Gave us 1 tissue for the whole weekend in a 2 bedroom apartment. Did not come clean the apartment even though we did wash our own dishes. They told us they don’t refill tea, coffee or sugar. What we found on Friday should last us.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026There was quite a bit of maintenance needed in the apartment. Some of the tiles were broken, and the couch was burnt/damaged. A pot had also not been properly washed and still had food left in it. There was visible mould in the bathroom, and the apartment was not very well soundproofed, making it quite noisy. The airflow and ventilation were also insufficient, which made the apartment feel stuffy at times.

The noise levels throughout our stay was not acceptable Loud music throughout the night went beyond 11pm through the early hours of the morning, screaming and shouting from others residents. WiFi was an issue no connectivity throughout the stay and poor reception made even more difficult.

How its not communicated with your platform or them before hand that will need to pay a 1000 deposit on arrival this is something I must know before booking this place with you, im sure im not the first one to mention this can you rectify this asap.

There was mould all over the bathroom walls the room stank like a sewer and smelled like urine and faeces. The mould is there due to poor cleaning services. It felt like I was staying in a student accommodation was extremely noisy and lots of screaming and I was unable to sleep

It was not easy to get the room, signage was not good for this particular room(92). Got in the room and Wifi was not connecting and whatspp'd the host and was told to connect to other room numbers and it kept going on and off. There was only one set of towels and the room was booked for 2, the response to raising that was "we will have to check if we have more towels'

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The room looked like it was not cleaned at all prior to check-in. Upon arrival at 19:30, we immediately found cockroaches, dirty burnt pots inside the cabinets, breadcrumbs left on a chair, and burnt marks on the couch. We reported this to the reception guy at 20:00, but he kept us waiting until 22:00 to assist. Since they were fully booked and could not move us, we requested clean sheets. As we were putting them on, we were horrified to find dirt, tampon plastic covers, and brown/red stains (which looked exactly like period stains) directly on the mattress protector.Save your health and your money—look elsewhere!
