Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had a very convenient stay in Rome, especially because of the location. The apartment is very close to Roma Termini Station and also just a short walk from the bus that goes directly to the airport, which made getting to the airport very easy. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable, although not very large. Our room had a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bedroom, a small refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning. There is also a shared dining area and kitchen. Overall, this is a great option if you are looking for a convenient place to stay near Termini Station with easy access to public transportation and the airport. The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026When I booked this place a wasn't really aware that it was basically an VRBO apartment or room rental. I didn't expect that on Booking.com, and I think that could have been more apparent in the listing. Instructions on how to access the property seemed a bit convoluted at first, BUT when you arrived at the property were easily understandable. The location is incredible from an ease of use and transportation point of view. Across the street from Termini station BUT it didn't seem like it was across the street from a train station. It felt like it was in a neighborhood. The room was very comfortable. Communication through WhatsApp worked great. I'd stay here again for sure. It may not be a fit for everyone, but if it fits the profile of what you need, you'll like it.

Reviewed May 30, 2026The guest room was very comfortable! It was close to the train station which was very convenient for us, and it was quiet. It is very clean with good amenities provided, and self check in is easy. It is also very easy to contact the host Marco. We will definitely choose to stay again when in Rome!
There was a short power outage in the building which was not the host's fault, as it may have been caused by the weather, but the emergency alarm and exit signs turned on, so at least it is very safe! But guests should keep in mind that in an event like this where the elevator cannot work, it may be hard for elderly or disabled people to climb the stairs. Regardless, for us it was still a 10/10!

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Great location next to train station.
Access to the property is challenging, you have to climb a set of steps, dragging luggage to get to the elevator. Elevator is antiquated, requires ever passenger to securely close the doors, before anyone else can use it. This creates a lot of step climbing, because previous passengers didn’t properly close the doors. This unit is on the 5th floor.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026I loved this hotel! The room was perfect for me and my friend. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed here from a Wednesday night to Friday morning then took a train to the next location. The hotel was right next to the train and metro station which made it super easy for traveling to the Vatican, around the city, and when we left Rome. Although the hotel was right next to the train station, we did not hear any noise from it! The staff was soo helpful with check in, check out, directions and everything else. Marco specifically was texting to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we could get into the room. We arrived after our check in time due to a delayed flight and he was super accommodating to us!
