Die Lage und das freundliche Personal. Man geht ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Dort fahren viele Busse in alle Richtungen. Die Happy Hour im Hotel geht bis 19.00 Uhr, die Drinks waren sehr gut.

Der Teppich im Zimmer. Ich hatte bei Buchung extra gebeten, ein Zimmer ohne Teppich zu bekommen, da ich Allergikererin bin. Mir wurde dort mitgeteilt, dass ich beim einchecken diesen Wunsch noch einmal äußern solle. Dort erfuhr ich, dass es in allen Premier Inn Hotels die gleiche Einrichtung gäbe, jedes Zimmer sei mit Teppich ausgestattet. Hätte ich dies gewusst, wäre meine Wahl auf ein anderes Hotel gefallen. Leider wies der Teppich in unserem Zimmer etliche unappetitliche Flecken auf (s. Fotos). Auch in der Dusche gab es an den Fugen etliche Stockflecken. Es gibt praktisch, außer sechs Kleiderbügeln und einem schmalen Brett, keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung einzuräumen. Deshalb mussten wir unsere Sachen im Koffer lassen.

Abfluss war etwas verstopft. Das Wasser in der Dusche blieb längere Zeit stehen.

Eigentlich war alles ok und obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt habe ich im 5. Stock davon nichts gehört.

Das einiges besser geht musste ich am nächsten Tag in einem anderen Hotel feststellen, welches zudem auch noch deutlich günstiger war. Hier gab es kostenlos Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer und eine Mini-Bar, außerdem auch einen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Parken mit dem Motorrad in der Tiefgarage war ebenfalls kostenfrei, im PremierInn musste ich dafür 17,- € bezahlen !

Die Lage war super, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hbf entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Es gab sogar einen Wasserkocher und Tee/Kaffee auf dem Zimmer.

Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber: Für das (Queensize-) Bett gab es nur eine Decke und eine durchgehende Matratze. Wenn man mit dem Partner/der Partnerin da ist, auch völlig okay, aber mit Freunden ... Da finde ich es besser, ich habe meine eigene Decke und getrennte Matratzen. Der Wasserdruck war sehr niedrig (unser Zimmer war im 5.Stock), das Duschen hat dadurch länger gedauert. Für eine kurze Zeit aber alles keine großen Probleme.

Super Lage nahe HBF und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer sind ordentlich, schön gemacht und für ein Business-Hotel auch ausreichend groß. Das Bad ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Hbf, die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Für einen kurzen Business-Aufenthalt oder einen Stadtbesuch eine super Wahl.

Checkout war ein bisschen langsam und es gab Stau

Uns hat gefallen, dass das Zimmer modern eingerichtet ist. Das Personal hat unserem Wunsch nachgegangen ist und wir haben das Zimmer auf die Hofseite bekommen.

Die Wand, an der Bettkopfteil befestigt ist, hat sich jedes mal erschreckend bewegt, wenn die Tür das Nebenzimmer zugemacht wurde. Das Bett ist gerade so 200 cm lang. Wegen dem Kopfteil ist es nich kürzer, sodass die Füße in der Luft hängen. Die Duschtür geht nur in eine Richtung auf und ist somit sehr sperrig für so einen mini Raum. Eine Faltdrehtür wäre optimal. Der Teppich roch dezent und doch unangenehm. Wurde er jemals nassgereinigt? Wenn nicht, es wird Zeit.

Das Hotel liegt dicht zum Hbf Wiesbaden. Von Außen ein schöner Anblick, die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Sein Fahrrad darf man mit aufs Zimmer nehmen.

Die Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren. Sie war zwar auf kühlen eingestellt, das Zimmer war aber zu warm. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Es war in beiden Zimmer zu warm. Ist wahrscheinlich ein generelles Problem der Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus.

Unschöne Flecken im Bad, am großen Spiegel im Zimmer, der Wasserkocher war verkalkt. Ich habe mein helles shirt irgendwo hingelegt, danach waren zwei ölflecken darauf.

Sehr moderne, gut geführte Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber und die Belegschaft aufmerksam und höflich. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen und würden auch wieder dort buchen.

Es gab nichts negatives.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da ich was in der Nähe vom Hbh gesucht habe, war dieses Hotel perfekt. Obwohl unser Zummer zur Straße lag, war es angenehm. (Fenster geschlossen,Klima an)..kommen gerne wieder. *****

Room on top floor was smelling of smoke and looked used with missing towel and bed was not completely made.. so I was moved to another room by kind staff

Steuerung Dusche, keine Kosmetik - Tücher oder Kosmetik - Spiegel (sagt meine Frau); Fenster nur zum Kippen, obwohl ein Geländer vorhanden ist.

Das Zimmer war bei der Anreise angenehm kühl.

Für 2 Personen gibt es nicht genügend Möglichkeiten die Handtücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen.

Usual comfortable room and bed, but definitely not worth the extra for a premiere plus room. No bath, poor wifi and one tea bag. The small fridge was a bonus though.

Absolutely loved it! Staff great! Breakfast box thing was great! Albeit limited but very tasty. Hotel room was spotless!! Special shout out to Eren I believe his name was. Fantastic guy- never stopped over my 2 night stay whilst we was there.

We have stayed here once or twice a year for the last six years . It has become more run down in the last 18 months . It’s clear to see the staff are expected to turn their hands to multiple roles and it appears they are somewhat overstretched. Carpets in hallways appeared grubby , we were firstly given room 219 which had a damp and musty smell. We stuck with it for the first night but after being out for the day and walking back into the unpleasantness I mentioned it to reception and was immediately offered a different room which was so much better. Toilets , plug holes and fixtures were not particularly clean and could have done with a little more attention to detail. Hopefully with the building of the new restaurant there will be some investment in the bedrooms.

I understand renovations on this hotel are starting, and it is in dyer need of this. The front desk person although friendly looked like he had just rolled out of bed in his work shirt. Tip, buy an iron. The room was typical premier inn, but grubby and dirty. It was not a pleasant stay what so ever. I will never stay here again. The corridors stank, the room walls were filthy, god knows what was living in the carpets. The tv remote was disgusting. Not recommended. See pictures.

Had a lovely one night stay here and just wanted to give a mention to Becki the Duty manager who checked us in. She was so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. Everytime we walked through reception she greeted us like she’d known us for years. All the staff we encountered were friendly but Becki definitely went above and beyond. Room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy! Will definitely stay here again.

Very tired rooms - needs refurbishment and cleaning in the bathroom. Door did not fit the doorframe and so the room lit up when corridor lights came on!

Arrived Wednesday for 4 nights we had an issue with our shower reported it to the manager and he dealt with the situation straight away .. and next day was fixed..nothing is too much trouble and staff here friendly as always..thanks for a great stay as always..

Terrible place someone one handed us the key then disappeared ,towel rail fell off the wall the bath board had come away due to water getting in and the TV reception bad . Finally after our stay got home to find a £57 parking fine as I had not been asked for my reg. number and nobody has the authority to cancel it at premier Thanks premier in never again

Initial booking made with Becci & Tegan who were extremely helpful & professional. Checked in/out with Alan who was very helpful, friendly & polite. The room was spotless & comfortable. Couldn't recommend them more. Fantastic!!

The room I stayed in was ground floor 26. The smell when you walked into the room was akin to an old house that hadn’t been aired for a year, floaty and old. I let this go because the company paid for it and I was tired. Woke up the next morning and went for a shower, the curtain rail fell on me when I went to pull it inside the bath. On further inspection it was held in place by white tape. The smell came from the carpets as I did more checks. Peeling paint on the low window sill, rust above the mirror in the bathroom and overall rum down room. Worst premier inn room I have stayed in. Informed the manager the next morning of my concerns and nothing rectified when I came back from my work. 2 nights I would not recommend.

No opening window in room, very stuffy with noisy a/c fan which was not controllable No restaurant and not advised about building work when booking, only close to arrival date Unable to contact hotel by phone prior to arrival.

My visit in Dec 2024 was enjoyable, at a good price and there were no issues with the room, apart from a slightly noisy aircon system In the morning I had a very enjoyable buffet style cooked breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. I had planned quite a few stays there this year (to visit my ill mother), but very sadly Premiere have made the awful decision to scrap most of their restaurants to make way for yet more rooms. This will make it too inconvenient for me personally to stay there now, so unfortunately I will need to find somewhere else that does include somewhere to eat from now on. Such a crying shame as everything else about it was great.

Was told 24 hours before checking in that the bar and kitchen were closed. Of which i only see sitting on the beach waiting to check inn. We have a 6 year old autistic boy so this made it all very difficult for us. This was the only little break we could afford this yeah for him. Also my wife has celiac so can't eat wheat etc and when she asked for fruit she was told no. We ended up going for breakfast at the morrisons a little drive away. Premier inn ruined our break because of all this.

As noted the room was fine, clean and well presented. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. The site only does 'breakfast on the go' from a portabin. The food options are very limited and in my opinion, expensive. There is also nowhere to sit indoors. This made a wet, cold morning less than acceptable as a breakfast option.

I use this hotel quite often , but lately the standards have gone down big time, there is a issue with the room almost every time i come over Sink blocked or shower flow in consistant , light switches not working ( sometimes bulb missing ) Towels have holes , bed sheets have holes , rooms smells , remote tv have battery issues, no shampoo, i can go on and on , i cant understand why the cleaners dont report these issues back to maintaince , they need a check list

We visited Weymouth premier inn by Sainsbury’s had a great time. On the bus route so nice and easy, could visit family and have time on our own not cheap on the bus but still easier than try to drive into town and park the room was clean and tidy all we needed. Erin on reception was great always a smile and happy to help thank you

Sink was blocked, extractor fan didn't work so after 4 people having a shower the whole place inc bedroomwas like a sream room, room was also dirty

I booked my stay in April, I wasn't informed until a week before my arrival that the kitchen was closed bearing in mind we had kids from three families. By the time we were informed all the hotels were fully booked and we had no option but to stay there. On arrival after a 4hr drive, I was told I had to go to McDonalds to use the rest room as I was 45mins early before check in which I found appalling as all I wanted was to use the rest room, I expressed my displeasure and was offered the use of the staff rest room . When we finally checked in, my room smelt stale and mouldy, like it had not been aired properly. The bathroom had a mouldy smell with the most filthy and mouldy shower curtain I have ever come across. I expressed my displeasure once again and it was changed . The Wi-Fi did not work for more than two days. It was not a pleasant stay at all. Some of the staff would not even acknowledge us when we went by, however, some were friendly and gave a welcoming smile.

We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So then we had to go into town to get dinner as there was no restaurant. At night the rooms get so hot as the aircon/heating is centrally controlled so there’s nothing you can do about it. Then we’ve had to chase them constantly for almost 2 months to try and get the breakfast refund, even though they said they would sort it in the message we received. We have had such good premier inn experiences, which is why we stayed there but this is by far the worst premier inn we’ve stayed in. Very disappointing but thankfully Expedia finally helped us sort out the refund for the breakfasts
