FlamencoAccommodation vs Similar Hotels

Spacious and beautifully designed rooms praised.

Well-equipped and beautifully furnished apartment.

Mixed reports: some called the apartment stunning and comfortable, others flagged needed revamps (bathroom, towels), beds being two singles pushed together, small unit size, non-functioning TV and general wear.

The apartment is beautiful and modern and met our expectations! Spacious and nicely furnished.

Some reviews mentioned a need for more cleanliness and upkeep.

Apartment is very clean, bright and comfortable.

Several reviewers explicitly called units clean and tidy, though a few noted issues (urine smell in one bathroom, worn towels, old cutlery/utensils). Overall clean but some maintenance/refresh needed.

The unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The place was very clean and secure.

Perfect beachside location noted in multiple reviews.

Perfect location with beautiful views.

Consistently praised: perfect main-street location, walking distance to beach, close to shops and restaurants, spectacular ocean views (dolphins at sunrise) — clear strong positive.

The location was absolutely amazing, the views from the lounge and the two bedrooms was to die for! Great location, close to the beach.

Exceptional service mentioned, with staff being friendly and accommodating.

Hosts allowed early check-in and were helpful and friendly.

Multiple guests praised the booking agent and communication/support as wonderful and always available. A few service lapses noted (manager with a sour face; one guest reported staff unable to resolve a parking/car issue).

Very limited mentions; main complaint is lack of a coffee machine and dated kitchen utensils/cutlery. No strong positives about F&B service, so a slightly below-target score.

A small milk in the fridge for a cup of tea would have been lovely after a long journey.

Modern amenities with some desires for improvements like a bathtub.

Had everything needed, including beach toys for kids.

Facilities are appreciated by some, but guests reported practical shortcomings: locked washing machine (pay-to-use), no coffee machine, no dishwasher, shower not watertight and occasional non-working TV.

Dishwasher and washing machine is a bonus, with a lock-up garage.

Great value mentioned, especially for family stays.

Good value considering the location and facilities.

Mostly regarded as fair value by guests, though one guest moved out early due to parking/car damage concerns which negatively affected perceived value for that stay.
