Convenient location, easy check in process

The location was great. We were not in the middle so it was lovely and quiet but only 2 minutes to reach the squares and action. We could store our bags and all communication was great over whats app.

Our air conditioning unit leaked. We had to put towels down on the floor so we wouldn't slip or hear the tap tap tap of the water onto the floor all night.

Easy check in and great location for a night. No elevator and the AC was very noisy.

Sehr zentral, in zwei Minuten Fußweg in der Fußgängerzone. Sauber. Schönes Zimmer. Großes Bad, unkomplizierter Zugang zur Wohnung.

Defekter Aufzug. Sehr enges Treppenhaus.

We had an amazing stay and we highly recommend it! The rooms had really interesting themes too - we loved our “Ponte Vecchio” room!

Location

Room was a bit small. But nice.

Location is very good quite central in Florence, good coffee shop in the vicinity also.

Shower is only an overhead shower and no hand held shower is available. Also important to note prior to booking that there is no elevator use however it is only 2 floors

The internal decor of the bedroom was nice

The air conditioning was ineffective and the room was very hot throughout the night which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. I wasn’t very keen on coming into an entrance and then all of the rooms were off of a small entrance which made it very noisy when people were coming and going from the property. I personally didn’t feel like the room was secure as we had issues with the door and it never felt safe leaving valuables in the room especially as there was no safe within the room. There was also a tiny 1 person balcony which looked at the building on the other side. We had a deluxe room but I failed to see what was deluxe about it, the bathroom was narrow, the shower cubicle was small and as I mentioned the air conditioning was very poor. I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth or what I expected.

La camera é minuscola, in due si sta stretti. Il Condizionatore non funziona granché, d’estate fa un po’ caldino e non si può aprire la finestra perché sprovvista di zanzariera. Bagno sprovvisto di bidet

Chambre très chaude, l’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas bien. Pas accès à une bouilloire ou autre machine à café.

Tutto perfetto, in posizione molto comoda.

Die Lage ist top!!!

Die vielen Codes waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es war sehr heiß und die Klimaanlage ging nach einer gewissen Laufzeit aus.Sowie das Licht.War sehr nervig.

Es tropfte aus der Klimaanlage und das nicht zu knapp.

Amazing location and responsive staff.

The AC did not work. The staff said they would check then did not check or get back to us about fixing it.

Muy nuevas las instalaciones y limpias. Muy céntrico.

En la ducha no hay akcachofa. Tampoco ponen gorro de plástico para no mojarse el pelo. No me pude duchar.

Emplacement PARFAIT, à 5mn à pied du Duomo, franchement top. Décoration moderne et agréable.

La clim n’est pas hyper forte donc il fait chaud…

Private bathroom

The elevator is powered off but wasn’t told until after the check in time. Room wasn’t ready at 3pm- staff seemed annoyed when we showed up and told us to come back when she texted. Air conditioning seems to be a suggestion- it doesn’t actually cool the space.

Der Balkon war 50mal50 Zentimeter groß. Der Checkin funktioniert nur online. Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort.

Love the decor. Loved how close it was to everywhere in Florence. Love the fact that we could leave our bags. Very clean.

It really would’ve been nice to have had some bottles of water or some form of drinking amenities eg kettle but everything else was excellent thank you very much

Salir de la habitación.

Habíamos reservado para 3 noches... a la segunda nos fuimos porque era insoportable la estancia. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, piso mal aislado. Florencia a 40° y la habitación a 30°.... Le pedimos al propietario que revise el a/c y vinieron técnicos a la habitación cuando nosotros no estábamos dentro... SIN AVISAR. Vinieron una segunda vez y abrieron la puerta tranquilamente con nosotros dentro en semi desnudez ya que estábamos cambiandonos de ropa despues de ducharnos, violando completamente nuestra privacidad. De forma grosera, nos invitaron a irnos incluso porque según ellos estábamos exagerando... uno de los técnicos confirmo que el a/c no funcionaba bien.... y si, en Florencia hace calor, pero en España y concretamente en Madrid... hace más. Que se deje de cuentos ya que si el aire funciona no pasas calor. Por cierto el aire tenia hingos de la humedad que generaba. Eso llevaba sin limpiarse desde el renacimiento... NO LO RECOMIENDO, NO VALE LO QUE PIDEN, Y EL PROPIETARIO SE LAVA LAS MANOS. La habitación sin más, sucia a mas no poder y se salva el aseo que estaba "limpio", no tengo nada en contra del personal de limpieza, pero no limpian. Adjunto un par de fotos para que se vea el estado de la habitación, y seguro que las otras 3 restantes estarán igual o peor.

We had a pleasant stay overall! The hotel is very clean, has a cute view, and is a great, convenient option for the price. A few quick notes for future travelers: the AC operates on an eco-conscious setup that turns off when you leave the room, and even while running, the airflow is fairly mild (we stayed in the Duomo room, though other rooms may differ). Also, no bottled water was provided in the room upon arrival, so you might want to pick some up nearby before checking in. All in all, it’s a lovely, neat spot and a solid base for a quick stay!

La habitación era pequeña pero muy cómoda y limpia. La ubicación fue excelente y la forma de acceso super cómoda.

Die Lage der Zimmer ist perfekt für einen Sightseeing Trip. Man geht von dort aus zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur wenige Minuten.

Die Klimaanlage hat leider egal in welcher Einstellung nicht ausreichend gekühlt, was bei 35 Grad schon störend war.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum! Garage direkt gegenüber. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön, die Klimaanlage leider etwas leistungsschwach! Achtung: Die Zimmer liegen im 2. Stock ohne Lift!

The location was within walking distance of all the must-see in Florence. There were many restaurants and gelato shops in the vicinity and a small grocery store about 3 minutes away. The room had a boho-chic which was really cute.

There was a sewer smell in the bathroom that was nauseating so I had to close the door after every use. There was air conditioning in the room, although it was weak and didn't offer a great deal of comfort given the July heat. I wish there was a fan available to supplement the lack of coolness in the room. There was no lift in the building, so take that into account if you are traveling with large/multiple luggages or have mobility issues.

Good location and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and room had good amenities including a fridge and TV. Helpful instructions were provided on how to find and enter the property. They also provided a PDF file of things to do in the city which was perfect as we only had a few days in Florence.

However, there was an unpleasant drainage smell coming from the bathroom which would build up in the whole room if the door was left open. Also, the air-conditioning was not very powerful which we struggled with during the heatwave.

The room looked great and the bathroom was quite big. The location was very central.

All rooms are on the 2nd floor, the staircase is very small and there is no elevator. The AC could barely make it through because it was soo hot outside and the bathroom had an awful smell.

L'emplacement dans le centre historique de Florence. En réservant une place de parking au garage Bargello, on évite les mésaventures des ZTL et on est à 2 pas du logement. La déco du hall et de la chambre est moderne et sympa.

Tant que la réservation était annulable, j’ai reçu une réponse à mes questions en 5 minutes. Une fois sur place, nous ne réussissons pas à entrer dans la chambre. 2 heures pour obtenir une réponse qui ne nous aurait pas aidé si nous n'avions pas trouvé la solution tous seuls!!!! Dans la chambre, les sols n’étaient pas propres, la porte de la douche cassée et le lavabo branlant. La clim est connectée à la fermeture de la porte. Dès qu’on quitte les lieux, elle s’arrête. Et il fait chaud, en juillet, à Florence!!!! Ça n'aurait pas été important si cet équipement fonctionnait correctement!!! Pour une surface d’une quinzaine de mètres carrés, il nous a fallu la régler à 16 pour difficilement obtenir une température de 24.... La clim doit avoir 15 ans et n’a jamais dû être nettoyée !!!! Toujours difficile de trouver un hébergement correct dans le centre des grandes villes! Mais vous voilà avertis!

On a apprécié la chambre au design sympa, coloré et punchy ainsi que le concept de partage libre services comme les lockers , les objets utiles tiré bouchons/ piles/ trousse de secours L’emplacement dans le centre historique permet d’être très vite en marche pour découverte de Florence, sa proximité avec gare centrale et restaurants

The room was amazing with a very nice decoration and vibe. The location was exceptional and very close to everything on foot. We had a great time and if we ever come back, we will definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten grundsätzlich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war uns zu klein. Man konnte den Koffer nicht mal öffnen.

Right opposite an Irish pub which was very noisy throughout the night. We could not sleep. Walls are also very thin so we could hear the people next door.

Klima çalışmıyordu bildirince camı açın gibi komik bir cümleyle karşılaştık. Odanın karşısında bar var cam açık uyumak imkansız ayrıca sinekler vardı. Resmen bir saat bile uyudumadık.Karşılığında 25 euro ödediler ancak özür dahi dilemediler. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Excellent location comfortable bed and clean

In the middle of a heat wave anytime you left the room all power was off so a) could not charge anything and b) came back to a hot room each - very inefficient way to use air conditioning. Response from staff when we asked about it was dismissive bordering on rude.

The fact that you can’t control the AC, it turns on only when your in the room and you can’t control temperature nor intensity… also no conmplimentary water bottles in the room even when it was boiling hot in Florence … no shower caps provided as well when shower is just a head shower

Nella stanza che avevamo era presente un balconcino adito a contenitore per i condizionatori,impossibile tenere la finestra aperta La struttura è al 3 piano,senza ascensore,noi avevamo un bagaglio minimo,siamo stati una notte,ma con bagaglio pesante la vedo dura dal momento che si tratta di scale di un palazzo antico

La posizione centrale, la pulizia perfetta. Pur non essendoci personale, ad a ogni necessità rispondevano immediatamente ai messaggi.

Location was the best part for sure as you are walking distance to everything. Easy check in process with the codes for the doors.

The room and bathroom are pretty small for two people but for the price and just 1 night we were fine with it.

The location was perfect for all the sites (all within 10 minute walk). The unique styling of the room. My personal favourite of our Italian trip.

When you’ve got luggage, the walk from the train station is more like 20 minutes rather than the 10/15 minutes that has been previously mentioned.

Bed was quite small for two and in order to go to the bathroom you had to jump over your travel mate…not very practical.

Bagno grande e camera silenziosa nonostante si affacci in una via principale

Posizione ottima. Camera confortevole e arredata in maniera particolare. Mi è piaciuta.

Il letto è sotto una grande finestra che ha solo la tenda oscurante, quindi o si sta sempre al buio con la luce accesa o si fa amicizia con il dirimpettaio che è molto vicino. Consiglio una tenda a vetri leggera.
