Water pressure rooms dirty unfortunately need refurbishing very dated and old but for the price you cant really complain

Very dated low water pressure. No kettle room not cleaned daily

There is no bidet. My room has no window. The air-conditioning unit is in an inconvenient location. There is only one electrical outlet. More electrical outlets should be provided.

It appears clean in the bedroom area

But toilet is not so clean, bathroom floor has stains, it’s the reason why it looks dirty, aircon not so cool as well

Matot olivat sotkuisia ja suihkuhuone ei näyttänyt kovinkaan hygieeniseltä. Lisäksi huoneeseen tullessa se haisi ummehtuneelle, liekkö hometta jossain. Odotin kuvien perusteella siistimpää hotellihuonetta. Petyin.

Good but still lacking a little

The location is pretty good, the staff very helpfull. Very clean. The beds are very nice and comfortable.

I had to park my car across the hotel, there really is no parking. The bathrom too small, difficult to take a shower. No separation between shower and toilet.

The location is within the city proper and its walking distance and also the transportation is very accessible and the staff was nice.

Theres no available bidet toilet which is not good only toilet, shower and sink they had and theres a lot of fines with simple dirt on the sheets which is they will inform you upon arrival.

I booked this 4 night stay and paid in advance (via Booking.com).After my first night staff ask me to pay more.They said rates went up.I informed them that I have already paid in advance (with Booking.com).If they insist I will leave and charge back my whole transaction with my credit card.A classic bait and switch dose NOT work for me.It is immoral and unethical business practices.Nice try ! ))

not enouch sports channels on tv and they don't know how to take stains off blankets ad towels they charge me extra 400 pesos because of stains the staff sit down stairs a lot they could take the free time to get the stains off

location is great for boulevard sight seeing. You can walk and there are restaurants nearby

the shower is broken, only 1 outlet that you can charge. room is too small. I asked the lady infront if they have outlet so I can plug in my computer but didn’t get any luck. Wifi is not working so I ended up being absent from my class.

Big comfy bed, Nice Location not far from boulevard. Lovely restaurant (1988) next door.

Bathroom facilities weren't great.There was no shower holder and there was no bidet sprayer.

Fast check in. Staff accomodating. Good wifi connection.

No chair inside room, wall need paint, no bottled drinking water , no water heater. Blanket is more like linen, very thin. No hanger on the cabinet.

The location is very accessible.

Wifi wouldn't connect when it finally did,It constantly dropped out.i used load.. Dirty everywhere hair and insects Cr in particular bathroom sink waste pipe leaked badly making it unusable without washing feet. Checking out I was charged for small coffee stain on bedding wanted to charge for use of extra pillow towels weren't very clean Would I dray there again. Hmmmmmm not by choice was affordable that's all

The only I liked was the location...

Since we reached they gave us the WiFi password... But it no had Internet At first sight the room looks good but when you are more careful looking the room you will notice that it's no clean... The room was not clean even we found cockroachs... Also they called us to the room phone, at 11am to asking us at what time we were going to do the check out
