Sehr geschmackvoll und stylisch aber dennoch gemütlich! Zimmer und Bad waren schön groß und das Bett (mit toller Bettwäsche) sehr bequem. Kleine aber feine Kochnische mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt eine fantastische Dachterasse mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Toller Bäcker im selben Haus mit super Frühstücksangebot.

Zu wenig Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und umständlicher Zugang von dort zur Rezeption, da wir von der TG aus vor dem Einchecken keinen Zugang hatten.

Ich habe geschäftlich ein Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht, und vorab bezahlt, da der vorab check in bzw. Self check in nicht geklappt hat und ich nicht pünktlich zu Rezeptionszeiten angereist bin wurde mein Zimmer anderweitig vergeben und mir natürlich berechnet und den neuen Kunden auch… Personal hat sich um nichts gekümmert und mich einfach abgewiesen mit dem hinweis, dass nichts machbar wäre und die Manager sich darum kümmern müssten, diese aber zufälligerweise schwer zu greifen sind und nicht erreichbar. Da das Hote vollständig ausgebucht war, musste ich ein anderes Hotel buchen… So ein Verhalten gegenüber Gästen, die sogar die Übernachtung vorfinanzieren, ist bei einem Hotel im vermeintlichen Premiumsegment nicht hinnehmbar und höchst unprofessionell.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben auch den Co-Working Bereich genutzt, der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Gemütliche Zimmer, alles sauber und funktional, gute Lage. Frühstück beim Bäcker im Haus war auch ok. Tiefgarage war verfügbar, war praktisch.

Comfortable room especially for a family, Bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the city center/ old town in 10 mins. We had a car and they have a car park right under the hotel (at a cost) which was very convenient for us.

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt im Cocoon an der Theresienwiese. Wir kamen erst gegen 21h im Hotel an und wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns noch diverse Tips für unser Wochenende in München gegeben. Das Zimmer war riesig, sehr stylisch eingerichtet und trotzdem gemütlich. Die Kinder haben die gemütlichen Etagenbetten geliebt. Auch der Aufenthaltsbereich bei der Lobby war sehr gemütlich. Parkplätze hatte es direkt im Hotel und für das Frühstück sind wir jeweils in das Kaffee im selben Haus gegangen. Wir waren begeistert und kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Bett ist gross und die Dusche ganz okey. In unserem Zimmer war es grundsätzlich ruhig, kein Straßenlärm. Es hat eine Klimaanlage. Es liegt direkt am Oktoberfest.

Das Hotel ist für Introvertierte, wer gerne Kontakt mit dem Personal hat ist hier falsch. Es gibt 1 Ansprechperson, die macht die Bar und sollte wohl bei Fragen unterstützen. Check In/out total Digital. Sie machen alles selber. Reinigung des Zimmers nur auf Anfrage, für was der Hänger (nicht stören/ reinigen) ist, ist mir schleierhaft. Im Hotel selbst muss man alles extra buchen, wie z.B den Creativ Hub ein großzügiger Arbeitsbereich. Das Hotel sieht zwar hipp aus ist aber nicht wirklich zweckdienlich. Solange sie nur im Zimmer schlafen ist es ok. Zu 2 muss die 2 Person schon klettern, da die Betten nur von einer Seite begehbar sind. Die Dusche besteht aus 2 Türen, somit sich das Wasser auch ganz sicher im Bad verteilt. Ablagefläche ist im Zimmer eher spärlich aufzufinden. Dafür leget man grossen Wert auf Spiegel, sie können sich in ihrem Zimmer rundum zu jeder Zeit selbst betrachten. Die Lüftung des Badezimmers arbeitet vorzüglich 24h, mann kann sich nicht abschalten, also ist ständig ein Lüftungsgeräusch zuhören. Um die Innenstadt zu besichtigen ist mit einer Wegzeit von 40min zu rechnen. Für das sie alles selber machen ist es zu teuer. Die Garage kostet zusätzlich. Getränke aus dem Community Hub werden bei Entnahme direkt auf ihre Kreditkarte belastet. Zusammfassung: Wenn sie alleine auf Geschäftsreise sind und neben bei im Hotel arbeiten müssen ist das ihr Hotel. Sonst für Introvertierte ebenfalls eine gute Lösung. Wer wie ich gerne Kontakt mit Menschen, Service und Urlaubsfeeling hat ist hier falsch. Bild= Check In

The communal areas were great, our kids loved the chair swings. The room was well appointed and the kids bunk beds worked well.

I think there was some engineering works on the u bahn, so there wasn't an easy option to get into Central munich. Luckily our kids are a bit older so they could walk the distance.

La camera pulita e silenziosa, adatta per massimo 3 persone, si trova in un quartiere molto carino e tranquillo di Monaco, è ben servita dai trasporti pubblici. È in un aparthotel e perciò dotata di una cucina con tutto ciò che serve ed anche di lavastoviglie. Al secondo piano si trova un bar in cui passare piacevolmente un po' di tempo anche con i bambini perché ha delle zone adatte a farli giocare. Si possono utilizzare, a pagamento lavatrice e asciugatrice. Consigliatissimo

Hôtel sympathique, chambres confortables et agréable terrasse en rooftop. Pas de petit déjeuner mais boulangerie au pied de l’hôtel. Personnel aux petits soins.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a lovely café right downstairs, which is very convenient, and you can easily get coffee without even having to leave the hotel. The hotel also has very convenient parking, which is a big plus, especially if you are traveling by car. Overall, a great location and a very convenient place to stay!

One downside is that the rooms do not have air conditioning, which can make the room a little warm during the summer. A fan in the room would be a great addition.

Everything was perfect, including the organization, the structure, the location of the hotel, and the staff. It was a perfect stay, very comfortable and close to a bus station to facilitate travel.

Brak możliwości rezerwacji parkingu podziemnego. Wieczorna obsługa recepcji nie była w stanie precyzyjnie wskazać gdzie i na jakich zasadach w okolicy można zaparkować samochód w sytuacji kiedy parking hotelu był całkowicie zajęty.

Top modern, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Blick vom Flur und der Dachterrasse war klasse.

Es wurde leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. In den Ecken war es noch sehr staubig.

Los trabajadores muy amables, la habitación con terraza para 2 adultos y un niño de 3 años ha estado bien, la cama muy cómoda, tienes agua fría siempre que la necesitas gratis en recepción, tienes una parada de bus de la línea 62 justo en la puerta.

Tienes que pedir expresamente que te limpien la habitación, si cocinas alguna cosa tienes que tener en cuenta que no hay extracción en la cocina

Estaba todo muy limpio(el baño impecable), y a mi me gustó la habitación. La cama era cómoda. Zona tranquila fácil de llegar en transporte publico. La zona de la azotea, donde se puede estar es genial

Pocos utensilios para cocinar. No me respondieron a un mail, antes de ir, para saber si podía dejar consignadas las maletas antes de entrar, al final lo hicimos en la estación de tren

Erg schoon, kamer was niet groot maar niet te klein. Kitchenette goed bruikbaar en leuk dat er nog een balkonnetje bij zat. Er was een gemeenschappelijke ruimte wat erg fijn was, en gratis fruit en (prik)water was een fijne toevoeging.

Het was net iets buiten de centrale bezienswaardigheden gelegen. Gelukkig was de verbinding met het openbaar vervoer wel goed.

Es war ein Apartment in einem Gebäudekomplex. Wieso es als Tiny House bezeichnet wird, ist mir nicht klar. Das ist aber nicht weiter wild.

Everything was great. I’ve stayed in the other location of cocoon and this one by far is the best location in Munich. The air conditioner was really good. The room looked exactly as it was on the pictures from the booking and it was extremely spacious for 1 person. There was on the street parking that was inexpensive for overnight stays from 2300-0900 parking was free. Everything was provided in the kitchen and even Nespresso pod machine which was great.

Nothing everything was good except maybe put a sign out front so people know where the entrance to the building is. But that’s nothing to really do with the property

Sehr freundliche nette Gastgeber. Sehr aufmerksam. Zum Silber-Hochzeitstag hat man uns eine Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer gestellt. Die Dachterrasse ist abends grandios. Die Lage ist perfekt. Bus hält vor dem Haus. In wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Das Bett ist hervorragend, sehr gute Matratze.

Das Bett von nur einer Seite seitlich zu besteigen ist eher was für junge Leute. Mit meinen 63 da raus krabbeln war nicht so doll.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung super sauber. Finde es super, dass man Service wie Reinigung oder zb Handtücher auf Anfrage nach Bedarf abrufen kann. Personal super freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent stay in München. Conveniently located near Theresenwiese, the hotel is really cosy and welcoming. Friendly staff is efficient for check-in and check-out and once you get the keys to your room you're pretty much at home. Direct access to your floor with the card, lobby is still accessible for a glass of fresh water if you want. The bed is excellent and we could rest properly after walking all day through München. U-bahn is 10-15 mins away by foot in a quiet residential area so you won't have to worry about transportation. We had a room with a kitchenette which proved useful to cook some quick meal should you not want to eat in town. All in all a good stay in München

Absolutely nothing - maybe the card box hard to find in the garage ? But bringing back the card to the host in the lobby after parking just outside fixed it without issue

La ubicación está muy bien y tienes agua y fruta por las mañanas que te dan en recepción. Personal agradable. Los jabones que te ponen de rituals estupendos.

Iba con un niño y la habitación pensé que iba a ser mas grande y con terraza. Una vez reservado por booking es difícil recuperar exactamente lo que has reservado, así que nos conformamos con lo que nos dieron ya que llegamos tarde. No tiene armario! Solo algunas perchas con un enganche en la pared.

Prachtig design hotel, leuk personeel, ligging beetje uit het centrum maar met onze fiets waren we er zo. Fietsen konden we parkeren in de parkeergarage. Kamer erg ruim en heerlijke douche. En ideaal zit een bakker onderin het hotel met heerlijke cappuccino. Ojaa en ze hebben rituals als shampoo en body. Top!

Gute Lage, schöne und saubere Zimmer

Es ist schon arg reduziert beim Personal. 1 Person verantwortlich für Check in und Bar etc., da fühlt man sich schon etwas verloren. Mehr Menschen habe ich nicht gesehen. Es gibt einen Self Check in, den ich als erstes gesehen und nach einer kurzen Irritation dann auch problemlos genutzt habe. Erst bei späterem, genauerem Hinsehen habe ich die o.g. eine Person und den anderen Check in gefunden.

Die Zimmer sind „Nester“, also ziemlich klein - wenngleich es an nichts fehlt. Dafür ist der Preis hoch - aber es ist ja auch München…

Lovely comfortable and spacious room. The kitchen was great. Comfortable bed, great shower. We had a family room and the bunk beds tucked away in their own little cubby area was a big hit with my son. Good location. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht!

Die Wege sind teilweise etwas weit in die Zimmer

The location was good. Poccistrasse UBahn was closed, so we used Schwanthalerhohe as an alternative, less than 10 minutes' walk away and only 2 stops to Munich Hbf (just past the Augustiner beer garden and through Bavariapark). There is also a bus stop immediately opposite, which takes you to Marienplatz. The neighbourhood is safe and clean. The hotel itself is quirky in a nice way! The open plan area is excellent, staff are very polite and accommodating, and there is water (still and sparkling) on tap for free, along with apples and bananas. Cooking and dishwashing facilities are all there and accessible. Clothes washing facilities are also excellent. The rooms (small double and club room) were very well appointed and comfortable. Showers were good, beds were comfy and there was adequate storage and hanging up space. I'm going back to Munich myself in November and will definitely consider booking this hotel again. The roof space was also excellent, with views of Oktoberfest festival grounds and on to the city, and views the other way to the Alps. A hint if you're looking to hire a car: Klaxo are just around the corner and also use the Coccoon car park for their vehicles, which means you're not paying for parking, but the space is in the same building (linked car parks) and 2 stops down in the lift. It was so convenient and as well as being less than 5 minutes' walk away to the Klaxo office, meant we didn't have to pay any additional parking whilst being content that the car was safe and secure. Rischart on the ground floor is also extremely handy!

Alles! Wat een tof hotel! De ontvangst. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De styling van het hotel, zo goed gedaan. De sfeer is goed. Erg goed doordacht concept!

The design, clean

No restaurant The sofa bed was noisy and not very comfortable. The shower curtains had mould at the bottom.

The location was excellent. Moat of the venues we visited were walking distance or close to the train station. Our room was good and the bakery on the main floor was a bonus.

We did not have breakfast included. Most of the staff was helpful but the evening staff was not as willing to help. The biggest disappointment was the lack of English TV or at the least the ability to stream English programs.

Personale cordiale ed efficiente, stanze bellissime e anche la terrazza e l'area comune erano stupende. Non l'ho usata, ma anche la palestra sembrava molto ben tenuta.

Nulla da criticare, tutto perfetto! Forse potrebbero iniziare a pensare di offrire la colazione inclusa.
