I would consider this nitpicking but the bed wasn't so comfy, and that is about it.

The bath shower power was very weak it took a long time to shower. There was a big cockroach moving around the kitchen and dining area. The block was behind the mall, not quite convenient for us to walk over when we have completed the seminar from the hotel. As the mall connecting door to the block closed at 10pm.
