Privacy, location and the rooms 👌

The host was very friendly. Location is lovely. The unit had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The full DSTV package was also a nice to have. Beds were also very comfortable

The unit unfortunately requires some maintenance in a number of areas e.g. the ceiling sagging, wall plug pulling out of the wall, shower leaking, aircon very noisy, dining room table very unstable and some cupboard doors and drawers not working. These are minor issues but will improve to overall experience

Great location in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood, close to Centurion Mall and other conveniences. Accommodation was well furnished and very comfortable, homely and clean. Full DSTV and all appliances required.

Small things- like ceiling joins coming apart in main lounge, slightly torn insect screens, and shower head that needs replacing. But these are small maintenance things that can be addressed- doesn't take away from a great property.

The safety of the gated estate added to the experience. The staff were so kind. Our rooms were immaculate and the view from the bedroom overlooking the spotless pool area and pristine lawn was very inviting to relax.

I would only have perhaps liked an aircon in the unit we booked but the fan provided did its job ok. Just got slammed by mosquitoes a bit.

Convenient and comfortable pied a terre in a boomed area. Suited me fine, during a working visit to Johannesburg. The hostess was charming and helpful. Excellent DSTV and good Wi-Fi. Didn't get a chance to try the pool. Will come again.

The utensils provided were very basic, very limited and very downmarket. No corkscrew or bottle opener. Also found the floor-level bar fridge a tad inconvenient.

Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Big bathroom. Car had a secure parking inside a locked garage

Minor things: Shower head is worn. Fridge inside room is noisy at times.

Location for us was great. Big spacious room with all we needed. A wonderful bed. We loved it

The property is beautiful, neat and spacious. Has a lounge, separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. It’s actually much bigger than the pictures. There is no microwave in the room though, but you could use the one in the corridor/breakfast place.

The area is in a secured area ,neat, clean and customer service is excellent. A home away from home indeed 😌 ...really value for money

The place is fabulous. True to the pictures. The linen and bed including the pillows, full DSTV etc was exceptional. There was a fair amount of dust and spider webs specifically in the bathroom corners and shower. Some housekeeping would have put this experience as exceptional. There was also a lot of scratching in the ceiling. Probably a mouse. Could have been a once off?? Otherwise, the place is beautiful. Full functional self catering room. Bottle water and fresh milk was provided, loved that. Range of coffee tea options. It was a pleasant stay overall.

Central area in centurion. Gated area very secure, calm atmosphere. Very good facility. Reliable wifi, entartainment available. I would use the property again if i am back around the area.

The housekeeper didnt change the towels.

It was so peaceful, and my room was absolutely stunning - staff was friendly and accommodating.

The host was so sweet, the place itself is so relaxing with that beautiful pool...so scared I might occasionally book just to have a quiet relaxing evening.

I liked where it was located, close to the shopping center and a quiet neighborhood.

I didn't like that there was only one central microwave

Comfortable bed and good location. Ok for one or two night stay.

No bathroom door = no privacy. No hairdryer and no hand soap. Jacuzzi bath needs maintenance. No breakfast included. :(

I saw others having breakfast this morning and the tables were set the night before. I have never received or been offered breakfast on any date that I visited.

There was a big cockroach in my room near the toilet. I was told that it was a beetle... The message sent was read and I had to call 30min later for it to be removed as it was still alive but on its back. This morning there was a small one on the bathroom cupboard. I was also told that all visitors got water from the bathroom when I asked for water for my room.

Dust in both rooms and the braai area was dirty

The place is quiet and peaceful. Louise was a phone call away, she has assisted me with things that I needed. The area is also clean and quiet.

We were travelling from across the border, our Garmin started acting up and the mobile connection wasnt great due to load shedding. We called Louise to inform her that we were on our way around 830pm, but struggling with our Garmin. With no empathy at all she curtly reminded us the Check in is only available until 9pm. Luckily we made it just before 9pm only to be received by a shirtless boy who scurried from the property opposite handed over the keys mumbled something and off he went. We had to figure out what key unlocked which door, how the garage remote worked,etc! Imagine entering into a dark room with no idea where the light switches are. The top of the headboards were very dusty and our asthmatic boys was sneezing all night, my wife had to clean these the next day. The next morning we were woken by loud banging on the door, alarmed we asked who it is? And the person responded by demanding that we open the door to take out something from the room. It turns it was the house who wanted to get a phone had been left in one of the drawers, but the lack of courtesy and a matter of fact attitude!!!! Image to our horror when we return from a long day out to come back to a place that had not been cleaned at all!! I sent a Whatsapp message to Louise to ask why there was not house keeping, which message was blue ticked!! Just imagine, however the next day house keeping was done with no explaination or apology of why it was not done the previous day. Oh the mosquitoes in that place, that goodness we always move around with peaceful sleep. I have read the reviews on this property and most of them are positive and speak well of Louise being there to meet them and tend to their needs, but this was not the case with us. We travel a lot extensively locally in my home country, in the region and international, I am sorry to say this will go down as one of my worst experiences. Louise and Roosthaven couldnt spare just 5 minutes to send someone to check on us, that would have been

Room smelled like smoke cause of the previous guy sleeping there.... i know its not the owners fault but wish they warned us( to get a different place) or gave us another room, im pregnant and was sick all night cause of the smoke. Place needs alittle upgrade. Bedding wasnt clean. Headboard was dirty.

The service by the owner was bad, we were left to ourselves without being given any assistance on things we needed help, e.g toilet without water which I informed her but never assisted as she promised, we booked for 2 days but the bed was not made
