Encantador apartamento

Quiet place and close to everthing. Felt secure and friendly staff.

It was comfortable, the apartment was spacious and had a kitchen. The location was also good.

There was ZERO information about the lack of water! They don‘t tell you that they have no more water and make you pay the full price! Unacceptable! You come home after a full day in hot weather and can‘t shower! And the guy in the reception didn‘t care one bit, no apology, no alternative offered. The guy in the number I called didn‘t even know my part of the hotel existed!!! Besides that there was loud construction noise for hours at night.

Spacious apartment, nice air co. WiFi works well.

When we arrived the security guard that was working didn't want to let us in - for him was hard to understand English. We tried Spanish, but he still didn't know that we supposed to arrive. I informed hosts through booking at what time we will arrive 1 day before arrival- but they don't bother to inform the security guard. Washing machine wasn't working.

Nice spacious apartment inside the old city walls. IMPORTANT the address is Plaza de Tejadillo not Plaza de Pozo. The kitchen was well equiped, the bed was ok. Aircon in the bedrooms. There was just two of us so we could spread out and the couch is only a 2 seater. We put on the fan high up the wall. Only switch we could see was on the fan accessed from the loft bed space Easy to walk around the town but on the edge so quieter at night although the main road is not far away. Water pressure is very low but had hot water. Temperature control in laundry. Used the washing machine several times at its lowest water level and it worked fine. There is always a doorman. The staff at casa de gloria, where the recption is, were helpful also.

It has a great location.
