The area is quite and environment around it looks safe It's close to the best amenities but at the same time out of the rush of the big city The place is beautiful and affords a good space for rest

We received friendly, efficient and professional service from the host. The property is a spacious, well kept, and tastefully furnished house in a leafy green, and quiet townhouse complex. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

There was nothing of this property that we didn't like. It offers great value for money! We can only recommend staying here - there's nothing we could reasonably complain about.

Jani was an amazing host and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after! We were able to make a plan to collect the keys after we needed to, and needed to change who was collecting them, and she handled this amazingly, was not a problem at all. She even came over on one of the days to drop off an extra set of keys, as we were moving in and out of the house at different times than originally planned. The house was beautiful and spacious, and had enough space for everyone we had on this trip. The kitchen was also such a highlight, modern and clean, with tons of nice-to-haves that many other properties don't have (like an airfryer, big fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.) There was a nice spacious study to work in as well, as we had to work late into the night on multiple occasions.

I wish there were fans in every room (there was 1 room that got quite hot in the summer heat without a fan), and that there was more than just 1 dishwasher pod, as we were there for more than 1 night with a few people. The WiFi also struggled a bit, but we were able to get what we needed done (the connection would reset a few times, but it wasn't a constant issue, and mostly only happened downstairs) Small things, otherwise it was an amazing stay.

The family house is in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. There are various spaces for gathering, both indoors and on the back patio. Everything was in perfect order with clear instructions for use. The landlady does not live on the premises but responds very quickly to any queries. We felt very welcome before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended.

Nothing we disliked, really. Just note that the walls of the master bedroom were not thick enough to keep out the early morning sounds of the neighbors when they start their day.

Everything about the place is excellent. Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is beautiful, Clean and welcoming. You can find instructions to do what and operate everything. The host is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. It's value for money, I didn't expect what we got for the price, it's an exceptional place, I will definitely recommend it and would love to visit there again🤞🏾

The property is in a very nice and quite place, cozy either nice mountains view where very friendly animals apears in the sunrise. Nice large bedrooms, nice cozy living room and dining room. Top top

I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the accommodation and the responsiveness of the host. The kitchen was clean, modern, and comfortable to cook in. The double room was light, bright, and very comfortable. The walk-in shower in the en suite was wonderful!

The interior was very cold. I think adding a rug in each bedroom and in the living area could definitely improve the overall ambience. The king and single beds were quite hard.

The area was not that good on the outside and also the garage was not clean and was having some items which made it small for our car.

We could use more Fan's / Aircons in all the rooms. The parking is a bit small for parking next to the buildings if the garage was already in use of our second car.

The property was conducive for a small family of 4 with a babysitter. The study downstairs was an added bonus.

Thornhill Tranquility unexpectedly became our home away from home! The place was clean and pristine, and we immediately felt at home with delicious rusks, coffe, tea, milk and drinking water waiting in the kitchen. Oupa could not stop raving about the furniture, and beautiful oil paintings decorated the walls. Soft, natural light filled the bedrooms and the sitting room. Every evening the whole three-generation family relaxed in the latter on the comfortable couches, enjoying the extensive list of streaming services and good WiFi. Downstairs the dining room hosted the peaceful morning coffees and the occasional dinner or lunch. With a stove, microwave, spacious refridgerator, airfryer, as well as a dishwasher and dishwasher pellets, the kitchen was well equipped to cater for every whim. For longer stays, there is a washing machine, again with the soap provided for your convenience.Threre is even a spacious study if work calls! On top of everything, Jani is an extremely gracious host. After accidentally booking the place for only one person, Jani was super quick to respond with extra towels for the whole family, as well as additional electricity. To conclude, Thornhill Tranquility is the perfect stage for visiting Pretoria, and a tranquil space to return to if the city becomes too big.

The apartment is clean and in a very quiet and secure place. The location is within walking distance to shops which is very convenient

Everything was exceptional, nothing to report.

We really enjoyed the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen! So modern! Enjoyed the blockout curtains in the main bedroom and especially the separate office that is perfect to work in while on our trip. Lounge seats are so comfortable and family friendly. Great location. Will definitely recommend and come again.
