Very uncomfortable sofa cum bed. The room cant qualify as a quad.

El alojamiento está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Da a la calle, pero nosotros no escuchamos ruido ya que está ubicado en una calle pequeña y tranquila. Muy recomendable.

No hay trato con personas, de ahí que haya calificado como nada satisfactorio. El precio, aunque los alojamientos en Amsterdam son caros.

The location was very good. It was on a ground floor, so no climbing stairs. Very clean! Communication was good.

From description on line, we did not realize that in the kitchen there is no sink, no toaster and no microwave or any other heating food device. The whole place is pretty small.

Achei a localização muito boa e o tamanho do apartamento ideal pra um casal. Ou no meu caso com uma criança. Achei a decoração de bom gosto.

Estaba muy pequeño el espacio para 4 personas es súper incómodo Además estaba sucio el lugar tenía las alfombras sucias había tela arañas y muchos zancudos no sé si sea la temporada pero hay repelentes eléctricos para eso la pasmos mal por esa situación , ah y los platos q habían estaban sucios

Fantastic location, attentive host, and tastefully decorated. The apartment was very clean and had some lovely welcome touches. I would recommend.

Niente, lo propongono adatto a 4 persone, l'ho lasciato dopo 15min che sono entrato e constatato che non andava per me.

Un Garage trasformato in una stanza con tutto: letto, divano letto, bagno da 1mq, tavolo. Un incubo. Ho preferito perdere la prenotazione (NON MI HANNO RIMBORSATO), che far dormire li la mia famiglia. Da radiare da Booking.

It was an amazing stay. The location of the property was the best. We could walk easily all around and it is really close to public transportation. the property was super clean.

the property is small for a family of 4 with teens. is is amazing decorated but no space to store our stuff. The check in is really late (4pm) and the check out super early (10am)

It was in an amazing location! Near everything you would want in the neighborhood (and surrounding areas) while being on a quieter side street.

The towels were a bit rough on the skin to use.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Many Middle Eastern restaurants in the area and other restaurants are nearby. Easy walk to major museums and to canals for a canal ride.

I recently stayed at this property and appreciated the host’s friendly and professional communication. They were accommodating and ensured smooth check-in and access to the unit. The location is convenient, even if the area can be lively. So some noise from the surroundings and the building itself are noticeable at times. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, it may be worth considering this when booking.

Everything was great, great host, great location, great apartment… Only downside was the noise from the street, though not as bad as some comments had led me to fear, it would be great with some new soundproof windows

The location is quite good, near tram station and Anne Frank House.

The toilet was very small. As it is located on the ground floor, it is very noisy at night. During my stay, I can hear people talking loudly outside early in the morning on most night, very disruptive to sleep.

Very comfortable accommodations with everything you would need. Thomas also shared excellent dining recommendations that made our stay extra special and memorable. He was so accommodating and he made communication very easy.

Room was very clean,everything you needed was there. Hosts were very helpful and friendly 🙂

We had an amazing stay in this property, very central location with everything within walking distance. The host was great, super attentive and helpful, giving us recommendations for food spots each day! The place is really cosy and had absolutely everything we needed for an enjoyable stay

The next door bar was a little loud at night

The noise from the nearby bar was very loud and went on till 3 am Friday and Saturday night.

Down a cozy alley off of a main drag and walkable to most everything! Love how new and clean it was inside. Felt safe and friendly. Easy walk from the tram that brings you from the airport. The hosts would share recommendations on where to eat and we were never led astray! Great communication with the hosts.

Only thing is that some street noise if people are loud walking by since it is street level can be heard.

From a square footage perspective, this place seems suitable for four people. However, for our family of four (two adults and two young kids), it felt a bit cramped. The apartment is filled with furniture, and the lack of closet space meant we had to keep our luggage out, making it feel even more cluttered. I believe this place is better suited for two people rather than four.

I am normally hesitant to choose new rentals with few reviews, but I saw that this one is managed by a rental company with excellent reviews for their other properties, so we took a chance and had a wonderful experience. The rental company sends a digital guide in advance with everything you need for self check-in, check-out and information about the apartment. We had to arrange an early check-in and found that the owner lives upstairs and was there waiting to make sure we got in without a problem. Communication and responsiveness was excellent, and we arrived to a beautiful modern and very clean apartment, with nice little touches like cold drinks waiting for us on a hot day, and even a welcome gift for our kids! The Jordaan neighborhood is one of the loveliest in Amsterdam so we are so glad we chose this location for our trip.

Apartment is on a quiet street but there was some street noise that spilled over from the main road on the weekend.

The room was very clean and comfy and close to the tramline..easy to get to all popular places of interest..lots of restaurants and cafes nearby..Thomas was very helpful with any queries that i had..the security of the entrance and room was also great..

Nothing I didn't like..but I think adding a full length mirror to the room would be a great addition :) and also if the checknout time could be a bit later than 10:00
