Super Lage, großartige Dachterrasse und vor allem ruhig. Perfekt nach einem Surftag. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, Frühstück wurde immer pünktlich serviert und war mehr als ausgiebig. War bisher mit Abstand unsere beste Unterkunft in Lombok. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Etwas starker Geruch im Badezimmer. Wenn die Türe geschlossen ist, merkt man aber nichts.

La chambre était incroyable ! Nous avions réservé le logement avec 3 lits doubles, et les lits étaient très confortables et propres. Il y avait également une cuisine bien équipée, avec notamment une bouilloire et un réfrigérateur. L’hôte était vraiment très aimable et attentionné. Il avait pensé à tout dès notre arrivée : il nous a envoyé une liste des endroits à visiter et des activités à faire à Kuta, et il nous a également aidés à trouver un chauffeur pour nous déposer à l’aéroport. Il y a également un endroit bien sécurisé pour stationner vos scooters, ce qui est vraiment pratique et rassurant.

住宿内很多提示标语，房主也会发提示信息不要做什么，有个女职员会提醒你脱鞋，几点后不再打扫房间等，让人感觉不是花钱住旅馆像是去她家被她管理，其他住宿都没有这么多提示。地理位置不方便去哪都得打车，这家住宿介绍的司机和其他合作伙伴信息需要谨慎分辨。

Super freundliches Personal. Wir hatten im Hotel einige Klamotten vergessen und diese wurden uns zum nächsten Hotel verschickt. Hammer Service. Nah an Kota. Es wurde uns auch direkt Motorräder organisiert. Mit dem kamen wir sehr gut voran. Auch eine Abholung inkl. Rücktransport für geringes Geld v Hafen war Top. Vielen Dank

Unser Zimmer war leider im Erdgeschoss. Es hatte quasi wenig Tageslicht. Es war halt das Familienzimmer, aber mit Küche. Die obigen Zimmer waren super, einige sogar mit Terasse. Aber das Gesamtpaket passte.

La ubicación es fantástica, necesitas moto si o si para moverte o que te traigan en grab o gojek. La cama era cómoda. La atención ha sido buena y estaba limpio. La habitación de arriba creo que merece más la pena.

Nos quedamos dos noches, una en la planta baja y otra en el tercer piso. En la planta baja el olor a humedad era insufrible, la cama mojada y el olor del baño era muy desagradable. Las paredes llenas de humedades. Arriba mucho mejor pero aún así creo que deberían hacer una renovación de los baños, no tienen ventilación y eso hace que desprendan mucho olor a humedad.

Nothing really, so easy place to stay and good price

We had a really lovely stay here! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The room was cleaned thoroughly every two days, including fresh towels, and everything always smelled super fresh. We also really appreciated the balcony and the extra living space on the same floor. There was a fridge with a shelf where we could keep our own food and drinks cool, which was really convenient. The communication with the owner was also great. They were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. They also have different partners for scooters and taxis. We did have an issue with one of their scooter partners, but the owner handled this very professionally and made sure everything was resolved properly. The housekeeping was also very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to help us with checking out and bringing our bags downstairs.

The only small downside was the shower. The drainage wasn’t great, so some water stayed on the floor, and the shower head sprays a little in every direction. But this was a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay much.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were fantastic — very friendly and helpful. They also made it easy for us to rent scooters, which was really useful.

Unfortunately, our ground-floor room next to the reception was not as clean as we expected. The bathroom was particularly small and quite humid, which made the stay less comfortable. The location also means that having a scooter is almost essential, otherwise you will need to rely on taxis frequently. Overall, a decent stay thanks mainly to the wonderful staff, but there is definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness and bathroom.

The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. They arranged a scooter for us immediately, which made getting around very easy. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short scooter ride from the center of Kuta and Gerupuk for surfing. Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience. The place is super clean. The room has Air conditioning which works well, and a hot water system in the washroom. There is a smart TV in the room and a good amount of space in the cabin for luggage storage. The bed is comfortable.

J’y ai passé 5 nuits au total ! En terme d’emplacement, c’était selon moi un compromis parfait entre « accès à tout selon vous avez besoin » et « calme loin des rues mouvementées ». Cependant, il serait préférable de louer un scooter/vélo pour accéder à la ville en 5 minutes. Les gens qui y travaillent sont vraiment gentils et chaleureux. Ils vous aideront dès qu’ils en auront l’occasion. Ils répondent d’ailleurs très rapidement sur whatsapp si besoin. 🙂 Les chambres sont simples et confortables, donc rien à y redire ! Merci encore !

Clean and comfortable guesthouse in the Kuta area. Situated slightly out of town so a scooter is necessary to access the area centre. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

We booked the room cause we need a kitchen. My stomach was a bit upset so better cook my own food. The problem was the smell coming from the sink, I'm not quite sure what ot was, but was really strong.

Had a great stay at Lombokhouse Mandalika! The property was clean, comfortable, and had a really nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or surfing. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and really made the stay feel personal. They gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to do, and also helped me arrange a motorbike rental, which made getting around super easy. The location is also convenient for exploring the Mandalika/Kuta area, so it’s a great base. Overall, a really enjoyable experience,I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Die Lage war an sich sehr gut, jedoch war nebenan eine Baustelle wodurch es morgens sehr laut wurde. Ohne Baustelle wäre es natürlich sehr leise dort.

I loved the views from the terrace, all of the nature around was beautiful. I liked how modern and well appointed the rooms were, the furniture was great. The bedding was plush and luxurious as well. The bed itself was very comfortable and having TV with channels was so nice. I also made good use of the kettle and community fridge. There were so many nice things about this stay I can’t name them all! I have to mention the staff however because I think they did a phenomenal job. I think they deserve a raise in pay or a bonus, they really took care of me so well!

A breakfast option would be nice, even if it’s only something small like fruit and eggs.

El alojamiento esta muy limpio y es muy comodo, los anfitriones te tratan como si fueras parte de su familia, y ademas es uno de los sitios mas baratos que encontre estando todo muy limpio! Volvere seguro! Estuve en la epoca de ramadam, se acradece estar lejos de las mezquitas, por la noche hacen mucho ruido, y desde aqui no te molestan para nada!

The staff was absolutely lovely and the service was the best we've had in Indonesia! We forgot a pair of shoes at the hotel and the staff hand-delivered them to the airport for us! The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. We received so many great recommendations for Lombok from the staff which made our time there so much nicer and saved us a lot of time researching where to go and what to do.

Ils nous ont donné un contact pour organiser un transfert en taxi et la location de scooter. La chambre avait tous les équipements dont nous avions besoin et le lit était très confortable. The room is so nice. Very comfortable and big bed with good pillows, good bathroom, hot water. The air conditioner works well. It’s great to have a desk for working on the laptop. The view of the hills around the house it nice. The staff are so amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. When I got sick after eating bad food, they brought water and pocari to my room, which helped me so much. They are also just really nice people. The wifi is strong and reliable too. I think the price is fair.

È un appartamento con standard vicini a quelli europei, pulito e fornito e moderno. Il personale che lavora è super gentile e disponibile, bravi. Posiziona ottima e tranquilla. Abbiamo soggiornato a lungo e siamo soddisfatti. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Cucina fornita e stanze luminose.

Manca un informazione importante: è uno spazio condiviso, quindi stanze private e poi area soggiorno e cucina condivisa. Questo non è specificato quindi ci siamo trovati la sorpresa al check in. Odore di tubature in bagno come in tanti posti in Indonesia. L'acqua calda in cucina ci metti una vita prima di arrivare, quindi lavi con l'acqua fredda. Manca l'aria condizionata in sala, ed è pieno di vetrate. Ci sono due fan ma come spegni fa un tanto caldo.

De accomodatie is super fijn! Erg schoon, niet gehorig en een ruime schone kamer. De koelkast en keuken was fijn en had alles wat je nodig hebt mocht je willen koken! 5 minuten op de scooter van de hoofdstraat van Kuta. De mensen waren ook echt heel aardig

We really loved our time here! The rooms are big and clean. The staff helped us a lot and gave us many tipa on what to do in the region. We extended multiple times!

The shower is a bit complicated to use and get a good temperature. Without a scooter the location is too remote. Grab does not really work from there.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Besitzer hat viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für Kuta und Umgebung geboten.

Leider roch das Badezimmer stark nach einem Lufterfrischer, der offenbar einen unangenehmen Geruch überdecken sollte. Wir baten darum, ihn zu entfernen, was auch sofort erledigt wurde. Dennoch blieb ein unangenehmer Geruch, der auch leicht ins Zimmer zog. Dadurch hielten wir uns im Bad nur so kurz wie nötig auf. Sehr schade – sonst haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt, doch der Geruch hat das Erlebnis leider etwas getrübt.

Accomodation was really good, felt both secure and comfortable. Yes, if you don't have a bike you need a taxi or fair walk into town, recommend a bike for stay duration, good bikes and good price too.

Location was perfect for us but it’s too far to walk into town for food/drinks etc - perfect if you use a scooter. Rooms had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were clean. Security on doors was good so we felt very happy leaving belongings in rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed here twice across 10 days - the second stay was preferable from a room perspective. We booked the family room (room 201A) - much more roomy and spacious. The shared lounge, kitchen and fridge were also very good on this floor. This room also has a private balcony.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean, and the shared kitchen provided a great opportunity for cooking. We also appreciated having a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Most importantly, Joseph, Veronica, and their staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Lombokhouse. Staff and management go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the third floor was a little bit too low but acceptable. Occasional funny smells from the drainage. But cleanliness is still 10/10. Free Water, scooter service and beverage availability’s + a fridge for your necessary belongings.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. De staff stond altijd voor me klaar en deed zijn uiterste best om het een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf voor mij te maken. Ik wilde nog een nacht verlengen en dat kon maar alleen de grotere kamers waren nog beschikbaar. Deze kreeg ik tegen een gereduceerde prijs. De kamers zijn erg schoon. Ze sturen je ook nog allerlei handige info en tips voor in Lombok. Ook regelen ze iemand voor je als je een scooter wil huren. Met de scooter is het nog geen 5 minuten rijden naar het gezellige centrum.

Room was really clean, bed was super soft and comfy. Shower was the best we have had since arriving in Lombok, so powerful and also really clean! Room was cleaned every couple of days with stocked up refreshments and clean towels. Staff were all lovely and very easy to communicate with. Owners are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Lovely home from home kind of feel and we would definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Kuta!
