Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert! Das Zimmer hatte eine gefühlt hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, es hat unangenehm gerochen, es gab lediglich ein Fenster zu einem Außenschacht, man konnte nicht lüften, sehr hellhörig, Milchglas zw. Zimmer und Flur, im Flur gab es eine non stop Beleuchtung, die Lampen waren nicht ausschaltbar, sodass das Zimmer nicht abzudunkeln war. Die Dusche war gut hatte aber auch kein Fenster zum lüften und lag direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Die Fotos sind wirklich gut gemacht aber in der Realität sehen die Räume doch sehr anders aus. Ich kann es nicht weiterwmpfehlen und würde es nie wieder buchen.

La habitación individual es demasiado estrecha. Además el colchón de la cama se hunde solo com tocarlo.

The locality was very good. The room was smaller but very comfortable. The caretaker Talin was very kind, friendly and helpful. He prepare breakfast for us even though they werent included in price. We could leave our luggage here since we weren't leaving until the evening. I would recommend staying here.

Do facto de ser exatamente como descreveram no anúncio. Tudo é pequeno mas cuidado.

L'appartement est cosy et confortable; très bien pour y passer quelques nuits et si on a prévu de manger à l'extérieur. C'était propre et plutôt calme. Pour les lève-tôt, prévoyez un petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur car il est servi à partir de 8h30.

Proposer un petit-déjeuner vers 8h ou une collation qu'on pourrait emmener avec nous ;-)

Great find in central Lisbon, affordable, great for a few days stay. New facilities with a bonus kitchen and basic morning breakfast provided. Was not aware of communal kitchen and breakfast when booking. On premises staff available. Tuhin was very welcoming, warm and easy to deal with. Easy online check in. Plenty of restaurants in the same street.

1.2 meter wide. I knew it would be small but was absurd. Found multiple hairs in the bathroom, pillow stained yellow as was the wall behind the pillow. Bed needs to be replaced. No back support at all No daylight …noisy as it’s next to the kitchen. Bathroom had moldy spots. To be fair, it’s possible that if I booked a different room and it was properly cleaned I wouldn’t have scored it so low, but the twin room…/ I would never stay here again no matter the price

The check-in experience is quick and easy, the location is good, and we were even offered breakfast. Tuhin, the concierge, is friendly and nice. There's the possibility to leave luggage on-site, which is very useful.

The rooms are really very small and the layout could be better; it is a very tight squeeze for two people. The overall atmosphere could be improved.

Il ragazzo alla reception è molto gentile. Anche non essendo incluso nel prezzo ci hanno offerto la colazione per tutto il soggiorno. La camera è piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Personalmente abbiamo passato 4 belle notti, ci ritornerei sicuramente. Grazie mille per queste splendide giornate ❤️

Obiekt w super lokalizacji. Właściciel bardzo dbał o to aby niczego nie brakowało, codziennie rano pytał czy coś jest potrzebne, czy trzeba posprzątać pokój. Najbardziej pozytywnym zaskoczeniem były śniadania. Codziennie świeże pieczywo, ser, wędlina, tosty, owoce, sok, mleko, kawa, dżem i nutella.

Wszystko mi się podobało.

This place has been a true gem. The place is very clean, the place is located in a nice area, in walking distance to the city center. I had a great time checking out the area. The place is well run, very clear directions and totally worth the money. I also had the pleasure of meeting Tuhin, who was knowledgeable, helpful and nice person to chat with. I would love to come back soon..

일주일정도 머무는동안 청소를 부탁하진 않았어요 방에 짐도 다 걸어놓고 해서 누가 들어오는걸 원하지 않았거든요 근데 방에서 벌레흔적을 찾고 말씀드렸을때 그게 마치 일주일동안 청소 못하게 해서 생긴일 처럼 피드백 왔을땐 당황했어요

Gostei da localização, cama confortável, casa de banho limpa e decoração bonita. Ter uma cozinha no quarto, 2 garrafas de água no quarto e pequeno almoço grátis também foi uma boa surpresa!! Adoramos!

O caixote do lixo da casa de banho é pequeníssimo, e na cozinha do quarto não há outro para embalagens maiores ou outro tipo de lixo maior. O comando da TV não funcionava. O PIN da entrada de baixo já está tão desgastado no teclado que qualquer pessoa de fora pode perceber qual é, acho que está na hora de mudar :) para maior segurança.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Uniquement un velux dans la chambre mais le prix était très raisonnable compte tenue des prestations, de l’emplacement et du petit déjeuner compris dans le prix. Très bon accueil.

For the price, it was an excellent stay - I appreciated the free breakfast, easy check-in, location, and amenities (TV, body wash in the shower, the shower itself was really nice).

Obviously as with most hostels and hotels of this kind, noise can be an issue and this was no different, but I expected it and it wasn't something that really bothered me. Just something to point out that if you're a sensitive sleeper, you do hear everything.

La posizione è ottima e la struttura offre servizi molto comodi! Ottima pulizia e colazione!

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere sia il centro (circa 15-20 min a piedi), sia Alfama (circa 25-30 min a piedi), sia l'aeroporto (in auto o con un autobus). La struttura offre ai propri ospiti una modesta colazione gratuita. La camera è abbastanza pulita. Non ho mai incontrato lo staff di persona, ma si è reso disponibile attraverso la piattaforma Booking rispondendo rapidamente ai messaggi.

La mia camera singola era praticamente un buco, sostanzialmente senza finestre, così sono stata costretta a dormire tutta la notte con l'aria condizionata accesa, anche se fuori faceva fresco. Il lavandino, attaccato alla porta d'ingresso e fuori dal bagno, era minuscolo. In generale, la camera era molto più piccola rispetto ai 10 m2 promessi dalla struttura.

Para lo que terminó siendo , no había buena relación precio calidad. No se exige que sea 5 estrellas, pero al menos que la sábana no esté manchada. Muy chico el espacio

The apartment was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and perfectly located in the center of Lisbon, close to supermarkets, bus stops, and the metro. I truly appreciated how kind and welcoming the team was. The complimentary breakfast was also a very nice surprise! My room was excellent, and the whole experience was honestly 11/10. I really hope the team continues to maintain this high standard of service. If I visit Lisbon again, Apartamento Sebastian will definitely be my first choice. This is a fantastic place to stay, offering a very clean environment and complimentary breakfast , which adds to the overall comfort of the experience. Unfortunately, I have to leave early at 7 a.m., but the staff kindly offered me breakfast the day before. The location is exceptionally convenient, being close to the bus station and a variety of supermarkets, making travel plans easier. Additionally, there are several nice restaurants nearby, providing a great choice for dining out. All in all, it’s a highly recommended spot for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and convenience at a great price.

L’unica cosa che ho gradito della struttura è la prontezza dell’host a rispondere e il fatto che sostituissero gli asciugamani ogni giorno.

Soggiorno molto deludente – Struttura terribilmente antigienica e trascurata Nonostante ci cambiassero gli asciugamani tutti i giorni, l'igiene generale e la pulizia di questo appartamento erano davvero disastrose. * Problemi di pulizia e igiene: C'erano macchie visibili su lenzuola, cuscini e asciugamani. Il calcare e la sporcizia residua dai soggiorni precedenti ricopriva tutti i sanitari ed era presente ruggine sia all'interno del mobile del bagno che nella doccia. Era presente un forte odore di chiuso e umido che persisteva sia nelle stanze che negli armadi. Era impossible far circolare l’aria perché la nostra porta finestra affacciava su un terrazzo pieno di ventole di espulsione d’aria dei condizionatori. * Manutenzione e condizioni: L'appartamento non assomiglia minimamente alle foto dell'annuncio. I muri sono sporchi e macchiati, i pavimenti e i mobili mostrano una forte usura e la polvere si è accumulata in ogni angolo, superficie e fessura.

Il ragazzo delle pulizie seppur molto gentile è entrato in casa all’ora di pranzo per sistemare la casa senza però avvisarci prima.

Расположение хорошее. Убирали комнату и меняли полотенца ежедневно. Брали номер на 4 ночи. Нам, предоставили бесплатный завтрак, после первой ночи пребывания. Кухня, туалет и душ, в отличном состоянии.

Наши апартаменты, были на первом этаже. Комната маленькая, окно на внутренний двор (колодец), помещение полуподвальное. От этого, там всегда тень и сырово. Пол и перекрытия деревянные (доска). Когда, соседи ходят по коридору, доски издают скрип, от которого мы иногда просыпались.

아침식사가 포함되어 있지 않다고 했는데 토스트와 과일을 먹을 수 있게 주방에 세팅해 주셨어요. 뜻밖의 행운이라 기분이 좋았습니다. 그리고 사장님, 직원분이 정말 친절하시고 방 안의 상태도 너무 좋아서 마음에 들었어요. 방 안의 화장실도 있는데 작지 않아요. 너무 마음에 들었습니다.

다만 위치가 명소와 떨어져 있다는 점이 아쉬웠는데요. 이 정도 가격이라면 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 저는 월드컵 시즌에 갔는데 밤 12시까지 광장에서 축구응원하고 숙소 돌아가는 길에 버스가 다 끊겨서 걸어서 왔어요. 위치 빼고는 완벽한 숙소입니다. 너무 마음에 들었어요.

La habitación estaba súper limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. El chico que lleva las habitaciones estaba súper atento por si necesitábamos algo y se molestaba en saber qué estaba todo bien. Además, desde el primer día nos sorprendió diciendo que iba a poner un mini desayuno gratuito toda la semana, que lo agradecimos muchísimo. En general, merece mucho la pena ir a estos apartamentos.

No está muy bien insonorizado, pero por suerte en las otras habitaciones había gente que respetó las horas y no hacían ruido.

Camera ideale per un paio di notti, l'abbiamo trovata pulita e abbiamo dormito bene, senza molto rumore. Doccia spaziosa. Lo staff è pronto a dare tutte le indicazioni che servono.

Estaba cerca de una parada de metro, lo cual facilitaba la movilidad para acudir tanto al centro como a otras zonas de la ciudad. Nos atendieron el primer día muy amable pese a llegar algo antes de lo previsto. Nos encontramos el apartamento súper limpio. Nos facilitaron un desayuno que no sabíamos nada al respecto. Tanto la cama como el baño era bastante cómodo y nuevo, por lo que nuestra estancia fue agradable.

Es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. A nosotros nos costó alrededor de 60€ aparcar en un parking privado que se encontraba a unos 10 minutos andando del apartamento.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very central, making it easy to explore Lisbon and get around the city. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had everything we needed during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. The towels were changed every day, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The free breakfast was a surprise. The bed was comfortable. Turin was a great host! The location was ideal and the neighbourhood was quiet at night but still in the center.

A bit of mold on the shower ceiling but not a big deal. The rain shower did not work. Everything else was great!

Dobra lokalizacja, klimatyzacja w pokoju oraz darmowe śniadanie, które było bardzo miłym dodatkiem. Na każdym piętrze dostępna była też kuchnia z wyposażeniem.

Łazienka i toaleta mogłyby być zdecydowanie lepiej posprzątane i trochę odświeżone. Cały nocleg jest raczej podstawowy, więc nie ma tu wielu dodatkowych udogodnień.

It's a good value for money you pay. Location is nice - you can get to any part of the city from it by taxi (which is quite cheap) or by foot. Complimentary breakfast was a good surprise.

It was noisy during the morning time (starting from 6-7 AM) looks like because technical staff was doing some cleaning. The towels looks really old and worn-out. Needs to be renewed. Also bed matrass was too soft for me.

Das Apartment hat ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer mit einer Dusche und einer Toilette. Das war der komfortable. Zusätzlich hat jeder Gast die Möglichkeit sich ein kostenloses Frühstück in der Gemeinschaftsküche zuzubereiten.

Amei, quarto grande, com casa de banho privativa. A cama era muito espaçosa e confortável, ar condicionado e uma mini cozinha. Perfeito e no centro de Lisboa perto de tudo e sossegado.

Ci eravamo già stati ci siamo ritornati perché la posizione é ottima, l' host é molto gentile, la camera e il bagno sono molto puliti e la colazione é ottima!

The sheets had little dried stains.... The rest was clean but... Yeah :/ Also, to get to some rooms you have to go through the kitchen? And a random fridge is on the "hallway" so randomly someone would go there in the middle of the night and not only you could hear everything (they even give you ear plugs lol) the light would turn on and whilst not directly, it was perceptible from the room

The staff was very welcoming and nice and the place was spotless clean!

Only a small note that we got a blanket instead of a top sheet, it would've been nice to have a normal bedsheet since it was quite hot in Lisbon at the time. We did have airconditioning though so not a big issue, just a bit unusual.

I had a nice little room, the place is clean. Location was very good for my needs. Next door, in a restaurant named Puro you can get the best francesinhas in town.

The walls are a bit thick, so you hear very well what’s going on in your neighbours room.

Die Unterkunft hat alles gehalten was sie versprochen hat. Gemeinschaftsküche, Bad und Zimmer an sich waren sehr sauber und es mangelte an keiner Stelle an Ausstattung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Eine kostenlose aber dafür ausführliche Auswahl an Frühstuck war mit inbegriffen und diente als Überraschung, was wirklich schätzenswert war! Das Personal war super freundlich, hat sich stets nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, hat aber auch die Einhaltung der Verhaltensregeln eingefordert, um es dadurch allen Gästen so angenehm zu machen!

Das Einzige, was auszusetzen wäre, ist der Umstand, dass man in seinem Zimmer alles hört, was sich im Flur abspielt und auch in einigen anderen Zimmern. Entsprechend geht man davon aus dass man selbst auch von draußen gehört werden kann.

A localização é boa, mas acreditava que teria mais pontos comerciais nas proximidades. O funcionário é muito profissional, prestativo e simpático. Foi servido café da manhã todos os dias da minha estadia.

O apartamento de 10 m quadrados é muito estreito no quarto. Difícil ter acesso à cama pela lateral. A pia é muito estreita. Para quem estiver portando mala de despacho, que foi o meu caso, os aposentos ficam no primeiro andar e não tem elevador.

Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. Ofrecían un pequeño desayuno de cortesía y tenían servicio para guardar maletas después del check out. Salvo el problema de la primera noche, las instalaciones estaban bastante limpias. Cambiaban las toallas y limpiaban la habitación todos los días. El checking era automático y daban instrucciones muy sencillas para realizarlo. A unos 25 minutos andando del centro pero con paradas de autobús cerca del alojamiento.

No tenía ascensor y al llevar una maleta muy pesada,nos costó subirla. La primera noche al irnos a dormir,vimos que la sábana tenía varios pelos que no eran nuestros y tuvimos que dormir encima de la sabana superior sin poder taparnos. Se lo comentamos al chico a la mañana siguiente y nos cambió las sabanas sin problema. Nuestra habitación creo que era la mejor que ofrece el alojamiento,de tamaño estaba bien y tenía un balconcito pequeño. El baño sí que era muy pequeño. No obstante, el resto de habitaciones interiores parecían muy pequeñas y con apenas ventilación. El último día el encargado del apartamento nos pidió encarecidamente que valorasemos el apartamento. Le dijimos que sí, que luego lo haríamos y nos insistió para que lo hiciéramos en ese mismo momento y delante de él (es más, controlaba lo que escribía y llegó a recriminarme que le diera más nota, a lo que le respondi que las valoraciones eran personales). Cuando volvimos después del check out a recoger nuestras maletas,nos lo cruzamos en la escalera y le saludamos amablemente y él ni siquiera nos devolvió el saludo ( por lo que creemos que no le gustó nuestra primera valoración inicial, y eso que no tuvimos la libertad de opinar sinceramente como ahora)

El personal que me atendió por teléfono no me trató de la forma adecuada, fue un poco grosero. Ya que tuve que llamar por teléfono para que me facilitaran las contraseñas para entrar al alojamiento.

Pokoj je menší, ale nic co bych nečekal. Hlavně chci pochválit chlapíka, který tam obstarával úklid, snídaně a vše okolí apartmánu. Velká pochvala.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación estaba cerca del transporte publico y a unos 30 minutos andando del casco antiguo. La habitación muy limpia. Cada día habían sábanas y toallas limpias.

Por poner una pega que era un espacio muy pequeño pero solo iba a dormir así que no fue un problema. Quizás las almohadas un poco incómodas pero esto es algo un poco personal.

O WC não estava tão limpo, e o colchão tinha um buraco bem no meio. Foi impossível descansar.
