Nivaluma

Clean and tidy and the people were lovely

No fridge or tv in our room

The place was awesome to be in a quite and affordable area of ubud

Bit far from the main centre of ubud

It was clean and nice

They don’t employee females and its strange for me

We loved the beautiful pool and garden area and the hotel is located in a really lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The staff are all very friendly and super helpful. The room is a good size and has a nice amount of storage space.

The room could use more attention to detail in terms of cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The bed was unfortunately too hard for us.

Was quiet, rooms are very big & are cleaned upon request. Pool was nice, small but great for cooling off. Sun loungers in outdoor space, really nice food spots nearby as well.

Only thing this place didn’t have was a TV & the WiFi wasn’t great all of the time.

We enjoyed our stay at Nivaluma a lot. It’s a calm beautiful area, so if you have a scooter in rent it’s a really good place to stay. We didn’t have a scooter so took it in rent there in villa, they have this option. The place is very beautiful and everything is like on the photos, they also have a cafe there so we were eating multiple times there and we can say it was very tasty. The stuff is very kind and always gonna make everything for you to make your stay cozy☺️

Some of the stuff didn’t speak good English, but it was never a problem, you can figure it out with gestures

Everything

Location

Everything! We love how calm and peaceful the villa is, and we also love the food—it’s absolutely delicious, a true chef’s kiss

Personnel agréable, location de scooter facile, coin cocooning

The staff, the bed, the food and the pool

The aircon was quite noisy, and the lack of a bar fridge was a little annoying.

I loved everything about this place the food was excellent staff where so friendly it was quite rooms where clean and nicely decorated lovely beds just book it

Nothing

Everything good! Love the pool. Staff is really nice. I like that they put Aqua water bottles each day. Easy to rent motorbike. Peaceful neighborhood by big coconut trees and rice terraces.

Peaceful and quiet. Loved the pool. Helpful and amazing staff. Cheap to rent motorbike from hostel. I like that the villa is new and doesn’t smell. Water and new towels and cleaning service provided everyday.

Internet is not super fast but that’s how it is in Bali so can’t really complain. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Everything

Nothing

The place was so nice, starting from the late check-in at 1AM with the 24hour reception. We rent the scooter very easly in order to get to Ubud, that was 15 minutes away. We also rode with the scooter to the main attractions that Ubud offers, everything is 20-30 minutes away. In the surroundings of the hotel there are some very small cute rice fields, allowing for walks to be very relaxing. The host was so nice and he helped us for a ride to the next city.

Slight air conditioning leak in the bathroom’s ceiling

We are planning to come back! We stayed for almost 1 week. New Hotel. Everything is clean and spacious. Nice pool and good location. Quite surroundings too

We loved how quiet and clean it was. It has a beautiful pool area with nice sunbeds. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day.

Amazing property in all regards. I came here for 2 days, and ended up staying for more than a week. Clean pool, very yummy restaurant. Rooms are modern and have everything you need.

Everything amazing recommend One of the best and cozy hotels hotels in Bali. Super atmosphere family Extremely clean. Good restaurant Good value

High ceiling , quiet location but 10 mins on scooter to south of town.

Staff were so friendly. Pool area was gorgeous.

Good location, very quiet place. The staff is still learning English but it was okay! The owner speaks very well in English.

Under the sofa their was still dirty. And it was a lot of ants on the first floor, but that’s normal, because of the rice fields nearby.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good food, exceptional location!

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The bed was comfortable. Nice spacious room (once we were upgraded as there was no hot water in the initial room). Friendly staff.

Location is further out but if you have a scooter / get grabs it’s fine and we liked being out of the centre as it was quiet.

Definitively the place to stay if you want to escape the traffic jam and noise of Ubud ! The hotel is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood The room are very clean and nice to stay. The wood terrace and the swimming pool are nice addition to this lovely place. The staff is very welcoming and responsive to your queries. Finally the restaurant is an additional good point for the stay at nivaluma since it is good, healthy and reasonable prices. I 100% recommend.

Nothing.

The room was really nice, nothing to comment...nice bed, nice furniture, white walls gave the impression of fresh and cleanliness.

I couldn't sleep....I was given the room in the front yard between the restaurant and reception...it was extremely noisy, you could basically hear every fart of everyone on the terrace, even the cigarette smoke coming in through the big gaps in the traditional wooden doors and windows woke me up at night. There was chatter untill late in the night and music first thing in the morning... I'm sorry to say that room should not be given out to paying customers, even if it's a budget room....it should be a room reserved for staff because you can hear everything moving in the yard. It's a shame because the room was really beautiful! But what's the use to have a good room with a great bed if you can't sleep in it?

This new built small villa is located in a village which is far around 5km from Ubud centre (you can travel to centre by Grab/Gojek bike). It means that this area is quiet and has a relaxing and chill vibes, no traffice jam yet. Room is clean, have everything we need, all family member staffs are helpful and nice. They have pool and grass area where you can do yoga too. There are still some rice fields around in this area. You can also find the restaurant, cafe, spa near by; and there is a small local market in this village where locals are super friendly, they have local foods and everything is sold as local price. In general, we really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this villa to others. Thank you Nivaluma team.

The pool and garden was nice. The room and bathroom vwas very clean and comfortable. It's a little way out from Ubud but very quiet. I loved it and will definitely be back.
