There’s a special kind of calm that hits you when you step out onto a balcony thirty floors above the city. The air feels softer, the noise disappears, and suddenly you’re floating above everything. That’s exactly how my stay felt — like being in the clouds with a stunning skyline stretching in every direction. The location made life incredibly easy. A 7‑Eleven right downstairs, and direct access to Central Mall with the room key — perfect for grabbing breakfast, fresh fruits, coffee, or even raw coconut juice whenever you want. Everything was simply convenient. The staff made the experience even better. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, they didn’t just assist with the basics — they recommended places worth visiting, like Fusion Alley and some of the best street‑food spots in the area. Their guidance made exploring the city much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and a beautiful view to wake up to.

Location. Maria was accommodating, but the building maintenance and the owner of the business is a let down. Pool is nice and there's a sauna but your friend or girlfriend can't use the pool without the key card holder, they can't even leave the building without the key card holder.

Didn't meet my expectations. It is bit of scam this place. First our apartment didn't not have a view. We asked to be moved to have a view. They couldn't give us a one bedroom with a view, which I payed for, so they supplied a studio. I still payed the full amount for a one bedroom. The studio apartment was terrible, hot water was always broken and the bathroom fan didn't work. The apartment smelled very bad, so bad that when you leave your cloths smell like the apartment. Sofa was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, bed so small we could barely sleep together. I asked the technician about the hot water heater. He said it was 12 years old. Nothing has been replaced in these apartments and no maintenance is done. There are much better places to stay in Manila. Even the building itself smells very bad. Only one key card per room and the process is very tiring and time consuming. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The entire building has a cockroach problem and they're everywhere (bathroom, fridge, sink, cabinets, under the bed). There are full traps that they are supposedly deploying as The owners aren't advertising on booking themselves but a third party which is advertising amenities that aren't even present. Upon asking for them they said none of their flats have them, ask if we really needed them (we paid for them to be there!), and then promise to provide them the next day, but they never do. They ask you to stay in and wait for their own employees to come to look after the pest problem since the building pest control never showed up for the follow-up appointments. We booked 16 days, couldn't take it anymore after. 4 days, the owners were okay with an early checkout given the situation and said they were not advertising on booking themselves and that it was added by a third party in another country. And while they explained the situation to them, we would have to open a support ticket with booking. So we did - the result? Despite submitted proof of the problems and communication with the owner: "Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement with the accommodation.". So despite having barely used half the reservation period, false advertising and the owner agreeing to early checkout and a refund, none was provided and the third party just stopped communication through booking. Maria (the actual local owner of the flats) also appears to have a problem with foreigners having Filipino partners and made an inappropriate comment while rushing me through a form for the checkout process. Other than that, only one access card can be provided which is non-transferable (has a photo) and violations are fined. So whoever you're staying with is at your Gramercy here. I've stayed at several places across the Philippines and this was by far the worst. Absolutely ridiculous.

The loft is amazing with a great view and was very clean and tidy size works well for 2-3 people stay.

Concierge can be strict

The room was dirty, smelled bad, and there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The check in process is tiring with security

If key is able to collect at the reception desk, it would be great.

I like the location of the property. It was close to many restaurants and malls.

The room has an infestation of bugs. Cockroaches to be exact. There should be a monthly exterminator check to ensure the bugs are gone.

Calidad precio excelente. Lobby, seguridad, cerca de muchos restaurantes en Población y resto de Makati. Especial nota a la piscina en piso 36, apartamento muy comodo, sin ruido, A/C funcionaba perfectamente

Wasn't much to like the staff was not very helpful at all.

Was a absolute nightmare from the beginning of booking this place for our family trip. I booked 3 2 bedroom apartments for our family trip and paid upfront thinking that would be the end of it and not realising this is in fact a host accommodation and not a hotel. They wanted ID and deposit from anyone that wanted a room key and that key you need for the elevators and only the person with the key was allowed to use it so you could imagine the nightmare with 15 people. the guards and staff wouldn't help with booking a taxi or grab. Lots of waiting around for the host to get the room keys. Has no bar or breakfast. Definitely avoid if your booking for groups or family events to avoid all the headaches.

Love the location close to everything:) View from the rooom was impressive especially at night.

The host was very nice and kind. However, the lobby staff appeared visibly unhappy with their jobs, which made them come across as unapproachable and unfriendly when I asked for assistance. Their explanations were unclear, and it didn’t feel like they were willing to help. The check-in process was also more complicated than it needed to be. It would have been much smoother if the host had explained the procedure in advance. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same confusion during check-in.

Breakfast was not included but this was no issue as Century Mall Makati is basically attached and there were more than enough options there and in the surrounding area.

Misleading pricing on booking details. Not a queen bed but King Single, No hot water, No fix to problems, some flimsy old furniture, 12 hour delay getting security access

We booked for 1 week, but ended up extending to almost a whole month , Everything was more than excellent, my sincere thanks and appreciation for Mss Maria for her exceptional support and help during our stay, Swimming Pool ,gym and laundry was very accessible, will always book there every time we visit Manila

I really liked the building. It is well established… but the building is maintained immaculately. The flat itself has a good sized living dining room and a separate bedroom, which like. There was plenty of hanging and storage space. The presentation of the flat was immaculate.

There were blinds for the windows … but I found they did not cut out enough light for my taste. The aircon in the bedroom was difficult to set.

They took the time to give very clean to me

I didn't like the hidden charges that Booking.com applied. It is almost the price of our rent for that day.

The location n convenience. I had stayed their for a few days of privacy becuz I was staying with my brother next door at the Century Spire Condominiums, which I am staying with him again.

That the neighborhood lost power becuz of a bad transformer that blew n was without power from 7:45pm until 4am :(. Other than that no issues n not the fault of the owner of the place.

Close to shops

To many guards walking around make you feel uncomfortable..our room was small... Our tv didn't work good...our microwave didn't work Our hot water boiler didn't work....and also it took over 4 days for our refund to be given back ...after we gave it in cash....it's not worth the money for this place ....soo many more cheaper and better places to stay.....around

There was no hot water , so I had to cold showers (wasn’t too bad because it was hot outside ) also the bedsheets /pillow cases had a slight smell, I didn’t feel like they were washed

It was a dream stay. Very well-maintained and very safe accommodations. Every single staff member is helpful. A special thank you to Janna, who was in charge of us. She made sure we could check out later. Thank you so much again.

Cockroach 🪳 infested. Called and asked for pest control. It made zero difference. Dirty. Small, Dark, Depressing. Inaccurate pictures (not of the room we stayed in). Our keys were not left in the unit upon arrival hence we couldn't leave the suitcases/ room.unattended. Only one key card issued. Thus you must accompany your guests in and out of the property. Very inconvenient. A million house rules to comply with. Jumped up security staff trying to enforce rules like "2 people not allowed to share a chair in the lobby". Worst place I've ever stayed at in the Philippines 🇵🇭

The gym was very good, this was our favourite part of the hotel. The Christmas decorations were nice and it looked like a very nice place. The location was really good. Amazing view from the balcony.

Maybe because we did not book through the hotel, we get the feeling we were not treated as one of their customers. The concierge weren’t as helpful towards us as maybe they were to others, the gym staff ask which colour room card you have and they were a little rude/ blunt- maybe because we were green, not gold or platinum. The room had cockroaches, no tea/ coffee/ water and decor was dated. Air con leaked out into the balcony. We were told we needed to be around for 11am for a deposit and then nobody turned up, also nobody helped at reception when we tried to go there and give it ourselves. The pool is covered by shade so doesn’t get any sun, it’s not as impressive as it looks in the pictures.

-Very spacious apartment for Makati and price -Although not new the apartment furnishings are acceptable and it was clean -High end building with a nice pool -Great location with the building adjoining a mall -Professional hosts with very good communication throughout the process

Can be tricky to catch taxis in the area, a few times had to wait quite a while to get one.

The location is great and there are a lot of restaurants around the vicinity. There is a convenient stall right opposite the stay and walking distance to the bar street.
