Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Super hotel!

Sauber und ziemlich neu! Es wird nur das Zimmer gereinigt und auch Betten gemacht wenn man Bescheid sagt! Ungewöhnlich aber nicht schlecht! Somit werden Handtücher nicht täglich gewechselt, was nachhaltig ist und Personalkosten gespart!

Es ist tiemlich minimalistisch! Es fehlen Haken um Kleidung oder Kulturbeutel aufzuhängen!

Innen besser als es von außen ausschaut!

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer groß und gut, tolle Dusche, Frühstück sehr gut.

Aufzug muss mit Zimmerkarte freigeschaltet werden, funktionierte nicht, Hilfe erhalten, hochgefahren, Zimmerkarte funktionierte beim Zimmer nicht, wieder runtergefahren, anderes Zimmer erhalten. Kein Schrank. Wir brauchten keinen, waren nur 1 Nacht dort, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr laut, Zimmer zur Straße wegen der Autos, Zimmer nach hinten raus, fahren Züge. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Hotelgäste sollten kostenlos parken dürfen.

Ottima posizione per visitare la citta, vicinissima al centro. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio che però era pieno. Siamo stati dirottati in un parcheggio vicino.

New room, allows for 4 ppl to sleep in it (we have 2 kids). Positively surprised that we had a choice of two different pillows (one firmer, other softer).

Hervorragendes Frühstück. Sehr schönes, modernes und einladendes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum und in der Hotellobby daneben. Kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof - auch mit Koffern ohne Taxi machbar. Grosses Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz, um die Koffer komfortabel zu öffnen und umzupacken.

Wenn das Zimmer noch einen Mini-Kühlschrank gehabt hätte, wäre es perfekt gewesen. Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen (aber es gibt eine Klimaanlage).

Wir erlebten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber.

El personal de recepción es muy amable. El desayuno está bien, es caro, pero los niños gratis. La habitación es muy amplia, incluso para 4 personas.

Hat Haus/Hotel war sehr ansprechend, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeit prima. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt/Altstadt sehr angenehm.

Empfang, könnte etwas mehr auf den Gast eingehen. nicht telefonieren und die gleichzeitig die Zimmer vergeben. Fragen beantworten und nicht so genervt sein.

Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp oder Wochenendaufenthalt in Rosenheim. In rund 15 min wird das Zentrum erreicht. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls in der Nähe (wir haben weder die Bahn noch die Strasse gehört). Im selben Gebäude auch ein EDEKA Supermarkt für den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln. Wir würden das moderne Business Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Personal soweit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück konnte man dazu buchen - es war alles dabei was man so mag.

Reception staff very helpful in explaining parking options. Room and facilities as you would expect for a Premier Inn. Used just for an overnight stay to break up travel so cannot comment on food / the local area.

We had requested 2 twin rooms, but were allocation double rooms which wasn't acceptable. It was possible to change one room to a twin. It is not acceptable to say in the T's and C's that rooms are subject to availability. I made the booking 6 months ago so the requested rooms should have been available.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage war super. Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, war aber rundum zufrieden.

Den Preis für die Tiefgarage/Nacht finde ich jedoch etwas viel.

Ontbijt niet goede kwaliteit

Sehr gute Lage. Zur Stadtmitte kann man in 15 Minuten gehen oder mit dem kostenlosen Bus Fahren, der vor dem Hotel hält.

Leider keine Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer, was an den heißen Tagen im Sommer 26 unangenehm war.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung, das Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Möglichkeit, zwischen einem weicheren und einem festeren Kissen wählen zu können. Auch der Wasserkocher sowie Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer waren eine nette und praktische Ergänzung. Insgesamt unkompliziert, angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Sparkling clean business hotel on the edge of Rosenheim old town. We were just passing through, but it was a very comfortable stay. Supremely clean, modern functional bathroom, great design overall, easy to park behind the hotel, fantastic supermarket on the ground floor. What's not to love. It's not entirely central, but it's an easy walk to the main square. Perfect for a short convenient stay while travelling.

Food was good - quite a delay on receiving it Breakfast good. Bed was comfy. Room was good. Terrible smell coming from the bathroom and there was a slug in the toilet. Great welcome

Staff were friendly enough. Had an issue with my breakfast being included in the morning as the staff who confirmed my stay didn't add it on my work allowance, which is frustrating to explain this in the morning. The room, room 15, absolutely stinks of damp. It is so bad that all clothes, even unworn, needed to go straight in the wash when I got back as the smell as seeped into it. Room was clean, breakfast was fine. But won't stay here again due to the damp smell in my room.

Very convenient for the Sheffield arena .Staff were pleasant and helpful.parking was easy outside the hotel.The rooms were as expected and clean and we were happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the arena.

Don’t take room 18 storage room above woken up at 5am with constant things dragged accross the floor and banging noises ..

Hard to write a review as such a mixed experience. The upgraded rooms a re good and quiet but (deliberately) not perfect. When they are at a reasonable price they are value but the price at this hotel varies massively due to events at the arena across the road. On this occasion finding a parking space was near impossible as they use the hotel for event parking. Once inside you have to wait for bar staff to finish talking as they double as receptionists for the hotel. No problem with this when they are pleasant but the lad on Wednesday night was miserable, condescending and borderline rude. The ticketing for the car park went working so you have to pay online which is a faff. The entrance and bar is scruffy and unwelcoming. The premier rooms are a good upgrade on the standard ones and i like them apart from one thing. They deliberately reduce water pressure to save money but it means the shower experience is dreadful and it takes about 10 mins to fill the sink to shave. All that said the top floor is very quiet, the beds are very comfy and you can get a decent sleep.

I stayed at this hotel last night. It really was exceptional! The Staff Paul, Lauren, Martin and Chef - name I didn’t get - were simply brilliant. Polite, friendly, professional and very helpful and funny. I’d had a very stressful business day and they made my evening relaxing and enjoyable.

The room was very comfortable but it is the team at the hotel that make it a pleasure to stay. Always helpful and friendly...even when I asked if they could have a gentle word with the person in the room above due to how loud they had the base turned up on their music, they gently informed me that the sound was coming from a practice session in the arena!! Oh well, we are from down south so please don't judge us too harshly 😄. The food was excellent too. Thank you and your fantastic staff for a fabulous stay. John and Sue Hoade

Very enjoyable stay, found all staff friendly and welcoming, particularly Kieron who was working in the restaurant in the evening and then again at breakfast the following morning. Kieron was very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best premier Inn I've stayed in great room lovely shower and the bar not to expensive 5mins walk to Sheffield arena ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've stayed at many premier inn in the last 15yrs. But this beats the lot, the reception guy was extremely welcoming and was so quick at sorting out our room to stay We opted for meal deal upgrade he asked what time we said 5pm.. We walked in to dining room nothing was too much trouble for the young lady serving us. The food choice maybe could of been a little better, Nachos aren't the best. But it was quick considering they started to get fuller quickly. As everyone like is was there was Katy Perry live at the arena here. The room gets warm, but stick the air con on and it soon gets cool again Next morning breakfast was pretty much the same, swift,attentive and great food I told the staff at reception as we left just how good they are. I've written to the ceo many times of how crap Premier inn can be. But this hotel is a one off, and should be the blueprint for all future Premier inn staff Take a bow Premier Inn Sheffield Arena👏👏👏

Great service room was great and bed very comfortable. We always book meal deal definitely value for money and they considered my mobility issues and gave me a room on the ground floor with a shower. If anything but only a small thing it would be nice to have had streaming channels on the TV or be able to cast my phone to the TV but not a major issue. We have stayed here 4 times this year and wouldn't stay anywhere else for concerts at the arena

Excellent rapport with managers Fri eve ?Ben ? & Caitlin Sat & Sun & Kieran all 3 days. All worked really hard for group of 60, but nothing too much trouble. Had a great time. Made a working weekend very enjoyable, and rememberable. More than happy to stop here again.

The staff came across great so helpful and the room was amazing with a coffee and tea hamper with it and the sleep was the best I ever had

I had visited Sheffield for an exam. .Staying at Premier Inn Sheffield was a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay again!

We had a two night stay here, 12 - 14 September, including meals, breakfast and dinner. We arrived early, were able to book the van in the carpark and then went for an area explore. The room was large and clean. very quiet! The food was great, same chef all three days, who did a great job. Dinner was very relaxing and quiet, a big thank you to Kieran who looked after us the two nights, Only one slight niggle the shower head leaked a lot and needs replacing, Rm2. Will stay here again when in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay, got upgraded to a better room. Room was clean and cosy with free chocolate and water..........

One of the worst standard internet connections available in any hotel

Just had a lovely 2 day stay for bank holiday in August, big thank you to Mandy , Connor , Lauren, carlene the chef and Tracey and a special thank you to a young Samantha and her older sister becca. Tony T

We stayed for 2 nights for a long weekend to visit places in Peak District. Our stay was very comfy, the room was clean, silent and large enough for 3 of us. 3£ parking for a night was really nice which can be done on a kiosk panel in the reception easily. The stuff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is absolutely worth to book rather than wondering around to find a place to eat, I think.

This hotel has now started charging for parking. This is blatant profiteering and is a sad reflection of todays society. The hotel has the cheek to advertise this as a special discount for guests of only £3 per day. For 25 years the parking at this hotel has been free. The carpark is now fully kitted out with multiple ANPR cameras and a full complement of bright green signs visible from all angles. So beware, the Horizons parking shareholders will want your money.
