Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Mooie, rustig ingerichte kamer, ruime badkamer, locatie is prima. Er is genoeg plek om je spullen op te bergen. Heel prettig dat je al eerder in de algemene ruimte terecht kan om je bagage achter te laten. Daar is ook een klein keukentje met servies en een koelkast.
Het matras is in het midden wat te zacht, waardoor je niet lekker ligt. En wat geluidsoverlast van buiten en van de cv ketel die op de badkamer hangt. De badkamer rook niet heel fris, maar ik krijg de indruk dat dit een algemeen probleem is in Brussel.

Ik zat in kamer 3, de wc heeft een rioollucht, is niet prettig. Dat is enige minpunt van deze accomodatie. Als dat verholpen wordt, zou ik deze accomodatie zeer zeker aanbevelen.

I really liked the entry system with access codes it was very convenient. Thank you for making my stay in Brussels even more enjoyable. If I’m ever back in the city, I’ll definitely stay at WoW again!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The room was clean and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the coffee and tea options that were included, as well as the common kitchen area. The hotel was very quiet, and I got a really good night’s sleep during all six nights of my stay. The location is a short walk from the city center.
It is a very small hotel (only five rooms) with no staff on site. The location was good, with many restaurants and bars nearby. However, the street itself was quite empty at times, and I did not feel very comfortable walking there late in the evening. This may be something to consider for solo travelers.

The room was a bit too warm as it was a heatwave these past few days, however It was not that bad afterall once I opened the windows during the night.

階段が狭く、急こう配なので大きな荷物を運ぶのには難儀だった キッチンに荷物を置いて、一つずつ、荷物を運べば大丈夫。ゆっくり安全第一ですごしましょう。

Many needs such as coffee and water are considered in the common area. The room is quite large and clean. You have the opportunity to leave your luggage. We also had no problems with communication and received quick responses. I would definitely choose it again

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Affordable place for an overnight stay - simple, but it is still nice and you have everything you need. The coffee machine in the lobby and the biscuits provided were life-savers. The neighborhood is nice as well, and well-connected to the city center.
The room was rather cold when I arrived, and it took a bit of a time for the room temperature to go up after I turned on the radiator.

Booking probabilmente ha fatto un errore con le prenotazioni e la nostra camera risultava prenotata due volte (da noi e da qualcun altro) per la seconda notte: Julie ha subito risolto il problema e ci ha proposto di dormire nella stessa identica camera al piano di sotto occupandosi del trasferimento delle valigie. Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Problem yaşadığımız bir konuda kimseyle irtibata geçemedik çok geç döndüler. Resepsiyon görevlisi olmayan bir otelde en azından 7/24 ulaşılabilir durumda bir çağrı sistemi olmalı.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025La ubicación es perfecta. Desde que llegas al edificio y esta cubierto de hojas rojas de otoño se ve que es un lugar hermoso. MI habitación era muy amplia y con mucha iluminación, cómoda y extremadamente limpia. Silenciosa, dormí muy a gusto. Se agradece que tengan galletitas, dulces y café en la habitación. Fue una gran elección quedarme con ustedes. Muchas gracias ☺️

Les chambres sont propres et confortables, et décorées avec goût. Les lits sont grands et confortables. La salle de bain est très fonctionnelle et propre, avec des serviettes immenses et propres. Les petites attentions sont un plus, avec les sachets de thé, le café et l’eau offerte. Le système de code pour rentrer permet une arrive en pleine autonomie et de ne pas se prendre la tête avec les clés.

It’s unmanned - so no one to ask for advice on places to visit or eat, how to use the bus/tram etc. Also no hook to hang a towel after you have used it. A second towel rail needed!

Reviewed Feb 4, 2025Renovated, clean room at the heart of Brussels, very close to St. Catherine. The city center is really close by foot. The rooms are on a quiet street, so no disturbances at night. The cozy little kitchen and sitting room has everything you may need, despite the fact that are shared among the guests. All in all a very pleasant staying experience.
Note that there is a quite narrow stair case to your rooms, so bringing a large suitcase may give you a hard time climbing it. Of course the owner already lets you know beforehand of this, so it's up to you to decide to take the challenge

We were disappointed to not run into any staff member throughout our stay. It would have made it a more personable experience. We stayed two nights, there was no housekeeping during our stay, which is ok for two nights but it would be a nuance if our stay was longer. Not sure if we had to ask for housekeeping or not which is not a nice feeling for the guest to have to ask.

We had some issues with the shower during our stay. The water in the shower didn't go away fast unfortunately, hope it'll be fixed soon.
