It was ok.

The bed was extremely soft so it was a bit hard to sleep, there were places where it wasn’t very clean. Some cups had coffee stains on them.

Stayed here for work and it was so much better than booking a hotel. Jesse was easy to communicate with and any problems I had were dealt with swiftly! The place is clean, modern, easy to find with lots of parking available. Bed and room were comfortable enough for my stay with lots of pillows and sheets available. Would definitely book here again if I was in Regina for work.

Cleanliness and the location

It was easy to find. Very clean. Bright and open. Bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby.

The room worked well for one night, was clean, and efficiently priced.

I brought my own pillows, but the ones provided are not good for head support. They’re extremely thick and solid.

This house unit was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The entire home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained—every corner felt warm and welcoming. I was extremely comfortable throughout my stay, and the parking space was also very convenient, which made everything even better. What really stood out was the owner’s kindness and professionalism. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and they kept everything safe for me until I was able to get them back. That level of honesty and accommodation is rare and genuinely appreciated. The owner was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would definitely book again! 🙌🏡✨

The location provided easy access to many amenities surrounding the area. As well as the house and room itself were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Jesse (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful with our stay here. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here!

The location is great and easy to reach. The acces code sytem is great, easy to use. Private time in your room, great internet serviceall around and Coffe, TV entertainment and chat in the living room. The rooms , kitchen and laundry pristine clean. I traveled a lot, but this is one of the best place I ever rented . The place deserve the name Cozy. With regards Janos

I was in town for work and just need a nice quiet place to stay on a budget. I actually slept better in this bed then I do at home. Rooms were nice, the living room and kitchen were great. I will be staying here again when I come back.

Everything was well furnished and the owner did such a great job to make sure all amenities were available. We had such a great stay and we booked the place two times in a row. Beautiful vibe all in all! Thank you!

The hosts are very sweet and kind people who you can tell really love to help, and they are very personable and hospitable. In the making of their place, they really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. You won’t regret booking with them.

I loved the facilities. The atmosphere was welcoming and quiet during the evening. It's super clean, the bathroom is well kept and clean. I loved the bed, I got a chance to lay down and stretch my legs and relax. The residence who come to stay are respectful and quiet. I would definitely come to stay again soon. Next stay, I am going to book a week in advance because I love staying here. I feel safe and at home staying here.
