que nous avons des questions. La piscine sur le toit est appréciable
Le matelas du canapé-lit n'est pas très épais sur 3 nuits ça va mais plus longtemps cela aurait été contraignant. Un détail mais il y avait 2 oreillers et un long (pas très pratique) avec la housse d'un oreiller simple.

La gestione da remoto è super attenta e risponde alle vostre esigenze. C'è la macchinetta del caffè con cialde che avevo espressamente richiesto qualcuna in più e sono stata accontentata. Troverete anche bollitore, frigo, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La posizione è ottima e a pochi metri da casa ci sono tanti posti anche per la colazione. Tutto corrisponde alle foto. Location top!

De bank in de huiskamer. Die was niet comfortabel om te zitten. Eventueel i.p.v. de hocker een comfortabele stoel. Zwembad is 50 cm diep. Als het warm is dan is het te heet om bovenop het dakterras te zitten.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war perfekt um die City zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Im Wohnzimmer wäre noch eine Aufbettung möglich gewesen. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war sehr schön zum Erfrischen.
Es gab wenig Verstaumöglichkeit für Kleidung und die Hocker am Esstisch waren nicht sehr bequem.

A couple of times there was a smell from the drains when entering the lobby and apartment but this was not a major issue.

Trattandosi di appartamento non vengono fatte pulizie durante il soggiorno e non c era neppure una piccola bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Totalmente vuoto. Inoltre, una volta entrata e sistemata, qualcuno dello staff è entrato in camera facendomi spaventare tantissimo! Avevano promesso di farsi perdonare l'accaduto ma non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla. Letto alla francese scomodo per 2 persone.

The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the roof terrace as well. It was very easy to get in with the codes, and the host was accessible, communication was smooth. They even helped us with finding a luggage storage space (with discounted price) and booked taxi transfer to the airport.

Outside noise made it impossible to sleep, we asked the reception team to change apartments for our second night hoping to get at least some sleep, and we were told nobody was leaving that day so no free apartments were available. We saw the housekeeping team cleaning at least three apartments which were departures that day and our surprise was when we enquired again, we were told that these apartments were for new customers arriving that same day. Zero trust in anything that reception tells you.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Konumu mükemmeldi, balkonu olması ve terasa bakması da keyifliydi. Sabah çan sesleri, kuş sesleri ve insan sesleriyle uyandık, Sevilla’yı hissettik gerçekten. Oda oldukça temizdi ve yatak rahattı.
Oda 2 kişi için küçük ve konforsuzdu, bavul koyacak yer bulmakta zorlandık. Açık raflar dolap görevi görmüyordu. Banyo aşırı küçüktü, lavabosu da dışardaydı ve küçüktü. Özellikle kadın misafirler için (kozmetik ürünlerini koymak için vb.) çok kullanışsızdı. 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen 1 adet el ve yüz havlusu vardı. Astım ve alerjim var, girdiğimizde oda kokusu o kadar yoğundu ki nereden geldiğini bulup kokuyu fişten çıkardıktan sonra odayı 1 gün boyunca havalandırmak zorunda kaldım ve yine de geçmedi.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026La ubicación inmejorable en el corazón de Sevilla y caminando a pocos minutos de la catedral, el Real Alcazar. Si buscas una estancia renovada, actual y cómoda, pero con el encanto de tener alrededor edificios y barrios tradicionales de Sevilla este es el sitio, la cama confortable, todas las instalaciones renovadas, la limpieza excelente. Accesibilidad perfecta y nada de ruidos ni en el edificio ni en la calle.

Scale esterne per accedere alla stanza, mancanza bidet, piscina non utilizzabile che era con acqua fredda nonostante fosse marzoz cuscino da cambiare
