Ferienhaus Kollinger

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Chris’s property in Kaprun as a family of six (2 adults and 4 children). The house is spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and offers complete privacy with beautiful views. It is fully equipped with everything you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the bidet spray (shattaf) in the downstairs bathroom, which was a thoughtful addition for us. The location is excellent, with all the main attractions in and around Kaprun just a short walk or drive away. Although Chris was unfortunately away during our stay, he remained in constant contact with us. He regularly checked that everything was going well, responded quickly to every WhatsApp message, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and hospitality truly stood out. One gesture we particularly appreciated was allowing us to stay for a few extra hours on our last day, giving us more flexibility and a much more relaxed departure before heading to our next destination. It made a real difference to our family. Chris also provides a welcome guide in Arabic for Arab guests, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. We had an amazing stay, and thanks to Chris’s outstanding hospitality, this property will definitely be our first choice whenever we visit Kaprun again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was excellent. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was very well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and communication with the host was great. Nothing to complain about.

Splendid townhouse in a fair location, clean, stylish, spacious in a silent area. Best equipped kitchen I have wver seen in a rental :)

Worth considering installing sauna downstairs and some outer patio to spend time outside.

لا يوجد موقف للسيارات الكبيره فقط موقف واحد لسياره صغيره

صاحبة المكان وابنها محترمين جداً وخدومين والبيت جداً مريح ويمتاز بخصوصية تامة، كل شيء متوفر والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل، اقمت فالمنزل لمدة 11 ليله والحمدلله لم انزعج من اي شيء.

The arrival and all the arrangements were superb. Chris’s FAQ answered most questions even before we arrived :) During our stay, my car battery died, and I needed help with tools and advice on where to buy a new one. Chris was always nearby, ready with the right tool or a tip on where to go. He is truly an exceptional host. The accommodation was immaculate, with every detail perfectly prepared. The kitchen, designed to accommodate two families, was excellently equipped. Overall, the house is beautifully decorated, featuring a stylish design and an incredibly cozy atmosphere. And on clear days, the view of the Kitzsteinhorn from the kitchen is a wonderful bonus.

The only drawback I’d note is the beds and their overly soft mattresses, which cause you to sink in a bit while sleeping.

I'm not sure where to start. This was such an enjoyable location. I'll start with what I think represented our host so much: we left one morning to explore the area and it was good weather. Before leaving we left our laundry drying outside. During the day we suddenly noticed it started raining and thought our laundry will be all wet. When coming back we saw they have "saved" our laundry by placing in a protected area. WOW! Starting the day with a smile from the host, getting a tour of their garden and animals was such a lovely experience for us and our kids. We got great recommendations on what to do, where to buy meat for our BBQ and generally communication was very comfortable over WhatsApp. The location itself is well maintained with large bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Spacious bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher. The host has provided us with all relevant dishwasher/laundry/dispenser soaps and well as wood and coal for BBQ.
