Modern Apartment With Pool and Gym

The location was great at Ahuriri with The National Tobacco Co gin, Tony Bish, restaurants and easy daily bus service.

The property needs heat pumps. Very hot so had to leave the doors open but noisy from the nearby bar and restaurants. The instructions to get the keys were confusing. There is no B on the gate. The gate isn't across from the motel. The lockbox could be described more as we were expecting a row of boxes. We were thankful for friendly locals

Fantastic location, very modern, great facilities like the pool and gym. Secure garaging and access to apartment, clean and tidy, quiet and close to cafe’s and other eateries. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space in the apartment

Great location (near the strip with pubs, bars and restaurants a few mins walk away) and property had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including basic condiments and cooking supplies. Comfortable beds. Warm and cosy on the cooler nights. Great living area and huge balcony. Lovely pool. Well appointed gym. Handy to also have a washing machine and dryer. JBL speaker to connect to. Large screen tv. We had everything we possibly needed.

We were a little concerned when one car was stolen and another car was broken into in the secure car park. Not the owner’s fault but worth being aware that the carpark is not completely secure. Still better than being out on the street I suppose.

Fantastic views. Great balcony, sadly, we could not use it as there was a fierce storm blasting. Very well equipped.

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The view was also amazing and it was within an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. We would certainly love to stay there again and have recommended to our friends.

Few bits of crockery were dirty Had to sit at kitchen island to eat as only dining table is outside and was too cold to eat outside- Bar stools felt very wonky and unsafe

The location was good, communication was easy for the keys, not hard or complicated.

The smell of the Indian takeaway, also could smell it in the kitchen.

Everything! This is a truly exceptional apartment with everything we could possibly need, and more! We loved the open aspect with incredible views out across the bay, and to be able to spend as much time on the balcony as indoors. The apartment is fitted out to the highest standards, spacious,impeccably clean. The little finishing touches ( books, throws, ornaments, binoculars…) made it feel like a home from home. We loved it and were very sad to have to move on.
