Everything was just spot on … great communication which was suoer fast and friendly !

Cleaning wasn’t done too well, and having the shower accessible only by stepping over a pretty high spa bath is quite dangerous.

We didnt see any staff as we had keyless entry to our accommodation. The room was spacious and clea with a lovely spa bath. Waves is less than a minute to the beach so we were able to go for a walk in the afternoon 😀 Great free parking close to the accommodation.

The only issue we had was rather loud road noise but it didnt go on all night .

The number lock on the door is unusual, struggled using my number on it, had to use the card inside to gain entrance.

Location was perfect, right by the beach.

Upstairs apartment with balcony and views and sited for the sun....very handy to the beach and a few minutes driving from the town centre.......comfortable bed and pillows and we had all that we required.

Just found clothes dryer in laundry hard to use.

Bed was really hard, the room was so cold when we arrived and only one thin blanket was provided. No tv in room, sofa was realky uncomfortable to sit on and one of the rooms smelt like fish and had no towels. It would be nice in summer but they need to think about winter guests

Stayed here for a night and couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, modern, and really comfortable. Loved being able to walk down to the beach in a few minutes and grab a coffee nearby. Had a great experience at Waves Motel. The room was bright, clean, and very well maintained. The location couldn’t be better, close to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of great places to eat. Everything was comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a very enjoyable stay. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel right at home. Good size studio room, bigger than some. In for two nights and okay for that. Expect a dated bathroom when you come though, its seen better years.

Clean, comfortable with adequate amenities.

The TV screen was not functioning leaving us with lines and distortions on all channels. As office was closed, sent text to advise of fault but no response. There was also a constant dripping noise, metallic which came from the metal spouting. Woke us often so noise did disturb sleep. Overall OK place to stay but upgrade needed on TV and loud dripping noise needs remedy.

The checkin process was terrible. I booked a room on the afternoon of our arrival and we arrived at approximately 4.40pm. A sign on the door said reception was open until 6pm but reception was locked up with curtains drawn. Called the after hours/emergency number on the door twice and both calls went to message bank. Phoned the call free number I found online for the property but was directed to call the property direct...which no one was answering. Didn't receive any reply calls and then randomly received a text message with a pin number to get into our allocated room. Felt this 'non contact' service was disappointing and unapologetic. Wanted to do some laundry but the door was locked and as no one was contactable or around, we were unable to get a hold of a key to access it and do some washing. Booked a room with a spa bath and the plug for the spa bath was the wrong size. Had to refill it 3 times and gave up on it in the end as it kept draining. A huge spiders web behind the curtains. A mug in the cupboard had a crack on the handle that could easily burn someone having a hot drink if the handle broke off. We left it out on the bench.
