Premier Inn Bristol City Centre - Finzels Reach

Inconvenient parking options, rooms weren’t particularly. Would definitely stay elsewhere next time.

I had never thought o staying at Premier Inn til some UK friends told us that's where they stay when in London. We tried one out and liked what we got. Nice sized room, comfortable bed, nice facilities, clean, nice price, nice restaurant when needed. And we've always found one in an excellent location. It gets the job done. Now we always check for a Premier Inn when visiting the UK. I guess it is a sign of the times, but the automated reception experience feels a bit like talking to someone who'd rather be on their phone than talking in person.

Lovely comfortable place to stay, handy for the Fleece, if you're heading to a gig like we did. Great value, nice big beds, spacious bathrooms, fabulous breakfasts...you can't go wrong! Really close to Temple Meads, too.

Rooms were super clean, great breakfast. Area was quite rough

Gave me an iron that made a black mark straight on a tuxedo shirt. Shower not working properly. Breakfast cold. Overall horrible experience.

Another great stay at a Premier Inn. Friendly staff and the great Premier In buffet breakfast worth every penny. Two grumbles- why do all Premier Inns only provide one towel per room? Always have to ask for more and no automatic room service fir multiple day stays. Biggest problem with this hotel is lack of parking- discount available at a NCP but a long walk from hotel and very expensive. Would look for a hotel with on site parking next time even if further from city centre.

Amazing hotel really enjoyed our stay. Super comfy beds and a great breakfast. Friendly staff BIG shout out to the manager Kurt that went above and beyond for us and made our stay more memorable. We will be back.

Fantastic stay, clean rooms and a bed that was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Excellent 1 night stay in a family room. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice bar/restaurant area - serving decent food and drink.. Only gripe is the "machine-self-checkin" is too time consuming, with too many unnecessary details to enter. -- much quicker just to get the keycard from the reception desk.

Long dtory short. Room not available 2 hours after check in. Manager opened up a closed room and advised staff to close for 3 days after we left. We arrived to find it stinking of cannabis. Back to manager who claimed its the first he's heard of thr issue. Another room then offered. This one was fine but no towels, back to reception where to original staff member advised that they all knew about first room issue and that the manager lied to us. Room issues happen, but no reason for manager to lie to a direct question from a guest.

Excellent value hotel, conveniently located.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July. Hotel is in an excellent location close to the river with some lovely restaurants and quality bars within a few 100 meters. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very quiet in the evening. I have stayed in many Premier Inns but feel the quality of the breakfast here was somewhat better. The food and plates were hot and 2 mornings I ordered porridge which was perfect we did not eat here at night as there are so many lovely restaurants to choose from. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming and they are a credit to the hotel.

Efficient check-in using screen, nice room. Clean. Really great location near bars and restaurants but no noise at night.

Everyone at this Premier Inn had a lovely disposition and always had time for the guest! The hotel room was imaculate and I couldn't believe it was 10 years old! Beds were super comfy! Had a great stay - in spite of the rainy Bristol weather! We will be back!

Visit 24.08.25-26.08.25 / Room number 301 & 324 Had 2 rooms one on early check in. Both check in experiences for both rooms were quick and easy. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. Reasonable location between Bristol temple meads station and town centre. Rooms are only cleaned during stays if you notify reception. Wi-Fi reached both rooms well. Also used the stasher app to store our luggage after check out at the hotel. This was very easy to do as well.

Excellent hotel which was really clean and comfy beds. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The only issue was the parking being a short walk away but we knew that when we booked and used the discount code which made it much more reasonable.

Friendly reception staff. The room was as expected from a Premier Inn and clean. The wait for service in the restaurant was quite long but there was a staff shortage at the time and the restaurant was busy.

From arriving Sat 9th of Aug until we checked out on Tuesday 11th. The staff were helpful, very welcoming, nothing was any trouble. Room was spotless had everything we needed. We had meal deal. Well worth it. Evening meals there was so much choice, it's cooked to order. Fresh products and fantastic. Be definitely back to stay again. Priemer Inn at finzels reach the best place to stay when in Bristol.

We love this Premier Inn, as it's great for getting into Bristol centre, the hotel has some Premier plus room which are very nice with a few added extras, but the standard rooms are fine too. Ideal if you haven't got a car, as plenty of public transport in the city

Great location! Fuss free check in and check out. Quiet area so got a great nights sleep. Handy for Temple Mead station. Lovely street food stalls outside on Wednesday and Fridays. Would recommend.
