Light switches were not clean and the folding door on kitchen side had food residue on. The main bathroom shower door did not close properly, need just a bit of maintenance and fresh paint, can see it is well kept, but age is creeping in

We had a very bad smell from dustbin and sink cupboards from previous guests that left shellfish in dustbin. Staff did try to clean but smell didn’t go away. Would also have liked a mirror and dressing table in the room.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025The tiles used on the floor are NOT SAFE when wet, particularly for elderly people. I am surprised you have not had a bad accident with someone slipping on the wet tiles outside. The parking arrangement is not up to standard - when you pay so much for accomm you should not have to hassle with parking several times a day - needs to be sorted out. The ice feature in the machine didn't work - again, not acceptable when you are paying the price we paid. The oven is gas, which is unusual so should be highlighted - we struggled forever before realisign that ourselves. The frying pan is ridiculous for a place of this calibre and certainly not up to the standard of the other equipment provided.

We did not like the dining table. It’s very small. It’s not ideal. Also it would have been nice to have had an outside table. There is no mirror to dry my hair and to get dressed. The bathroom socket is not meant for a hairdryer. Although the kitchen is well equipped the small frying pan is not enough to cook breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Lovely apartment with an absolutely fantastic view over the ocean. Well equipped kitchen, although our fancy coffee machine failed the first day. The manager quickly supplied us with some Nespresso pods for the second coffee machine. Comfortable living room and beds. Great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. Heating and air conditioning.worked well, and we needed them both during our stay. We were two couples travelling and the manager did not automatically supply two sets of keys, but was able to get us a second set in the second day.
Make sure you specify in advance if you need a second set of keys. The oil and vinegar in the apartment were old and rancid, (lthough I did not mention this to the manager who probably would have replaced it during our stay)

Reviewed Dec 25, 2024The apartment is amazing and very upmarket with all amenities. The service by the lady that met us was great and they communicated with us all the way via WhatsApp. We loved walking out onto the beach and to the Paternostes Waterfront and back and walking to the restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony and reading while watching the sun going down. It was our best accommodation on our 2 week road trip.
The price is steep compared to what we paid elsewhere, we stayed two days all over and then moved on for 2 weeks. This accommodation was hectic. I was under the impression that we paid for a lady to come iron/clean but no one arrived. I just needed help with a bit of ironing after I had done the washing, the apartment did not need a clean.

Our glass had not been cleaned on our balcony. I couldn’t find anyone to report this to as the lady was off for the day. A Wednesday! So nobody could help. We bought our own windolene and cleaned it. For the price we were paying we should not have had to do that.

The shower door in the main bathroom does not shut, the hot and cold water indicators in the main bedroom shower were swapped around, the stacker door onto the patio was damaged. The ice maker did not dispense ice.
