The location is very central

They gave us room 445 which has no air vent and no window with accees to fresh air. We booked and paid for a standard double room though plus a single standard room which only had a small window. The fans in the rolms were partially broken abd noisy. There was no management available over the whole weekend. They said they were fully booked. So we had to stay at 445 for one night. We got another, better room the next day. After our written complaint we got a refund of 150 Euro out of 202 Euro we paid for one night. The breakfast was good.

I requested the invoice for accounting but they did not reply

Nothing , I don’t understand how this rated in the 7 range on booking .com.This was less than a 3 star in quality and only redeeming point was its location which is debatable as it was in the city centre which we thought was the place to be but it was noisy and dirty.

As above , the staff and manager had zero customer focus and attitude was this is the standard for Amsterdam and offered no options as we had already paid .This is quite possibly the worst accomodation we have experienced around the world & even had their resident cat jumping on the counter in the breakfast room. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting. VERY DIRTY bedroom Thieves. I left my cigarettes in the room and one of my boxes have been stolen. They don’t care the staff are rubbish stuck up. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Honestly stay away bedrooms are disgusting

Das einzige was man hier sagen kann ist die Lage. Aber auch nur zu einem Teil. Das Hotel liegt ein paar Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und ist super zentral.

Jedoch ist die Lage auch an einer sehr lauten Straße, was an sich ja kein Problem ist. Leider mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen, da die Luft im Zimmer extrem heiß war (draußen war es relativ kühl). Es stand zwar ein Ventilator bereit, welcher dann die heiße Luft durch den Raum schiebt. Ein anderer Negativfaktor war leider die Bekanntschaft mit Bettwanzen gemacht zu haben. Meine Frau und Tochter komplett zerbissen. Das war wirklich äußerst unangenehm. Das Frühstück war teilweise in Ordnung, wenn die klebrigen Tische und Böden nicht wären. Das Personal beim Check-Out hätte angenehmer sein können, nachdem ich für dieses rundum Sorgen-Paket 350€ bezahlt habe.

Sehr entrale Lage , man kann das meiste zu Fuß erkunden ,auch 5Min zum Bahnhof, Shop in der Nähe , viele ( meist aber Fastfood) Lokale, sehr sauber zumindest bei Ankunft ,immer frische Handtücher

Leider sehr heiß zu dieser Jahreszeit , es gab nur Fan, keine AC, Betten mäßig ,bis eher schlecht , Doppelzimmer sehr klein / aber war zum Glück als Einzelbelegung gebucht / Frühstück könnte mit frischem Obst und Gemüse leicht verbessert werden , es wird eine Kaution von 50 Euro vorab kassiert

Let's not beat around the bush: if you're looking at this hotel, it's because at this price and in such a central location, you'll hardly find anything better in Amsterdam. If what matters to you is value for money, then you're in the right place. Sure, for a three-star hotel, it probably sits at the lower end of that category: the furnishings are pretty basic and dated, and the room size is really small. But it's clean, they clean the room every day, and (for those who choose that option) breakfast is generous and satisfying. My room didn't have air conditioning, but they provided a fan, and the window has a mosquito screen, so you can air the room out without worrying about mosquitoes and the like.

The bathroom is really small, and it's practically impossible to turn around without bumping into something (there isn't even enough space between the shower and the toilet to lay out the bath mat).

La ubicación a 4 minutos de la estación. La amplitud de la habitación. Las vistas al canal y las casas danzantes. Que dejasen entrar comida del exterior y tomarla en el comedor. El desayuno variado. Guardan las maletas tras el check out.

La ducha era fija y con poca presión de agua. Aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, con el ventilador de la habitación es suficiente en los días de más calor, el resto no hizo falta.

Muitas coisas ruins no quarto individual para uma pessoa: - o quarto eatava com cheiro horrivel de produto químico, como se fosse cloro pra esconder mofo... me senti mal e preocupado - Quarto nao tinha janela... pessima ventilação. Tinha apenas um mini ventilador - copo do banheiro estava sujo - banheiro sem box e tudo ficava molhado durante o banho

Pessimo hotel (non capisco come possa avere 3 stelle!!!). Io e la mia compagna abbiamo passato due notti in questa struttura, pagando più di 230 euro, pensando che fosse una sistemazione decente per goderci la città. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato una struttura vecchia, sporca e gestita male. La camera era sporchissima, i pavimenti appiccicosi e sporchi, il bagno orribile (c'erano segni di piscio, cenere e capelli), indecente (quando ho provato a chiamare la hall per farlo presente non hanno risposto al telefono). Non c'è aria condizionata, non c'è la doccia, la stanza non è insonorizzata per niente, abbiamo dovuto prepararci noi il letto e ordinare la stanza. La notte si sentiva gente ubriaca e drogata che urlava dalle altre stanze e dall'esterno del palazzo, inoltre spesso dalle finestre entrava odore di fumo/marija. La colazione era scarsa e comunque la sala era sporca.

Bra frukost. Dock lite trångt i matsalen. Nära till både station och till centrala delarna av staden. För de som gillar kanalkryssningarna så fanns båtarna ett stenkast bort.

Det skulle varit fint med luftkonditionering dessa varma dagar. Fläkten i badrummet var inte igång så det tog ett tag för duschen att torka upp.

Posizione della struttura eccellente. Posto centralissimo.

Struttura molto datata. Camera piccola con letti scomodi,bagno senza finestra con areatore rotto. Pavimenti in legno che scricchiolavano con camere poco insonorizzate ,si sentiva anche quando camminavano nelle altre camere. Doccia senza una porta e quindi bagno sempre allagato. Colazione povera e per giunta per una settimana puntuale ogni giorno sempre le stesse pietanze. Pulizia delle camere superficiale e poco professionale, avevamo un pacco di biscotti integro che dovevamo regalare, ci è stato aperto e mancavano biscotti all'interno. Ingiustificata la caparra all'arrivo di 50€. Ottima la posizione centrale, ma per il resto tutto da evitare.

Colazione mediocre servita in luogo veramente poco pulito. Abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più e ci hanno detto di non averlo! Sarà anche un 3 stelle forse per gli standard olandesi...ma comunque non vale il prezzo pagato.

Excellent location. Breakfast was nice and the reception staff friendly.

Very hot day and no air conditioning so sleeping was uncomfortable. Mattress was also very soft which is unacceptable. Room was in a poor decorative state.

Location is the only good thing about this property.

No AC, no fridge in the room, no ice machine, very dated, the carpet on the hallway looked like needed a good wash. It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but barely kooks like a 2 star.

Die Lage des Hotels war erstklassig, wenn man Amsterdam erleben möchte. Alle "Hotspots" waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Getränken bis zu Designermode waren direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Check-In und Check-Out waren super easy. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, der Kaffee war extrem gut.

Friendly staff, great breakfast each morning and clean, fresh room. It’s perfect location to access trams and shop and dine. Fun area. It’s different that American places but it’s a great option. Small room but it worked well. This is a typical tourist hotel but much better than most.

It does get warm during the day. Room has a fan but no a/c. Not a big issue for me but for some. It takes a day to adjust. Change your expectations or you will not be happy.

5 minute walk from the station. Right in the heart of the city. Updated bathroom, though cheap shower head kept falling off the hose. But bathroom was large and clean. The coffee machine at breakfast was good. staff was friendly. Cute view from the third floor.

August, so we had some hot days. It was bearable but I would prioritize AC next time for August travel. we had a beautiful view from the third floor, but because it was hot, we had to have the windows open at night and it was extremely loud. the entire night was cars and horns and people yelling on the street. All hours. Would be mitigated if there was AC and windows would be closed plus sound of AC. But I get it, it’s Europe, so not as common. The hotel has a lot of potential, the breakfast room needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. Wouldn’t take much, bright paint color, some updated furniture and make the space of the buffet easier to access. Instead of in front of the bar. Seems a lot of wasted space. And the breakfast it self was very basic. A few small changes could make it much better. Some fresh paint on the stairs, hallway and elevator moving wall etc.

When we arrived at Hotel and was greeted by lovely young lady who told us our room was on top floor, she then informed me the lift only reached the forth floor and we would have to walk to top floor if we wanted our room. Just one minute I have a room on ground floor would you like that, yes I said that would be great Thank you very much that would be great.

You Catered for all our needs we a great time in Amsterdam as always.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Centraalstation. Ein sehr solides Hotel. Im Hotel gibt es einen Aufzug. Das Personal war freundlich. Von hier ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tram vor der Tür. Metro in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war ok.

Leider war es sehr warm in unserem Zimmer. Es gab nur einen Ventilator. Beim Frühstück fehlte mir die Auswahl. Je eine Sorte Wurst und Käse.

Отель в центре. Вокзал в пяти минутах ходьбы. Мы жили на пятом этаже, кондиционер был в номере,это было наше спасение. . Окна выходили во двор, шума не слышно. Кровати удобные, завтрак без изысков,но сытный. Девочки на ресепшен милые, вежливые,разрешено оставить вещи .Для центра Амстердама это отличный вариант.

Вечером перед отелем было грязно,но это к отелю не относится . Утром убирали а вечером опять мусор. Туристы виновны в том,что улица грязная.

La habitación era cómoda para 2 personas, no era grande pero tenia baño privado, tv y aire acondicionado, tenia lo necesario para pasar la noche, buena ubicación.

Location was excellent. Room was of a good size & bathroom was lovely. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Breakfast was adequate but but always hot. Tables felt sticky even after cleaning. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated.

My single room turned out to be windowless and this as a possibility was not mentioned anywhere in their details. With no air conditioning this was far from ideal. They had a 10 inch fan that did not swing back and forth on the desk far from the bed. I tried to move it closer but the plug by the bed didnt work. The second closest plug worked but only when you had the light switch ON so I couldn't use it unless I wanted the lights on all night.

Arka taraflardaki odalarda küçücük pencereler var ve odanin kapsini açmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz odanin havalanabilmesi için. Bir gün ön taraftaki odaların birinde kaldık ve gürültüden uyuyamadık. Oda özen gösterilmiyor.

Las recepcionistas fueron muy simpáticas, en especial la chica brasileña.

He estado una semana en el hotel, en distintas habitaciones, con un grupo de personas, en habitaciones de 3 y 4 camas, muy sencillas, mucho ruido externo y calor, cumplían con un mínimo. En el último día me quedé en una habitación solo porque me han cancelado un vuelo y la habitación no tenía ventana (había un dibujo de una ventana...) , ni ventilacion, los enchufes solo funcionaban con la luz encendida y por un precio de casi 100 euros la noche, un abuso!

We had to leave our key at reception every time we left which we thought was strange. Rooms small and amenities in bathroom were similar to public restrooms (toilet paper holder and shower gel dispenser)

掛け布団が汚かった。湯沸かしケトルがと冷蔵庫が欲しかった。不潔だったのか2日目からくしゃみ鼻水が止まらなくなり旅行の後半は咳迄止まらなくなってしまいました。

het ontbijt was prima, maar niet luxe. er waren geen afbakbroodjes. wel gekookte eieren, roerei, bacon en witte bonen in tomatensaus. alleen ham en kaas. en honing. daarnaast nog wel 2 soorten yoghurt. de verlichting in de kamer was niet helemaal geod aangesloten. 2 schakelaars moesten dezelfde kant op staan anders deed het licht het niet. verder is het geen dure kamer dus helemaal prima. wel lekkere bedden en schoon en nieuw sanitair

A bit noisy

Alles in de binnenstad op loopafstand, en vlakbij treinstation. Ontbijt was oké. Badkamer was schoon en netjes. Budget-vriendelijk, al had ik hogere verwachtingen dan wat we kregen.

Geen Nederlands sprekend personeel, maar dat is vrijwel overal zo in de binnenstad. Erg gehorig, we hoorden 's nachts steeds hoe buren niet in hun kamer konden komen. Erg verontrustend. De kamer had een piepklein raam dat uitkwam op een soort luchtschacht. Daardoor vrijwel geen ventilatie mogelijk, terwijl het een warme nacht was. Geen airco, de aanwezige ventilator hielp nauwelijks.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, der Bahnhof auch mit dem Koffer fußläufig zu erreichen. Obwohl mitten im Geschehen ist es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Wir haben 1 Nacht hier verbracht.

Es war sommerlich heiß und das Zimmer hat sich stark aufgeheizt. Ein Ventilator ist vorhanden.

Very well located to the train station

The room was quite small, but it was sufficient for two people—a mother and son—for one night. Excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is a good base for visiting Amsterdam's attractions.

No air conditioning—and it happened to be very hot in Amsterdam at the time. The hotel might make a poor first impression, as the corridors and rooms could be refreshed. But overall, I recommend it for a short stay.

El personal de recepción muy amable, te permiten dejar el equipaje antes del check in y después del check Out. La habitación cómoda con una buena cama para descansar y no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, pleno centro a pasos de todo. Muy cerca de la estación del tren. Muy recomendable por el precio en relación a las instalaciones y a la ubicación.
