extra kosten. Bij een B&B denk je dat ontbijt inbegrepen is, dit was nog bij te betalen 2de verdieping met de trap

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Erg goed, wel veel. Ontbijt. Mooi ingericht met jaren 50 meubilair. Goede douche en bad faciliteiten. Goed bed. Ruimte voor bagage. Goede tips voor de omgeving. Goed restaurant voor diner.
De verlichting in de ontbijt/koffiekamer was minimaal. Misschien wat extra lichtpunten, boven tafel.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026We had a most wonderful stay in Ieper/Ypres - the location was perfect for exploring the town and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable (including a luxurious bathroom). Danny our host was so warm and welcoming with information and assistance for our stay.
Absolutely nothing - but you do need to be able to climb some stairs.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Mooi ingerichte etage met alles er op en er aan. Apparte badkamer met douche en ligbad. Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, doen suggesties en geven tips wat te zien en te doen in Iper. B&B ligt op loopafstand van het mooie historische centrum van Iper. Aan het begin van de straat mogelijkheid voor gratis parkeren.
Alles was naar tevredenheid, geen verbeterpunten.

Parking could have been a problem if no spaces available in free area around the end of the road. Steep stairs to room - not a problem for us though!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024A roomy guest suite, with a great bathroom. A seperate room with table and chairs, refrigerator, and coffeemaker made it feel special. The bed was super comfortable, although the pillow was a little harder than I usually use. The hosts, Maika and Danny were very friendly and made me feel welcome. It’s only a short walk from here to the Grote Markt, and a little further to the Menin Gate. Free parking just along the street was great.
