Quick check in. Comfortable bed.

Easily accessible off the M1. Easy (though expensive) parking, good breakfast was included with the price which was reasonable either than good value. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Staff were very amenable.

I was surprised to find no kettle/coffee/cups in the room. Although refreshments were available in the entrance area, it all adds to the overall price.

Easy to find with some parking spaces, very near to shopping centre and restaurants, easy walking distance. Basic but had everything we needed.

Tea and coffee in room would be nice, but that would add cost.

a/c didn’t work extremely hot rooms however we didn’t go and ask reception to try fix.

Great value for money especially for the price. All the essentials taken care of.

The mattress protector, duvet and pillows had staining. Only noticeable when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay.

Dust under the beds and dust at the back of long mirror. Could of done with more toilet rolls but got given some at reception.

Not having an earlier check-in. We went to a festival and couldn't check in until 3. That meant at 11pm there was chaos with everyone trying to check in at once this late at night.

Convenient, clean, value for money. Perfect location for the arena / don valley bowl. Good beds, fresh pillows, towels. Friendly reception staff.

I arrived after 10pm due to travelling with my 9 year old daughter as we were attending an event at the arena. The rooms were over booked and we were sent to another Ibis in the city centre. This involved parking in car park that was a walk through the city centre late at night witg my child. I was also told I would be refunded for the booking at this hotel and needed to pay on arrival at the new hotel . So far i've not seen any refund

The location for our event was great, Don Valley Bowl only a short walk away. The secure parking within the gated area was good and gave peace of mind. Finally, although the bed was a little hard for our personal preference, the bed sheets were nice and clean.

It seemed on the expensive side for what you got, a pod style room with no amenities. I've stayed in pod style rooms before in Central London that have had more amenities (hairdryer in the room etc) for less money.

En realidad nada, para mis expectativas las cumplió al 100, no tengo ninguna queja

Location was next to Don valley bowl which is where we were going so ideal. Bed was comfortable, slept well

Tiny room, no actual bathroom just a toilet cubicle, a sink in the room and the shower opens onto the room. My daughter actually described it as looking like a prison room. Paid way over the odds for this room just due to excellent location.

Hardly any plug sockets but was fine! And parking was annoying and should be cheaper!

The photos of the breakfast is nothing like what’s there show fruits like bananas there wasn’t any show chocolate spread none of that was disappointing when I went with children

Great location if visiting Arena or Meadowhall

If you are happy with nothing more than a place to lay your head with zero comfort or frills, on similar vein to a hostel then this will be a fine choice. Don’t expect anything more.

Poorest Breakfast - is the only disadvantage

We found the staff very helpful and professional and the rooms clean and comfortable. We were impressed with our experience given that this is a ‘budget’ hotel. We would recommend this hotel to those needing a functional and cost-effective place to stay.

It would be good if the car parking fee covered you for 24 hours as we checked in around 8pm and could only leave our car in the car park until 12pm the following day. If we had wanted to leave it in the car park all day, we would have had to have paid the car park fee twice. A kettle and tea/coffee supplies being automatically provided in rooms would also be a welcome addition.

There is really nothing to say . All places are different. The rooms are fine but i think they can get better on providing kettle and coffee stuff. Most people like that night free coffee before bed.

Everything just like going into a prison. Rooms are awful and remind me of jail cells that have been seen on the tele. Breakfast is dreadful and service……, what service. Bed is awful, if you like to sit on a bench and sleep this is the place for you. Wasn’t clean! Parking £8.
