Todo en general! Las instalaciones están super nuevas, bastante cómodas y modernas. Zona tranquila, sin ruidos y comoda para llegar a cualquier sitio. Sobre todo Vittorio, si anfitrione, super amable y comunicativo.

Nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Altstadt und Fährhafen Porta di Massa. Hier legen die Normalen Fähren zu den Inseln und Amalfi Küste ab. Schnellfähren und Kreuzfahrschiffe sind etwas weiter weg (ca. 800 m / Beverello) dort hält auch der Flughafenbus (Alibus). Mit schweren Koffern zu Fuß nicht zu empfehlen. Leider muss aber auch ein Taxi im Kreis fahren da es nicht anders geht und kostet gut 20 € Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Für 2 Tage alles was wir gebraucht haben. Kontakt über Whats App war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Taxe muss vor Ort bezahlt werden.

Leider nutzen viele Moped und Motorradfahrer die Gasse vor der Unterkunft als Abkürzung. So war es leider auch nachts immer wieder extrem laut. Unterkunft ist etwas versteckt. Mit dem Auto (Taxi) schwer zu erreichen, da sehr enge Straße und vollgeparkt. Von der Flughafenbusstadion am Hafen Beverello etwas weit zu laufen. Mit schweren Koffern zu Fuß nicht zu empfehlen. Leider muss das Taxi im Kreis fahren da es durch die Einbahnstraßen nicht anders geht und kostet gut 20 €

Очень плохо пахнет на лестнице. Белье и полотенца выглядят несвежими. В номере плохо убирают. Не предлагаются ни чай ни кофе, ни сахар. Чайник не электрический, а к кофеварке нет подходящих капсул.

Preisgünstig und sauber. Steckdosen sind viele vorhanden.

Haarföhn hat gefehlt und wurde auch nicht nachgeliefert. Küche ist extrem rudimentär. Aufhänger im Bad fehlen. Die Dusche ist eine Zumutung. Alles in allem ist alles etwas kaputt.

Le faltaba mucho mantenimiento al apartamento, las sabanas se veian sucias, faltaba limpieza por todas partes, la cocina estaba tan pobremente equipada que no tenia apenas nada, ni cafetera, olla, sarten, tostador, los cubiertos habian sido dorados en su día, pero estaban desconchados, la ducha era pobrísima, la luz del baño no funcionaba y solo emitia flashes estereoscopicos, el soporte de vaciar la cisterna del water estaba descolgado, en resumen, había un gran abandono en general.El trato por parte de la señora que atiende in situ, bastante desagradable, aunque por watshap nos atendió otra persona de mejor manera, pero todo era desastre, despues de pedir una sarten cuando la trajeron no funcionaba con la placa de inducción.. Y por supuesto la relación calidad-precio era de lo peor, pues no fue un apartamento barato. Booking recibió nuestra queja y nos atendió bien, pero el problema ya no tenía solución.

Very strong sewage smell that filled all apartment. It was horrible WiFi worked only 1 day out of 4. And it was very slow What mentioned in description that apartment is sound proof is not true and I could hear neighbors talking all night Pillows are the thickest and hardest I ever seen. Ended up sleeping without one AC barely working Hot water stoped in the middle of shower

Location was a bit challenging to find but located in a local neighborhood which was charming and fun.

Only a couple very, very minor annoyances. The water temp in the shower was inconsistent and the heater for the mini hot tub did not work.

Wi-Fi slab , bucătăria poate fi puțin mai echipata exista doar un fierbător de apă și un expresso . A-și fi dorit un tocător de legume , o tigaie și o oala să poți fierbe un ou .

Poor WiFi, horrible water pressure and temperature regulation in shower, nowhere to hang towels to dry, lights in the bathroom that after a while start spazzing out (can cause a seizure in photosensitive epileptics), massive and very uncomfortable pillows, forcing us to sleep on the plain mattress, corners of duvet covers that are torn.

Great location and just a walking distance to lots of places; never had to take a cab or public transportation anywhere.

Not enough utensils and cleaning supplies in the kitchenette. The bathroom was a bit dark (no window) too with no separate toilet so quite inconvenient for a group.

Location was great next to metro, hop on hop off and ferries.

Check was all through text but ok. Signage needs to be a little better.

Prezzo troppo alto. Per il prezzo pagato non sono accettabili certi piccoli disagi che invece uno può accettare volentieri se il prezzo gli permette di risparmiare. Faccio solo un esempio. La doccia. Cornetta intasata di calcare e getto con poca pressione. Miscelatore ingestibile. Non si riesce a tenere una temperatura costante. Ogni doccia era un'alternanza di acqua ustionante e poi gelida. Altezza soffitto doccia 2m...non puoi neanche alzare il braccio. Peccato, a questo prezzo a Milano o altre città importanti si trovano hotel di fascia media che ti garantiscono l'assenza di questi inconvenienti e in piu' reception h24 e colazione inclusa.

It's near the port so very easy for day trips. It's 10 minute walk to the main centre at night.

No reception staff and the cleaner kicked me out of the room at 4pm for another 20 mins,. Room still wasn't ready

The apartment is located very close to the port and also walking distance to main attractions. It’s quiet during the night comparing to the middle of the city. You’re out of the nice, it was super nice! I loved the space of the apartment. The cleaning lady that was there was super nice and stored my luggage in my room as it wasn’t ready to be checked in yet, I arrived way before my time. I loved loved loved the bed I was in. The best sleep I got during my whole trip. I stayed at Meta apartment. Has lift available, but it does few steps to take to get to it. Great AC in the room too. I loved staying here and I had amazing time. The place is safe and secure.

The apartment didn’t have a built in fridge in working order so there was another one on the mezzanine which is fine, first it’s upstairs away from the kitchen but it’s plugged in next to the bed?! Why? There’s plenty of plugs downstairs. Didn’t make sense to me. Also there wasn’t enough towels so I had to ask for more and no bath mat provided either. It has very basic kitchen supplies. No kitchen towel so I had to buy my own. All the soap dispensers were empty. And no dust bin to sweep bits up from the floor or extra bin bags provided. It’s a shame these are just little things that doesn’t really bother me at all but it’s worth mentioning. Also cups weren’t clean and one of the drawers still had food left in from previous tenants.

I loved where the place is. Is close to everything, we rarely used public transport, could get anywhere just by walking. Also, super helpful owner, everything we asked they answered quickly. They have a lift, comfortable room and AC.

There were ants in the bathroom, but they randomly appeared. Also low on handwash soap, shampoo and shower gel. But I’m sure if I contacted the owner it woul’ve been resolved. The water is heating up really slow, sometimes it needed 5 minutes so it can be hot, I’d just rather take a shower with cold water to be done. Also the lights randomly started flickering. It might be just a lightbulb thing.

Sucio, abandonado, sin gel ni papel higiénico ni sartenes o menaje q no sean platos y cubiertos. La señora q había en el apto no nos ayudó en nada, la basura sin sacar de los inquilinos anteriores. Pelos y polvo x todo el apto. Sábanas con manchas de sangre, posiblemente sin lavar. Ducha atascada y se sale el agua. Baño sucio. No cambian toallas ni t dan más en 4 días! No limpian en toda la estancia. Desayuno dudoso.. solo se ha preocupado x la tasa turística. Una pena xq el alojamiento está nuevo pero realmnt daba asco, no funcionaba el agua caliente cuando llegamos a la noche y no nos constataron a wsp xo a las 8 d la mñn del día siguiente no pararon d timbrar xa arreglarlo. Sin avisar, nos despertaron. Un desastre

Friendly staff who let us check in a bit earlier. The location is quite quiet, but still not far from the noisy main attractions. A metro station is nearby. Overall the room was modern and was very clean when we arrived. The entrance to the property works quite well with codes.

Water would only run cold. Luckily it was quite warm so there was no need for hot water. The room is quite small, not easy to walk around. The WC flush was not able to wash away toilet paper well.

El sitio es maravilloso la verdad. Está al lado de una calle centrar y cerca de dos plazas. Al lado del puerto lo que hace que sea cómodo llegar y moverse por ahí. El sitio es súper acogedor, pequeño pero cómodo.

Netflix no nos funcionó pero supimos disfrutar igualmente de la estancia. Eso sí, no sé qué pasaba con el agua caliente que era un milagro poder ducharte de seguido sin congelarte.

Douchekop is aan vervanging toe. Poetsvrouw miste zich van appartement. Hierdoor was onze koelkast leeg en onze bagage op een hoop gesmeten. Eigenaar heeft zich uitgebreid verontschuldigd. We werden vergoed met een gratis ontbijt. Locatie is misschien wat ver van het toeristische centrum.

Avrei preferito una accoglienza più adeguata. Oltretutto: -non tutto ciò che era presente era in condizioni consone (telecomando rotto, scarico privo di struttura adeguata); -la vista non era delle migliori

It was a good spot for a night in Naples. Compared to pricing around the area it was reasonable. The place was clean and the staff was helpful letting us in.

Well located but when it's quiet it feels kinda sketchy. We almost thought we'd arrived at the wrong place. It gets lively in the evening though!

L’établissement est très bien situé pour visiter Naples, dans un quartier calme. La literie de la chambre est très confortable. La propriétaire est très réactive.

Nous avons eu quelques soucis dans la salle de bain (difficulté à régler la douche, chasse d’eau cassée).

Absolument rien!

Dès notre arrivée nous avons déchanté. Quartier sordide, ruelle sale et aucun personnel pour nous accueillir (il faut se débrouiller avec les instructions d’un message whatsapp). Appartement spacieux mais ménage très moyen (cheveux, poussière, traces sur les surfaces de la cuisine…). Obligés d’aller acheter des produits ménager et de faire 1h de nettoyage! Concernant les équipements : une serviette trouée, pas de casserole pour cuisiner, pas de machine à café (pourtant mentionnée dans la description), pas assez de vaisselle pour 4, etc… Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons du quitter l’établissement car nous nous sommes fait vandaliser la voiture dès la première nuit (rapatriement par notre assistance). Notre interlocuteur n’a fait preuve d’aucune compréhension et a refusé de nous rembourser les nuits restantes (et soit dit en passant, aucun geste commercial de la part de Booking non plus).

Très décevant – à éviter Malgré un appel en route pour confirmer notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre devant la porte et rappeler pour qu’on daigne nous ouvrir. L’accueil a été froid et expéditif : la dame sur place n’était ni sympathique ni accueillante. L’appartement en lui-même est une seule pièce divisée en hauteur. La « mezzanine » ne permet même pas de se tenir debout (moins de 1,80 m), ce qui est très inconfortable. La cuisine est extrêmement sommaire : quelques ustensiles dans un pot, trois verres, trois tasses, un seul verre à vin. Pas de linge. Impossible de cuisiner convenablement. C’est clairement un attrape-touristes. Les photos sont trompeuses : elles montrent plusieurs appartements et non celui qu’on vous attribuera. La réalité est bien différente. La cage d’escalier dégage une forte odeur de vieille humidité, très désagréable à chaque entrée ou sortie. Heureusement, l’appartement lui-même sentait bon à notre arrivée et les draps étaient propres. Je pourrais partager beaucoup de photos Côté propreté générale, ce n’est pas acceptable : plancher sale, murs tachés, contours d’interrupteurs et poignées noirs de saleté. Dans la salle de bain, un trou béant au sol sous le lavabo et un tuyau de douche en fin de vie. Deux des trois cadres sont même accrochés de travers… Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très mal : instable, lent et inutilisable pour un usage normal. Et le pire : le clavier électronique (lockpad) de l’entrée commune s’est mis à sonner toute la nuit, de façon répétée. C’était extrêmement bruyant et nous n’avons pas pu dormir. On n’en pouvait plus. Heureusement le propriétaire a réglé le problème avant le matin. Nous avons séjourné dans un bien meilleur logement à Naples deux semaines plus tôt, pour un prix inférieur. Ce lieu n’a rien d’un palace. Passez votre chemin.

Була невелика затримка із заселенням на 30хв. Я почекала на кріслі в холі. Було б добре, якби запропонували пляшку води, поки чекала.

El apartamento era bastante grande y la cama resultó muy cómoda. No hay recepción como tal para hacer el check-in, pero tuvimos suerte porque justo estaba la señora de la limpieza y nos abrió. Nos explicó cómo funcionaba el código de la puerta y nos dio la tarjeta de acceso. Eso sí, todo en italiano, sin una sola palabra en inglés, y además hablaba súper rápido. Como el español y el italiano se parecen, entendimos lo justo, pero costó seguirle el ritmo. Aunque la habitación todavía no estaba limpia cuando llegamos, nos dejaron dejar las maletas dentro del apartamento, y cuando volvimos seguían exactamente como las habíamos dejado. Cuando se nos acabó el papel de baño, pedimos más y nos dieron un paquete nuevo de 4 rollos. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, igual que el wifi, aunque era algo complicado conectarse porque parece que hay una red por piso. Recomendamos mirar el panel de información que está justo al lado de la puerta, ahí aparece el wifi correcto. Al principio teníamos un poco de miedo por la ubicación, pero al final resultó ser una zona bastante tranquila, cerca del puerto.

No había toalla de manos en el baño y el toallero estaba roto. La alcachofa de la ducha también estaba rota y solo salía un chorrito de agua sin nada de presión, lo que hacía bastante difícil ducharse. En la cocina faltaban utensilios básicos, como una olla si querías hervir algo, y tampoco había jabón de manos. Las almohadas del sofá cama eran bastante duras. En cuanto a la limpieza, no estaba mal en general, pero sí que había detalles: por ejemplo, en la mesa se notaban manchas de café de huéspedes anteriores. Como no había trapo de cocina, acabamos limpiándolas con papel higiénico. También se oía bastante a otros huéspedes cuando pasaban por el pasillo, pero no fue nada grave.

God beliggenhed, behagelige senge og lejligheden var fint indrettet

Hotellet har ingen reception, og der var ingen til at lukke os ind da vi ankom kl 15. Vi måtte vente længe på gaden foran en låst dør, og blev derefter mødt af meget surt personale der behandlede os som om vi var til besvær, og uden nogen information om hotellet, dørlås eller nøglekort - og kun på italiensk. Derudover kan døren til værelset ikke låses uden at den smækkes meget hårdt i flere gange, hvilket også kunne høres meget tydeligt hele døgnet rundt fra andre hotelværelser. Ingen lydtætte vægge som de reklamerer med, og der var meget larm fra hotelgæster der kom hjem midt om natten. Ved udcheckning fik vi at vide at vi kunne opbevare baggage på hotelværelset i nogle timer, men da vi kom tilbage var flere af vores ting blevet smidt ud… Alt i alt et hotel med ikke-eksisterende service.

La salle de bain manquait un peu de propreté et de rangement mais globalement, c'était bien. Le lit est trop mou et manque de fermeté.

Schmutzig ... Bad, Geschirr, Mobiliar, Kühlschrank, Boden. Spühlmittel, Shampoo waren leer. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht das gebuchte Zimmer.

Posizione centralissima, via tranquilla a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare portuale di Napoli. Titolare molto disponile e gentile

Con alcune accortezze/piccolezze, sarebbe stato un soggiorno ottimale. Esempio: presente un solo rotolo di carta igienica, senza ricambio e/o rotoli aggiuntivi, dispenser di bagno schiuma vuoti sia sul lavandino che in doccia, luce del bagno tendente a sfarfallare dopo alcuni minuti dall’accensione (bagno sprovvisto di finestra, quindi era l’unica fonte di luce). In aggiunta, in corridoio era presente una presa difettosa che emetteva un suono (a intermittenza) durante la notte, fastidioso.

Excellent location in a quiet street, close to the port. This property is perfectly kept and has everything you need.  The penthouse apartment was ideal for our needs. The terrace is stunning, ideal for relaxing, and we loved our time here. Breakfast at nearby Bar Bruno was perfect. Vittorio was always available for any query and arranged a taxi from the airport on arrival. Cannot fault this property and would love to return in the future.
