View was great of the beach. House was lovely and the small touches like treat and some cereal etc was nice.

It was noisy from upstairs and light in morning in bedrooms meant we woke early.

La maison est magnifique et très propre. L'emplacement près de l'océan permet d'aller de promener. C'est très calme. La propriétaire est à côté et peut conseiller pour les visites.

Seul petit bémol.: nous faisons un voyage itinérant et il a peu de facilités pour cuisiner. Seulement un micro-ondes.

Everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Warm and cosy in the unexpectedly cool weather. We appreciated the breakfast including peaches with cinnamon! Comfy beds and great shower. Highly recommend!

Good location, clean, well organized and easy to access would have been a 9.5 if you couldn't hear everything that happens in the rest of the house.

It is part of a family home and I think the builders used paper for the walls and floors - if you're after quiet this is not the place for you.

It was in a great location close to the beach, city centre and restaurants. The apartment was very warm, cosy and clean with comfortable beds and a big bathroom and shower. The garden had a selection of plants including cyclamens and camellias and it was lovely to walk around.

We missed having a kitchen table inside and some way to cook meals eg. an airfyer, having to rely on takeaway or restaurants.

Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms , warm dry and nice bathroom, tv was big and couch was very comfortable, soft cozy carpets

The outdated microwave, the noise from owner upstairs. The smell from owners cooking and washing was strong. The private parking was not clear and not really private parking on a footpath

Comfortable, spotless, well appointed in a great location close to the beach and with restaurants in easy reach. The milk, fruit and treats were much appreciated. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely decor and close to the water not a beach but still lovely. Great provisions of fruit and breakfast supplies (basic) but kind and appreciated. Early checkin, Good space and bathroom.

Host is upstairs and it is noisy downstairs as you can hear the music or movie which is annoying- my dad 95 couldn’t so that was fine. Also a rare hot day and we couldn’t find aircon controls and realized it is from upstairs only and not in the room we were in. We had our thermometer saying it was 29 degrees so very uncomfortable and finally got aircon turned on at 9.30pm! Normally I’m sure you wouldn’t need it…. We couldn’t open windows and doors as no screens and I got eaten by mozzies! But I shouldn’t have to try and find how to get aircon working and that was a pain as uncomfortable.

Great location for walking to the beach, wharf areas and restaurants. Loved the large bathroom.

It's a very well setup place to stay, spacious and well-appointed with a great bathroom, and well located just back from the coast with a sea view, and very close to both Hawke's Bay Airport and the restaurants and takeaways of Ahuriri.

It was a lovely little apartment. Modern, clean, comfortable with great facilities. Near the ocean and felt private and safe. Comfy beds, nice big bathroom. Bedrooms were not next to each other. Food and refreshment supplies and personal touch with truffles and cookies.

Very spacious and comfortable unit. Loved that we were literally only a few steps to the beach front and the cycle/walking path and only a few more to the wetland cycle/walkway in the other direction. A terrific location.

Very smart unit. Every thing you could wish for was available. Nothing was a problem for the host.

Everything was lovely and communication was terrific.

Just a suggestion: the apartment was ideal for us as my husband has Parkinsons and uses a walker and it is spacious enough for him to use.. I suggested last time we stayed that a grab rail in the shower would be very helpful, but there wasn't one still this time. That small thing would make it perfect.

Very nice and modern apartment. Had everything that we needed. We were very grateful for the added Oreos, chocolate and candy canes that the children loved so much.

The only option for cooking is a microwave, would have appreciated a barbecue or hotplate. Did not see a receptacle for recycling.

Very comfortable stay and with a lot of lovely detail inside and especially in the garden. Modern bathroom, carpet in the entire flat and comfortable beds. Location is nice quiet and very close to the ocean. Also nearby a very tasty fish and chips restaurant. The city center is only 7 minutes by car.

Good size, modern, clean and comfortable, lovely private outdoor courtyard area, close to beach. Comfortable firm beds. Great value.

The noise from upstairs when trying to sleep on the Friday night (Saturday night was quiet), couldn’t find normal teabags and had to ask for more toilet paper (which was provided quickly).

The apartment was super clean and comfy. We could prepare food and relax at will with TV or games. The standard of decor was excellent and it was a perfect place for 2 couples to spend time in. The host was very accommodating, messaging us about key entry and responding to our requests. I highly recommend this property.

Liked everything about the property but due to its position, private transport was essential.

A grab rail in the shower would be perfect - my husband is unsteady on his feet and has a walker. The shower fitting seems to be leaking quite badly from the hose fitting into the wall when the shower is running.

This was a fabulous location straight across the road from the beach and an easy walk to a range of restaurants and bars. The apartment was furnished well and the extra breakfast items were a lovely touch.

The best place we stayed on during our road trip to the N. IS. The quality of the place was outstanding. Suzanna was such an excellent host. The bedroom was warm and comfortable, and the bathroom & kitchen facilities were top class..

I was not happy with parking my car on the street. Would have been nice to have parked on the drive.

It would've been nice to have a bowl for food prep, and also an electric frying pan or 2 element cooker with pots.

Two very comfortable beds. Good size bathroom with huge shower, all spotlessly clean. Comfortable living room with good TV. Very fast WiFi. Outdoor area looked lovely but we couldn't use it as it was raining.

Indoor dining table would have made eating meals more comfortable. A 2-ring cook top and a couple of pans would have enabled us to cook a more substantial meal in the evenings.

It was spacious and close to Napier city (short drive of about 10 mins).

It was an awesome stay with lots of facilities. The apartment was clean and tidy. our kids liked the legos and they had a good time playing with it as legos are their favourite play at all times at home too.

Great host and modern accommodation

The blinds in the bedrooms didn’t block out the daylight, so we were awake very early. Also a bit of noise from upstairs with extra host family for Christmas
