Close and very convenient to Eindhoven center. Hotel staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Great showers, clean rooms. Once again staff were amazing

My room couldn’t get cool enough and my bedsheets felt cheap and kept sweating a lot while trying to sleep. That honestly was my only complaint of the stay. The physical bed was comfortable and the pillows just not the sheets

Perfect location, between the Central Station and the city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an impressive desk and workspace for those who need to get some work done during their stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the all-day restaurant was very good. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

1 éjszakát töltöttünk itt és a vasútállomás közelsége miatt választottuk. Tökéletesen megfelelt az elvárásainknak, hozza a holland 4 csillagot tiszta, tágas szobával, minibárral, modern belsővel. A check-int végző recepciós rendkívül kedves volt.

Mivel Eindhovenben hétvégente reggel 7 előtt nincs buszközlekedés a reptérre, így - hogy időben kiérjünk - taxival voltunk kénytelenek menni, azonban a reggeli recepciós hölgy nem beszélt hollandul, így egy másik szállóvendég segítségével tudtunk csak taxit hívni. Ezt leszámítva nem volt semmilyen negatívum.

Our room including robes, slippers and champagne on arrival had been allocated to someone else, they gave us a room each to compensate, however, the extras were missing and my friend and I actually were looking forward to the treat of that package as we live in different countries and don't get to meet often

Hadden maar 2min puntjes en dat was de prijs voor het ontbijt en we zaten op de eerste verdieping waar de geluiden van buiten snacht irritant zijn

Nooit hier boeken. Wij hadden voor 2 nachten 2 kamers geboekt voor buitenlandse medewerkers. Dat werd een misverstand omdat ze geen Nederlands spraken over het betalen van parkeerkosten. De medewerkers werden weggestuurd tot 2x toe. De 2e hebben wij telefonisch overleg gehad over de situatie en zou er restitutie plaatsvinden. Personeel was bijzonder vijandig en onvriendelijk in het gesprek met ons en verdraaid achteraf de gesprekken.

Héél aangenaam verblijf gehad met mijn puberzoon. Hij genoot van het grote zwembad en de minigym, terwijl ik genoot van de koffiefaciliteiten die gratis op de kamer werden aangeboden. Ook zeer verzorgd en lekker ontbijtbuffet.,

Hier en daar enkele details van slijtage, maar dat kan de pret voor ons niet bederven.

The staff are very welcoming and the rooms were big and clean.

The only downside was that the parking on site was quite expensive considering it was parking specifically for people staying at the hotel.

Prachtig hotel, nabij het station. Al is het even uitzoeken hoe je het beste kan lopen. Prachtige kamers met een heerlijk kingsize bed. Erg vriendelijk personeel.

Onze ervaring in het restaurant was wat minder. Glazen deur voor de badkamer en een erg gladde en verhoogde douche vloer.

L,'insonorisation des fenêtres en alu digne des années 75. Le personnel qui ne répond pas comme il faudrait juste pour avoir une facture et qui se retranche derrière des consignes. MAIS LE COMBLE : un prix de 25€ pour un simple repas (hamburger) au resto pour le jour de la finale de la coupe du monde, mais qui vire tout le monde à la fermeture prévue 22h30 alors que commencent les prolongations !!! Quelle hospitalité et quel sens du client. Je fuis désormais cette chaîne

I love the location and the rooms were neat, bed comfortable

That we had to pay about 35 euros for parking for one night! Fortunate for me, I work across the street so was able to park there. Also, I had to pay extra 10 euros for city tax, which usually are included in the booking cost. Considering all these costs, it was expensive to join this hotel. Breakfast was good, with lots of options but didn’t have beans (this is a personal preference). Overall, I’ll say it was a good place to be but I’ll consider others looking at the cost.

De lokatie (loopafstand van centrum), het ontbijt, de bedden, het personeel, de airco. Nespresso met cupjes op de kamer. Koelkastje ook op de kamer. Uitstekende croissants, lekkere krentenbollen, en verder meer dan genoeg keuze voor mij. Je kunt de parkeerkosten als nadeel zien, maar je loopt zo het centrum in, waar je ook voor parkeren moet betalen. En je kunt nog een drankje doen als je lopend bent. Parkeerterrein kan wel vol raken, dus kom niet erg laat.

Douchen in bad, maar ja, dat overleef ik ook wel hoor. Onze airco deed het uitstekend (204), maar die in de kamer van vrienden (207) deed het slecht. Het borrelgarnituur was wel een beetje Mora kwaliteit. Viel dus een beetje tegen. Losse bitterballen hebben we niet geprobeerd. Wel de gefrituurde garnalen, erg lekker. Er moet wel extra aandacht worden besteed aan bijvoorbeeld kopjes op de kamer. Bij onze vrienden ontbraken die.

The hotel is clean and has a great location. The bar downstairs is a nice addition. The wifi was easy to connect to.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillow. I didn't sleep well at all and ended up with a bad neck and shoulder pain during and after my stay.

Grei beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum, togstasjon og Phillips stadium. Trivelig personale. Veldig kjekt at vi fikk lagre kofferter etter utsjekk og komme innom for å låne toaletter og plassere mer bagasje i løpet av dagen. Fine fellesområder.

Rommet bar preg av noe slitasje. Stoff på stol flasser. Teppegulv føles mindre rent enn andre overflater. Noe antydning til muggdannelse på silikontetning i dusj. Rant litt dårlig unna i dusj (begynt å bli tett avløp?). Håndtak på vindu var løst, vi strevde litt med å få friskluft på natta.

Goede bedden, koffie en theefaciliteiten. Uitstekend ontbijt.

The property is conveniently located right across from Eindhoven Centraal train station. It has superb facilities, including a really large swimming pool and a mini gym that has enough machines to work out. Cleanliness was remarkable and the staff was super friendly. The room was really good, quiet, toiletries were provided, and the bed was super comfy.

Nothing to mention here. Everything was really good, it's definitely a good value for money.

ontbijt was erg goed, locatie perfect de stad en het PSV stadion waren op loopafstand.

I enjoyed the fact the property was so close to the center, less than a 10 minute walk to train station. The older gentleman in the restaurant was very friendly and delightful a great host as were front desk staff as well. There were bikes to rent per day, which was nice. My son enjoyed the pool.

If I have to find critique, the gym is small and dated, the pool could have been more warm.

Großes, helles und modernes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Innenstadt. Alles da. Fahrradraum vor dem Hotel im Freien, aber abgeschlossen. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Ik zou bijna zeggen te uitgebreid dat ontbijt. Fijn dat er kon worden gezwommen en vanaf een vroeg tijdstip.

Beetje saaie donkere gangen. Vooral dat de twee buitenterrassen beide voor rokers was. Dat stoorde mij erg. Ook had ik juist op zo’n druk stedelijk kruispunt graag een verkoelende groene stille tuin optie gewild om nog even te zitten.

The reception staff was helpful at check-in and to get some extra coffee capsules (I skipped the cleaning for a day of my stay). The pool was very relaxing, for the one day that I got to experience it. Despite being very close to train tracks and one of the main roads into Eindhoven, the room was not noisy.

The cleaning of the room was terrible. The bedside tables were so dusty, I had to wash my hands after placing them on it. The bed was not confortable. It was a really hot day when I arrived, and the staff didn't turn on the air conditioning in the room, as they do in other hotels. So I arrived at a hot bedroom, instead of a fresh one. The following day, they turned it off and again I arrived at a hot room. The pool that day was closed for maintenance but it had to be the maintenance guy to tell me that. The staff didn't bother to put a paper on the door until I went there to ask about it (only to notice the paper sheet was printed and left on the desk).

Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä monipuolinen aamupala. Yleiset tilat oli mukavat ravintola, uima-allas jne. Huoneet olivat hyvän kokoiset ja sängyt mukavan tuntuisia ja tilavia.

Oman huoneen yleis-siisteys olisi voinut olla vähän parempi, huoneen pinnat olivat pölyiset ja lattialla oli jokin outo tahra. Sekä arvoesineille tarkoitettu turvakaappi ei toiminut.

Très bruyant, les chambres donnent sur une grande avenue et les châssis ne masquent pas le bruit. Parking payant et taxe de séjour en plus. Situation dans un quartier pas très bien fréquenté, bref il y a bien mieux pour un prix équivalent à Eindhoven!

The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The sink was blocked.Communicated the first day and nothing was done. The same thing happened on the 2nd day and only on the 3rd day was our room cleaned.

Het bar personeel kon de drukte kwa mensen niet aan. We stonden 20 minuten in de rij voor een cocktail, toen we aan de beurt waren gaf de bar medewerkster aan dat door te weinig personeel ze geen cocktails meer schenken.

I never expected that my first trip to the Netherlands would end like this. While we were away at a music festival, someone entered our room and all of the cash from my wallet disappeared. After the hotel’s internal investigation, I was informed that someone had indeed entered our room while we were out. However, the hotel refused to tell me who entered, when it happened, or provide any meaningful explanation. They also declined to accept responsibility for what happened. To make matters worse, the safe in the room was not functioning properly—it kept beeping electronically and could not be closed at all. Additionally, our key cards had to be reprogrammed every single day because they constantly stopped working, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and concerning. I understand that hotels cannot always prevent every crime, but I do expect guests’ security to be taken seriously. Finding out that someone accessed my room and then being left without answers or any compensation is simply unacceptable. As an international tourist staying at a Holiday Inn, I expected a much higher standard of security and customer care. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were acknowledged but ultimately dismissed. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here avoids leaving valuables or cash in their room, regardless of whether they believe them to be secure. This experience completely ruined what should have been an unforgettable trip to the Netherlands.

ontbijt was zeer goed, veel keuze en verse producten. Ideale ligging in het midden van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was zeer proper. De airco werkte zeer goed, dit was nodig omdat het heel warm was buiten.

Er mocht iets meer aanbod zijn van fruit bij het ontbijt.

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen (10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum). Das Hotel hat einen grossen Parkplatz, der zwar nicht kostenlos ist und 23€ / 24 Std. kostet, aber viele Hotels haben gar keinen Parkplatz und verweisen nur auf öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Pool, den wir allerdings aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt haben. Mit 98€/ Nacht ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis extrem gut.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.
