The room was very small and the toilet was stuck in a corner and not user friendly.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The hotel has a great location. It is just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. You can easily get to Amsterdam Centraal from Schiphol Airport by train. Buses to villages like Zaanse Schans and Edam also depart from Amsterdam Centraal, making the hotel's location extremely convenient for transportation. The departure point for canal tours is practically right in front of the hotel. It is within walking distance of Dam Square, Vondelpark, the Albert Cuyp Market, and the flower market. The hotel is clean; our sheets and towels were changed daily. The staff are attentive and helpful. Complimentary water and coffee are available in the lobby. It is a hotel we would choose again if we return.

Oda çok küçüktü. Duş alanını tuvalet ve lavabonun olduğu bölümden ayıran bir engel yoktu. Duş alanı ise normal irilikte bir kişi için bile çok küçüktü. Yatak rahatsızdı. Deforme olmuştu. Ortası yüksek, kenarlara doğru eğimliydi.

Just when checking in i had to wait for the receptionist for 30 minutes, only to find out there’s self checkin, and when i tried using it the receptionist came, funny is that he himself didnt know how to use it, so i continued on my own and self checked in. To be fair it was around 11PM but its a hotel and people can arrive anytime

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We enjoyed the location, our room was located at the front of the hotel, enjoyed the canal view, but it was a bit loud on a Saturday night with the noise from the street. The hotel itself was very quiet and we did not hear other guests. Room was very clean. The location to bars, restaurants and the train station is excellent. We walked to all the sites.
It has been mentioned but the rooms are very small, with a small bathroom…we are not big people and did manage around the room, not sure for how comfortable it would be for larger persons.

חדר פצפון, פתחנו מזוודה אחת על הרצפה מה שחסם את הכניסה לחדר. הדלת לא נפתחה עד הסוף בשל כך(לכן נכנסנו לחדר אחד אחד) מזוודה שנייה פתחנו על המיטה וסגרנו כל פעם כי אין מקום. בקיצור פחות נוח אבל ללילה אחד סהכ זה הספיק לנו. מי שצריך יותר לילות שיבדוק את גודל החדר.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The hotel is very close to the Central Station and the cruise port. Actually arrived before 9AM after getting off the cruise ship. Front desk staff was very helpful and stored our baggage and encouraged us to check back before the advertised check in time of 3PM. We were in the room before 2 after enjoying the city with umbrellas on loan from the front desk. The rooms were a little larger than the other Ibis Hotel nearby.
Nothing to dislike. It was on a busy street but sound insulation was good.

Rummet var klaustrofobiskt litet och det var dyrt för ytan av rummet. Luftkonditioneringen var inte påslagen och jag lyckades inte göra det manuellt heller så det var väldigt varmt i rummet och trångt. Det fanns endast ett el-uttag i hela rummet och det var klapp i TV uttaget. Frukosten var torftig och inte värd att betala extra för.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026We did not encounter many positive aspects except being close to the centre. Mr. Nezihi, who works at the reception, helps solve problems, we thank him.
Definitely not worth the money it costs in price/performance. The room was incredibly small, the air conditioning control was working. When we entered it was not working, then we turned it on, it was set to 19 degrees, it was incredibly cold. Then they closed it again. You find it difficult to move around in the room, I think there would be more room to stay in better hotels at this price.

Personnel plus du ressort d’un gardien que d un accueil. Chambre avec fenêtre qui donne sur un mur. En regardant le plan, 70% des chambres sont avec des fenêtres sans vue donc chambre sombre ou vue avec vis à vis d une autre chambre (celle sur cours intérieur).

Hätte gerne einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gehabt.

A bit of a warren of rooms..No door on the bathroom and the shower door didn’t fit….noisy next to tram lines. I asked specifically for a courtyard room and they gave me a room onto the street. The room is small and nowhere to put a case.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Room was extremely small that you have to act smart to fit your self with your luggage, we were in great floor that we heard all the water coming from the above floors like there is heavy rain, the hallway taking you to rooms fits 1 person and you can hear whoever is coming in and out only thing is that it’s near train station and they have free coffee machine in lobby that we didn’t use but can be useful
