The pool & communal areas

The dorm rooms, no individual lights for beds & curtain was attached to bunk above. Bathroom was dirty and tap dirty work. Breakfast was included but slow service. Location ok if you have scooter

In het toilet zat een kakkerlak. Ook gekko op de muur in appartement. Verder wel nette kamers. Jammer was dat je geen shampoo van het hotel had.

We liked the vibe of the place, the staff were lovely and helped us to get a vehicle to go exploring. The cottage itself was nice. The pool was also very nice and clean. The location was okay, about a 40min walk into Kuta. It would have been better if we had a scooter.

Some of the towels and pillows had stains on them. Also, our aircon in the bedroom didn’t properly work for a few days. It was seen to by the staff quite quickly though. The only other downside, not that it is the hotels fault, is the amount of building works going on everywhere. The noise started early and went on all day. We were out mist of the time we were there, but did notice how loud it was sometimes.

Die Anlage ist eine tropische Oase im trubeligen Kuta. Zum Entspannen sehr gut geeignet, wenn man auch nicht unbedingt an den Strand möchte, da die Pool- und Außenanlage sehr schön und sauber ist. Der Service ist super, es gab jeden Tag sogar frische Handtücher sowie Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta wurden gestellt. Frisches Wasser konnte man ebenfalls kostenfrei zapfen. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich am Pool ist gut geeignet, um neue Leute kennenzulernen und man kann abends dort schön sitzen. Unser Zimmer (Cottage) war bisher das schönste Zimmer auf unserer Reise, da die Ausstattung top war und das Badezimmer im Freien uns sehr begeistert hat. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier war toll!

Zuerst hatten wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer wegen Überbuchung erhalten, was eigentlich ein Upgrade zu unserem Zimmer (Cottage) sein sollte. Jedoch war dieses Zimmer alles andere als Deluxe, da es sehr spartanisch eingerichtet war und das Badezimmer sehr klein war. Dort gab es kaum Ablagefläche. Einen richtigen Schrank gab es auch nicht und noch nicht einmal mehr Nachttischlampen, sodass man abends im Dunkeln lag. Dieses Zimmer ist wohl das Teuerste in der Unterkunft, zu dem Cottage im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis allerdings eine Frechheit. Daher raten wir von diesem Zimmer ab, können das Cottage aber sehr empfehlen. Außerdem ist die Lage außerhalb von Kuta Zentrum, was nur mit einem Roller gut zu erreichen ist. Auf dem Weg zum Hostel waren zudem viele Straßenhunde, die uns teilweise bis vor das Zimmer gefolgt sind. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm.

Dortoir commun un peu mal agencé mais correct et les autres petites maisons ont l'air super, juste autour de la piscine.

Die Anlage war wunderschön. Das Zimmer war riesen groß. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Liegt etwas abseits. GRAB funktioniert hier in der Gegend nicht. Leider spricht das Personal schlecht Englisch, sodass es bei all unseren Essensbestellungen zu Komplikationen kam. Wir haben nie das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben. Beim inkludierten Frühstück mussten wir noch draufzahlen, da der Minipancake nicht ausreicht. Leider hat man uns die zusätzliche Zuzahlung verschwiegen, sodass wir beim Auschecken negativ überrascht wurden. VORSICHT...in der Anlage und in der nahen Umgebung sind derzeit viele Baustellen, die Lärm machen.

Der Garten ist sehr schön grün angelegt und nachts ist es ruhig. Man hat genug Platz auf der Terrasse und die Bungalows sind auch sehr groß.

Tagsüber war Baustelle und generell in der Umgebung wird zurzeit viel gebaut. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist schlecht aber machbar. Der Boden im Bad sah nicht so sauber aus, vielleicht waren es auch alte Fliesen.

Malgré mon signalement, aucune réponse ni suivi sérieux ne m’ont été apportés. Au vu de mon expérience et des commentaires similaires par rapport à des vols déjà présents en ligne, je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

El personal y el ambiente ideal. La ducha, presión y agua calienta, la mejor de Indonesia con diferencia hasta ahora (y es difícil). Desayuno y trato fabuloso.

Rien , nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de voir, nous étions très en colère et nous avons changé d’hôtel. Les routes d’accès sont impraticables et dangereuses , il y a de la boue partout, il y a des chantiers partout autour de l’hôtel. Rien était indiqué sur internet sinon nous n’aurions pas réservé 2 chambres. Nous avons demandé un remboursement, qui nous a été refusé. Je n’imagine même pas après un orage car nous sommes en pleine saison des pluies. Et le bruit, dès que les chantiers commencent !! Comme c’est loin de tout , il faut impérativement un scooter et Là , c’est impossible de le conduire sur une piste boueuse. Pour les chaussures , il faut des bottes en caoutchouc.

Nice area outside, with swimming pool and the breakfast was very tasty

I didn‘t get a proper blanked in the 3 nights, it was like very cold because of the air conditioner and I was not okay with this.

Wow que hostel!! Sí, está alejado del centro de Kuta pero vale la pena quedarse ahí, saque 3 noches y me extendí 3 más porque el nivel que tiene no es de hostel, muy amables todos los que atienden. El desayuno es muy bueno y la pileta y la zona de chillout de otro nivel. El alquiler de moto es muy barato ahí. Si vas a Kuta tenes que quedarte acá ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tal vez a la ducha y le faltó más limpieza! Y que dure más el agua caliente

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very big and had everything we needed. The pool and communal areas were lovely. It was nice to be a bit away from busy Kuta for a very relaxing stay

The road leading up to the accommodation was quite muddy with some rain and wasn't great to walk along. Drivers were able to come collect us but would recommend having a scooter to get into town and to restaurants.

Mooie rustige plek in Kuta. Vlakbij alles. Aardig personeel. Lekker ontbijt. Goeie prijs kwaliteit.

Eigenlijk was alles wel prima. Alleen de badkamer mag wel ietsje schoner.

We c ode this as it was only 1/2hour to the airport, basic but very cosy, would be great for young travellers , with scooters.

Excellent place to stay, with massive beds and rooms! The rooms really were nice, and a lovely hot shower. Our rooms faced the pool, which was also a good size and depth. Will definitely stay here again.

The only downsides were the free breakfast (small and drinks were not great), and the location, there was nothing within walking distance, which didn’t matter too much as we had scooters and the reception helped arrange drivers for our nights out.

Very idyllic place to stay. It has a nice pool surrounded by lots of trees, giving you shade all day and a nice jungle vibes. The location isn’t right in the center, but with a scooter you reach any spot within 5 minutes — without having to deal with the constant hassle and stress of Kuta.

A/C stopped working in our room, but the staff were very friendly and immediately arranged a new room for us.

Il posto é bello, curato e pulito.

Erano in overbooking ma mi avevano confermato la prenotazione, me l'hanno comunicato il giorno stesso alle 12, hanno provato ad aiutarmi a trovare un altro posto ma la comunicazione é stata molto confusa. Alla fine mi sono spostata fuori Kuta e ho trovato un'altra sistemazione.

Nice outside area with a pool. Showers are spacious. Check in went smooth.

Staff at the restaurant is very unorganised and not fluent in english. there were several "missunderstandings". When we ordered two omlettes and some "sunny side up"-eggs for breakfast we only got one omlette and we never got the coffee we asked for. after demanding on the food, they then gave us another two omlettes. and when we asked for the bill at first it was 107k for the order, while one omlette was 37k and the other two 35k. when we asked why they just made a new bill which came out at 111k. also when you happen to be on the top bunk in the dorm room prepare to bring a blanket with you and a sleeping mask. you got no chance to hide from any light in the room.

Dormitorio femminile da 8 molto spazioso, soffitto alto, tendine per la privacy, a/c regolabile, coperta su ogni letto (io ho sempre comunque il mio sacco lenzuolo), materasso molto comodo, doccia calda, grande armadietto con chiave. Posto molto silenzioso, niente feste, nessun appello del muezzin. Colazione buffet a bordo piscina, tanta frutta e persino latte intero ! Totale letti in dormitorio : 32.

La posizione è un po' fuori mano e sarebbe meglio avere uno scooter. In compenso c'è molta tranquillità.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre logement et avons même été surclassés de chambre pour une plus grande! Nous avions le choix au petit déjeuner entre différents plats sucrés et salés, ce qui est très plaisant Dans notre logement, la salle de bain était en extérieur, c’est très agréable et nous avons beaucoup aimé l’expérience, c’était un peu plus embêtant lorsqu’il pleuvait mais heureusement ça n’as pas duré longtemps! L’emplacement est assez bon, il y a une route un peu cabossée pour accéder au resort qui devient boueuse pendant la pluie mais ça se fait bien, nous étions en voiture. La piscine est très belle et reposante.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was great, the bed super comfortable and is big. The staff was amazing, super nice people always helping and with a smile. The pool was also super nice, yummy breakfast and nice vibes overall.

I would say the bathroom could be much more cleaner (but it’s a common thing I saw throughout Asia). To bear in mind that nearby they are constructing a lot so some construction noise by the morning and through the day.

Camera molto bella, soprattutto il bagno all’aperto. Bella anche l’area piscina con il bar. Ottima la colazione in terrazza. Personale sempre disponibile, ci ha fornito uno scooter appena arrivati e aiutati a trovare un taxi per partire. La posizione è comoda se si affitta lo scooter, trovandosi in una zona tranquilla appena fuori kuta.

The location is a bit further away from the beach, but since I had a scooter it did not matter to me (I would definitely recommend a scooter for Lombok in general)

No hay nada que no me gustara de este lugar. Todo en la estancia fue perfecto, desde la habitación hasta la recepcion, las instalaciones y el personal maravilloso. No puedo recomendar otro alojamiento en Kuta Lombok que no sea este.

Nada. Todo fue genial. Reservé por 3 noches y al final amplié a una más.

Staff were friendly, a pretty nice looking hostel/hotel, quiet area of town and a Comfy bed.

Unfortunately the dorm was dirty including bathroom and under the beds. The bedside draws were poorly designed and could do with more lighting. Although there was an AC my bed did not get the cool air so was very hot at night. The dorm door was very loud and creaky which I felt bad opening early for the surf. I was given a towel which was stained with foundation. Just some points to note that needs improvement for the dorms 😃 .

The communal space was nice. The pool was clean.

The dorm seriously needs some renovation. It was like staying in a wooden shack, the door creaked every time, the bunk bends are wooden and made creaking noises every time someone either moved or climbed up. The dorm is dark, great for Night time but hard to see during the day even with the lights on. The bathrooms were sub standard for cleanliness. I never saw a mop. Nor did they change the mats. Just wasn't for me.

El staff es muy amable, el hostel tranquilo y acogedor. Tiene restaurante con comida muy rica y económica. El desayuno es buenísimo.

Quizás los baños necesiten un poco más de limpieza regular

Zieleń na obiekcie, dostępność basenu, dużo stolików przy basenie co umożliwiało pracę na komputerze. Dobre miejsce na samotną podróż dla młodych osób, można się poznać z wieloma ludźmi w przedziale wiekowym 20-35. ;)

Hałas z okolicy, choć w Lomboku trudno o spokojne miejsce :) Trzeba mieć na względzie, że nie ma wystarczająco skuterów na wszystkich Gości, więc nie można oczekiwać, że na 100% będzie dostępny. W domku było bardzo ciemno (w środku jest biurko, ale raczej nie da się przy nim pracować), a schody były wysokie, więc należy mieć to na względzie jeśli gościem będzie starsza osoba.

Sin duda el mejor alojamiento con habitación compartida donde nos hemos quedado en nuestro viaje por Indonesia. Todo estaba super limpio y la gente de la habitación era muy silenciosa y respetuosa. Las instalaciones son preciosas y el desayuno está muy bueno, con diferentes opciones donde elegir. Además, necesitabamos alquilar motos y al principio no tenían disponibilidad pero encontraron la manera de facilitarnos dos, el personal fue muy amable.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber mit dem Scooter ist man schnell im Zentrum. Der Pool ist toll. Es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. Der Staff ist super freundlich. Uns wurde bei kleineren Problemen direkt geholfen. Wir würden direkt wieder buchen wenn wir in Kuta sind. Dankeschön :)

I just had the one night here in a standard double. The setup of the place is great with a leafy garden and freestanding rooms surrounding the pool and eating area. It's a little out of town on the fringe you will need a bike which everyone rents in Kuta anyway to tour the coastline. It's a bumpy ride in off the main drag but worth it. Room was large and comfortable..Good bedding. Good shower pressure. Nice and quiet.

The bathroom was a bit of a letdown. Stained and cracked tiles in the shower. Brekky was pretty basic. There is construction across the street from the entrance although the rooms and pool area are sufficiently distant from it to not be a deal breaker.

De slaapzalen zijn heel raar want je gordijn is de gordijn voor je stapelbed. Dit houdt in dat je dus eigenlijk nog steeds open ligt voor een vreemde ( die omder je). Ook je deelt de stopcontact met de persoon onder je.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und man merkt, dass sehr gut zu ihr Sorge getragen wird. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Man fühlt sich wie in einem tropischen Paradies.

Alojamiento simple!! Para pasar unas noches. Personal muy amable y servicial,el desayuno variado.

Falta de limpieza del baño, las literas suenan bastante y lo que peor he llevado, a sido el aire acondicionado. Lo tienen muy bajo toda la noche, te ofrecen una manta muy fina y pequeña y no pude dormir nada 2 noches seguidas. Algo alejado de la playa.

The place is amazing, you got areas to chill, including a pool, a restaurant, there is a nice atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean and you can also rent a bike with them at a very good price.

Nothing really, it's s a little bit away from the centre but I also like this, the quietness and to be surrounded by local people rather than the tourist hub.

Nous avons aimé le calme du jardin intérieur, véritable havre de paix. L'espace détente autour de la piscine est agréable.

Un peu loin du centre et des plages néanmoins il est possible de louer un scooter. La route est en terre, très boueuse lorsqu'il pleut et donc difficilement praticable.

It had a pool

It’s not social at all and the shared dorms were quite akward as you don’t have personal space or anyone d talk to anybody.

Very quiet place where to relax outside the crowed. Very friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool.

Dortoir devant le parking des scooters > bruyant! Pas de lumière individuel près de son lit… on tâtonne pour ranger ses affaires. Grand casier de rangement, mais porte trop petite pour y ranger son sac! Plus de papier de toilette et douche inondée. Rideau pour assombrir et intimiser ok pour le lit du bas, mais pas pour celui du haut! J’étais très proche de la porte d’entrée et dérangée par le passage…

An sich hat alles gepasst. Preisleistung passt definitiv. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Dorm. Frühstück war lecker.

Das Restaurant hat mich enttäuscht. Sehr kleine Portion und kaum Beilagen.

Me ayudaron mucho para llegar al centro el primer día hasta que consegui alquilar la moto, ya que no hay grab. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Es de difícil acceso al estar en un camino de tierra en el que no estaba en muy buen estado. No tenían para cenar cuando pregunté.
