Cute and cozy living space! Bed was super comfortable.

It was fancy and cozy and the hosts were great!

Lovely apartment, great size and really clean! The living room and full kitchen was amazing to have. The bathroom was lovely, very clean. The bed was comfy and again very clean. It was amazing to have the parking space and use of the laundry room. It was a little bit dark since it's a basement apartment but there is good lighting and heaters if it gets a bit cold. The size and facilities more than make up for this for us though. Really good location for visiting Regina. Really easy to check-in and good communication from the hosts!

Location is very easy to navigate to in a quiet neighbourhood. Bonus that we were able to park in the driveway and not worry about street parking. The location was clean, and welcoming. Hosts were responsive to messages and provided great details day of check in. There is lots of seating options to relax, and they provided many streaming options to watch your favourite show/movie. Having laundry available was also a great for our trip planning.

They provide tea and coffee options with sugar, but would be nice if they had coffee mate creamer (powder version) to go along with their hot beverages. Bathroom does not have a fan/vent so did get a little stuffy when showering, so best to keep the door open slightly.

It was quite cold outside when we stayed so the furnace ran a lot and is quite loud.

Clean, stylish, quiet, well equipped, super comfy beds, lots of pillows and throws and comforters everything you could need really. Spacious, secure, well ventilated and warm. Hosts were great, close to Tim Hortons gas station dollar store bank grocery store excellent quality for price point. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the space. The hosts have thought of absolutely EVERYTHING!! It’s extremely clean, plenty of towels, extra blankets, cookware, full kitchen, just impressive overalls. Singing your praise and thanking you for a great, comfortable and safe stay.

Das Apartment ist das Beste, das wir auf unserer langen Rundreise bis jetzt hatten. Es ist sehr sauber und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - sogar einen Air Fryer gibt es. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

The suite was tastefully done up and had everything normally needed in a household. It was also very spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom toiletries were great. The hosts were also very helpful.

Very clean, everything that you might need was there, thoughtfully chosen decor throughout. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a good night’s sleep. Parking off the street was reserved. The couple were easy to talk to.

The stairs, necessitated by a basement suite, although very good, wouldn’t be for mobility issue persons. For us it was no problem.

Accessed thru a shared entrance, it's a very nice basement suite including living room, kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom.

Easy access. The decor was beautiful. Unfortunate it was a one bedroom only, but couch was comfortable as well.. had beautiful kitchen appliances. All worked there was even an air fryer.

Was extremely hot but it was rectified . Was happy about everything. The remote for fireplace needs a new battery but I do know how to get up and put the power on.

The owners are very respectful and quiet. The suite was very spacious and very clean. Super happy and booked to stay again! Thank you

Bed sheets were ripped. There were ants in the bedroom (when I mentioned that to the owner he said other guests had said the same). Kitchen / air fryer wasn’t very clean. Entrance isn’t private. You walk right into the living room of main occupants. As a single female didn’t feel super secure with that or the door that went to the suite.

Everything was perfect!

The location was great, very quiet, very nice area. The suite was exceptional, with full kitchen, full size fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, etc, pots, pans, and everything you need. The room was a great size with a very comfortable bed, slept great every night, infact better than just about any hotel I've ever stayed at. The common area was very nicely decorated and they had very nice couch seating and free streaming services. WIFI was excellent. Everything was incredibly clean and spotless. The owners of the property were fantastic as well and I wouldn't even think twice about staying there again.

Lovely full basement apartment: full living room, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom.

Clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. This property was perfect for the stay I needed. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Location was great for us as we only needed a nice comfortable place to stay overnight, we did not need shopping or restaurants etc. The basement suite is spacious, very nicely decorated, has every thing needed in the kitchen, bed and pillows were top rate.

Nothing I can think of, I would stay again any time! Highly recommend!

A bit cold. Probably heating was fixed in right temparature.

Everything was very good. The bed was the only issue as we did not have a comfortable sleep. Matress we felt sagged in the middle.

Clean, large, well-appointed 1 bedroom suite. Full kitchen. Very comfortable bed, and bedding. Large HDTV with access to many streaming services, such as Netflix and Crave. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Nice area of the city, close to shopping and restaurants. Would be a great value at double the price. I highly recommend this property.

This is better than the facilities and environment of many hotels, quiet and safe. Will come again.
