You have to load an app to get instructions and app didn’t always work great. A bit complicated and showed conversations from other residents in the block. It’s ground floor with no balcony and had teenager kicking balls against the windows and walls one evening

Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr spartanisch.

I have stayed here three times now, and I have left very satisfied on every occasion.

The only issue is the early check-out time.

Escasa limpieza, poca DOTACION DE ENSERES DE COCINA Y BAÑO. Una cama estaba rota, las sabanas viejas, pasadas... La localización del apartamento está en un barrio un poco conflictivo. La nevera cerrada, desconectada y con un olor horrible, Tuvimos que desinfectarla y esperar un día para poder utilizarla.

The location offers easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Having parking within the property was a plus. Communication with hosts was easy.

Spacious apartment, good for family of four

Hard to find the property and garbage bin. Car cannot reach the property, and hence, you have to drag your luggage for more than 150 meters. Customer service is not available during the weekend. No housekeeping service available. It may be available once per week if you stay more than two weeks. There is no air conditioning or fan in the apartment. You will receive multiple emails from the property for reading and signing; it's not worth it if you stay for a few days.

I stayed here for 6 nights and had such a lovely stay. The apartment is really spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was really well equipped, and having both a washing machine and tumble dryer was such a bonus, especially for a longer stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the balcony was such a lovely, relaxing place to sit and unwind. The location is perfect — really close to everything, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night and in the early mornings, so you really get the best of both worlds. Communication was also excellent. I hadn't booked parking in advance and needed some help arranging it, and they were so helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I couldn't fault our stay. The apartment felt comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and will absolutely be back!

Locatie excelenta, foarte spatioasa, in zona linistita, amplasata foarte aproape de centre comerciale, usor de accesat. Se poate ajunge usor in zona centrala din Eindhoven pe jos, cu bicicleta sau orice alt mijloc de transport. Parcare interioara gratuita pentru masina (trebuie anuntat ca veniti cu masina in momentul rezervarii). Noi ne-am simtit excelent. P.S.: Locatia se preteaza foarte bine pentru o familie de 4 persoane, apartamentul beneficiaza de 2 dormitoare, un living fff mare open space cu bucatarie, baie cu dus + baie de serviciu, si un hol foare generos.

Outside the property, the feeling of creepiness like in a deserted area. Also inside the property the black, sponge floor was unpleasant, the bed linen and the way they were made and the forgotten personal items left under mattress. The apartment even it was clean didn’t feel cozy or like a home.

Очень удобное расположение, центр, вокзал в пешей доступности. Уютный и тихий район, без автомобилей, свежий воздух, красивые виды из всех окон. Красивая, чистая, современная, прекрасно оборудованная квартира. Недалеко, в пяти минутах, Lidl, Albert Heijn, Jumbo. На четверых нам немного не хватало посуды для готовки, ее принесли на следующий же день.

Несколько сложно, что все общение через имейл и приложение, но это индивидуально ))

The apartment was not clean. The kitchen was very dirty, as well as the coffee table and dining table.

Location was good. Wifi connection was bit fluctuating. Was tough to work from home. In 3 weeks, cleaning happened only once. Was expecting atleast one more time. Otherwise overall experience was good.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. Only thing missing were a few basics like toilet paper, kitchen paper, and dish soap, but everything else was amazing. We’d definitely stay again!

La ubicación y la profesionalidad de los gestores

Alquile el departamento por la cercania de la feria que iba a trabajar. No habia trasporte en la zona asi que alquilamos bicicletas, el barrio esta alejado del centro es mas residencial familiar.

Las almohadas urgente un cambio, poner frazadas, la ducha se mojaba todo, no había microonda ni pava eléctrica. faltaron mesitas de luz y el tema de la basura es bastante incomodo. Es una zona muy alejada del centro con lo cual siempre dependes de la bicicleta o taxi.

Die Nähe zum Stadtkern war gut. Supermärkte, ein Wochenmarkt und auch einige Restaurants waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Check-in ist recht aufwändig und nicht ganz so durchsichtig gestaltet. Es ließ sich nur mit Hilfe herauszufinden, welches Apartment das gebuchte war. Das ist etwas zu versteckt in den vielen Anweisungen und sollte besser/ deutlicher angegeben werden oder zumindest auf dem Schlüssel für die Unterkunft angegeben sein. Die Ausstattung war sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Leider hatte ich keinen Duschvorhang in meiner Dusche, so musste ich mir mit Handtüchern auf dem Boden aushelfen um nicht das Bad zu überfluten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz im Hof war super erreichbar und ein großer Bonus, nicht auf der Straße parken zu müssen. Durch zwei Badezimmer ist die Wohnung sehr gut nutzbar.

Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat der Code nicht funktioniert, aber die Notfall-Hotline hat schnell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Die Müllentsorgung war sehr schwer zu finden; da könnte die Erklärung etwas besser sein. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ausschließlich arabische Restaurants. Eher "traditionellere" Restaurants sind deutlich weiter im Zentrum, ca. 20 Minuten strammer Fußweg.

The apartment was very nice, spacial, warm, nice kitchen with dish washer. Spacial bathroom. Comfortable living room. All over nice stylishly furnished. Parking in the courtyard was great and very convenient.

Lacking instruction on garbage handling - finding out what’s the deal with the garbage was very difficult, time consuming and annoying. a note with clear instruction by the bin would be an easy and very much appreciated solution! Lacking basic things such as a cloth to wipe a table after eating, or a broom to sweep floor after few days of being around… zero hangers for clothes. The bed mattrace is very soft and out of shape and the pillow very tall - sleeping was not comfortable. The robot communication sucks.

We could not find the keys at the set location and unfortunately our arrival in the middle of the night was not the best time for the manager handling the property to be able to do much about it - yet she offered to drive a long distance from another town to give us the keys. However, our proposal to save her that trip and get into a hotel for the night - if we would be reimbursed the amount - was accepted. Although finding a hotel for the night at 1 am in the morning was not easy - we did find one fortunately. The Company handling the property has been very forthcoming to reimburse the hotel and taxi expenses (we are yet to receive those though) and their support system for everything else was fantastic.

Having to drag our bags (coming and going) for about 100 meters, as the cars don't go all the way to the front of the building door.

Lokalita: blízko stanice a centra mesta Možnosť cyklistiky Komunikácia ubytovania: veľmi promptne nás vybavili a odpovedali na maily. Parkovanie priamo pred dvermi apartmánu.

Mali sme izbu na prízemí, od ulice nás delilo len okno. Ale po niekoľkých dňoch sme si zvykli. Trocha mätúce bolo, že číslo bytu bolo v maily a na obálke od kľúčov, nie na kľúči, chvíľu sme hľadali byt.

The property was very spacious, which made our stay feel extra comfortable. The beds were especially cozy and provided a great night’s sleep.

The check-in instructions were a bit complicated and accessing the main door was initially difficult until a helpful delivery driver explained that the key needed to be turned to the left. The property wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Although the agent responded to our complaint and sent a cleaner the following day, it was too late, as we had already purchased our own cleaning supplies. It would have been helpful to have some basic cleaning items already available in the property. The kitchen was also lacking in essentials. We had specifically booked a place with a “fully equipped kitchen,” so the absence of basic items like a chopping board was frustrating we ended up buying one ourselves. Additionally, while there were many TV channels, only a few were in English, so we had to purchase Netflix for entertainment during our stay.
