Location of the place it’s just perfect . Lovely and quiet , 10 min from the airport, close to all attractions. Supermarkets are very close too. We had a hire car and that was making everything easy . Samuli the owner was great , answering all the questions before our arrival and during the stay . Place it’s just perfect , very clean tidy and well equipped. We will definitely come back . Highly recommended. Thank you for making our Finish experience great.

Clean and compact house. Everything was well maintained and organized. The indoor sauna works well. Responsible person communicated all aspects about the stay beforehand which made the stay more comfortable.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty domek, wszystko było na miejscu, kominek , sauna to super udogodnienia. Autem bardzo blisko do centrum oraz do wioski Mikołaja.

Location is very comfortable if you have a car - 10 min by car to the city center, Santa Claus village, 2 min to the grocery store (K-Market). Well equipped kitchen has all amenities to cook basic meals. It's 2 bedroom vila with one person sleeping in the living room. Parking next to the door very comfortable. Large modern TV set, good WiFi.

Sauna is cramped, in 1h30 temperature reached 67C. No sitting area near sauna (need to sit in the living room). Only 1 sink and 1 shower for 5 people creates jams. No cold water in the shower (weird).

The property is modern and very clean and tidy. The facilities are great and has everything you need. It is super cosy.

Very homey, super clean and near to the center. Samuli and his sister were very kind and hospitable. They allowed us to have dinner with our friends in his place. I also made a mistake when booking this place I just put 2 adults instead of 6 and 2 kids. But when I communicate with Samuli and his sister, they accommodated my error and gave us a good solution as soon as possible.

I think maybe, its better to have beed sheets and mattresses readily available for the guest because you’ve rented already the whole apartment. The plates and cooking materials are complete but no spoon and fork available.

Everything was very good, the house is nice, cosy and we were 8 people and we were comfortable there, the sauna was also very good and Samuli the owner was very good answering all the questions we had before and during our stay!! It is probably advisable to rent a car as we did but all the activities we did, supermarkets, etc. were around 15/20 min driving which is very good

Everything was clean. Samuli ,the owner, was very friendly and answer any questions as soon as possible. You can jump from the sauna directly in the snow outside (there is a private small forest)

We were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house – and it was simply perfect! The house is not only fully equipped but also offers many extras that make the stay even more special. A real highlight: behind the house, there is a private piece of forest. After a relaxing sauna session, you can jump straight into the snow – an unforgettable experience! The host, Samuli, is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. His support made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever travel to Lapland again, there is no doubt – we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tutto veramente perfetto! Casa davvero accogliente e nuova. Il proprietario sempre disponibile a rispondere a tutte le risposte e dubbi che avevo. Nella casa si trova tutto a partire da lenzuola e ascougamani, e poi tutto il necessario per quando si arriva, biscottini, sale olio eccetera. Davvero il top! 😍 La posizione della casa è un po’ fuori dal centro, secondo me è migliore per le passeggiate nel bosco; poi con il taxi c’è un servizio ottimo quindi ci si collega comunque bene.

It was a lovely property on an estate - really quiet, peaceful & safe - with lots of open safe for outdoor fun in the snow! It was brand new & immaculate. Hosts were fabulous - easy check in & out with electronic keypad, enquired as to how we were getting on which was a nice touch - friendly & very helpful. There were toiletries (inc shower gel & shampoo/conditioner) & some food products such as tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal & condiments in the cupboards - which was really helpful until we got to the supermarket! Lots of brand new crockery, cutlery. utensils, pots & pans provided. Then of course there was the added bonus of the beautiful sauna & fire. We honestly loved it & had the best time - thank you so very much 🙏

Nothing at all!!! But you do either need a car - buses don’t seem to come very often! - or rely on Ubers (which is what we did - but they can be expensive!) We were fully aware of & happy with the location - but it is up to an hours walk into the city.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und gute Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man braucht. Immer wieder gern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We had a fantastic stay in this newly built house! It was clear we were among the first guests, as everything was sparkling new and in pristine condition. The house is spacious, easily accommodating our group of four adults and two kids, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. There was even a sauna and a crib, which were fantastic additions to our family. One of the highlights was being allowed to use the fireplace—it added such a warm and cozy atmosphere to our evenings. Our kids were thrilled to find two sleds waiting for them, which was such a thoughtful touch that we loved! The host also provided shampoos, conditioner, and other essentials, making everything so convenient. The interior was thoughtfully designed to be cozy and modern, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was another highlight—just a 5-minute drive from the city, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again.
