Liked the location, the rooms were a good size also clean .Had a good view a street view Staff were friendly ,will be back in October.

It was dirty, Insects, 20 years old TV, Mold in the Room, Dusty and Dirty, Wi-fi was unreliable. Tried to charge extra for another pillow and towels. The photos were very deceptive.

This place is a budget friendly and clean. But most important the whole staff is really friendly. They really do their best that you always feel welcome! This was now 10th year in a row when I choose this hotel for my vacation. The staff is one of the main reasons I come back year after year! Also the location near of boulevard is a big bonus!

Old TV, remote didnt work. Would not replace remote. Towels were damp and felt unclean.

we stayed in the room at the ground floor. sunlight and street lights pass through the window, the room needs a good blackout curtain. a lot of mosquitos enter the room during the night, the hotel should fix this issue. there are also bed bugs which is the reason I was not able to get a proper sleep. aircondition is working very hard & noisy but never managed to stabilize the temperature inside the room. and the deal breaker of everything is the parking, it was advertised as free parking but the reality is there is no available parking but on the narrow streets of the area.

It is situated in the heart of the city so it was just a walking distance to the market and to supermarket.

There is no parking space for the guest. The hotel should ensure proper parking arrangements for its guest.

The towels were so old, yellowish and very thin. We informed the front desk but they answered it was always like that. They need to be changed.

The location itself is very convenient.

The facilities has not been maintained well that you can say it’s good value for what you paid for. The toilet is quite difficult to use that you have to use loads of water to flush properly. There were some cockroaches when we came in which I’m quite disappointed about and lastly, the smell isn’t great.

Bamboo Garden has been my choise year after a year. Staff is always friendly and I really feel im welcome guest! Every time I return I feel like Im coming home. Staff makes the atmosphere and instantly im on holiday mood! Location is also perfect near of boulevard which is one of the major tourists spots in the city. Many restaurants nearby too. Bamboo Garden gives lots of value for money you spend.

They had professional and friendly customer service. There were no complimentary small shampoo and conditioner for bathing. There was no complimentary breakfast and/or drink items available.

Though an obviously older hotel, it was well kept and clean. There was actually a real blanket, not an extra sheet and the room was very roomy!! You didn't have to squeeze in to the bathroom or the bed 😂😂

I have booked a deluxe room but when we arrived there they gave us the standard room which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable so i had to pay extra for us to be moved in A deluxe ( room they feature in the site)

The bed sheet and the blancket smells like they don't changed them. Smells like dried sweat from previous clients.

Very accommodating staff and would try their very best to make our stay a comfortable one. Management please give you staff a tap on their back for a job well done. I love the location because it is very close to everything we need.

NOISY - Room renovation is going on next to our room so it is not pleasant to stay during day time to relax. But it is understandable as it is part of the measure management is taking for them to serve their guest better. - The family room on the upper floor where our friends are staying below their room couldn't get enough sleep/comfortable sleep during the night time bec. the children are keeping on banging stuff and running around their room. It would be great if families with small children will be reminded to observe silence esp. during night time 10pm.onwards in respect to other guests who badly needed rest in the evening. BROKEN SHOWER KNOB FOR THE WATER HEATER - We couldn't use the water heater as the shower knob is broken.

Staff was great as always. I stay here every year and always returning. Holiday in Dipolog is not holiday without Bamboo Garden and its great and friendly staff. Good value for money!

rooms were ok for those who are able to walk. However, it would be difficult for the elderly and people with disabilities because they don't have an elevator.

No where to park my car, no room between the end of the bed and TV, I kept knocking the TV when I went to the CR. No clean towels for all our stay.Towels became very smelly,

Aircon noisy with clunking noise all night so no sleep. Bathroom had strong septic smell and shower not working. glass panel above door meant light streamed in from LED light right outside the the doorway. Asked to have maintenance man come at front desk at 6.30AM she said wouldn’t be long, left without a shower 8:30AM

I booked this room for my girlfriend. For her to relax and enjoy. I do understand that there was big rain due to the typhoon getting closer, but you could have given her water when asked from the front desk. She's coming there on the 27th to 29th next week. I hope the service will be upgraded. She told me that the room was very nice and clean, so I don't have any complaints about that.
