Die Lage war gut

Es war ein Parkhaus direkt am Hotel es gab extra Parkplätze für Gäste. Das Parkhaus war Extrem teuer als wir nachfragten wegen dem Parkplatz kam nur die Antwort wir haben keine Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus. Uns wurde keine Alternative angeboten oder einen Tipp gegeben. Zimmer Karte und das war’s. Das Fanden wir sehr schade wir kennen uns nichts aus und wissen nicht wo ist es einigermaßen sicher.

Wir haben nur 1 Nacht gebucht, dafür war alles sehr unkompliziert. Sauberkeit und Sicherheit, nah am Hauptbahnhof, nur 4 Min. u Fuß

Das war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Düsseldorf Friedrichstadt im Rahmen unsere längeren Reise. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt weil es besonders nah am Hauptbahnhof liegt und damit sehr verkehrsgünstig liegt. Auch von Hauptbahnhof ist es im Vergleich einfach vom Hotel zu kommen, lediglich eine kürzere Strecke muss überall holpriges Pflaster zurückgelegt werden. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Betten allerdings sehr gemütlich. Bei beiden Aufenthalten lag unsere Zimmer in Richtung Hauptbahnhof/Gleise, sehr zur Freude meines Sohnes. Mich hat es nicht gestört da die Fenster hervorragend isoliert sind. Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos, und auch das Frühstück entsprach unseren Vorstellungen voll. Besonders dass auch ein warmes Frühstück mit angeboten würde, hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Was uns verwirrt hat, bei einem Aufenthalt konnte das Fenster in Richtung Gleise ganz geöffnet werden, beim anderen Aufenthalt war es abgesperrt. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt war das Zimmer besonders der Boden nicht vollständig sauber, die Betten und Handtücher und alles wichtige war jedoch frisch und das Bad sehr gut geputzt.

Deer Teppich könnte sauberer sein. Leider trotz Einchecken 1 Erwachsener 1 Kind bei beiden Aufenthalten jeweils nur 1 Handtuch-Set in den Zimmern.

Es hatte eine gute Lage zum Bahnhof und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig und insgesamt nicht sauber. Besonders das Badezimmer war stark verschmutzt. Auf der Toilettenbrille befanden sich zudem deutlich sichtbare Klebereste. Auch im Wasserkocher war noch dreckiges Wasser. Einen Schrank zur Aufbewahrung der Kleidung sowie einen Tresor gab es ebenfalls nicht. Am zweiten Tag baten wir um eine Reinigung. Leider wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gründlich gereinigt und trotz vorhandener Flecken wurde die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt. Das Zimmer muss für mich nicht modern oder luxuriös sein, aber Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war der Zustand leider nicht akzeptabel. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht erneut buchen.

Ich hätte gerne ein anderes Kopfkissen gehabt. Es waren zwar genug da aber alle von dem gleichen Modell, sehr hart.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, era muy cómoda y se correspondía con las imágenes del anuncio. Siempre que necesité algo del staff durante mi alojamiento los tuvé a mi disposición.

Zimmerreinigung gibt es ausschließlich auf Anfrage. Doppelbetten haben nur eine große Bettdecke. Fugen in der Dusche etwas gammelig/schimmelig

The staff were not as friendly as you would expect, i have not seen a single amile. Breakfast was way below average, i found myself skipping it and got a sandwich from the station. The room was dusty and the duvets were too small.

Locatie is echt top! Receptie vriendelijk. Goede wc rollen, niet van dat dunne papier. Wij hadden een 3p kamer, 2p bed heeft een goede matras. Maar die 1p bed. Is gewoon een slaapbank. Gunstige uitchecktijd 12.00, is heerlijk!

Wordt alleen op aanvraag schoongemaakt. Dode insect op de kussen. Tapijt onder de vlekken. Douchebak stroomde over, omdat het water maar niet goed wegliep tijdens het douchen. We hebben die putje zelf open gemaakt, het was ranzig, vol met shampoo/haar resten etc en een opzet stuk van een tondeuse ofzo. Op de dag van vertrek bleven we tot 11.45 in ons kamer. Housekeeping is 2x ZONDER te kloppen of roepen zomaar in ons kamer gekomen. Om 8.00 en 11.00. Toevallig stond ik beide keren naast de deur, omdat ik bezig was. Anders had je het geeneens gemerkt dat ze binnen was gekomen of had gegluurd. Vond dat echt heel bijzonder.

Несмотря на видавшее виды напольное покрытие, персоналу удается сделать номер уютным - чисто, ни соринки. Сразу предупредили, что если нужна будет уборка в номере, просто сказать персоналу об этом, но мы не просили за три дня. Ванная комната в идеальном состоянии. Немного смутило отсутствие шкафа, там всего лишь небольшое пространство с вешалками, но для пары дней проживания терпимо. Окно выходило на железную дорогу, но звукоизоляция идеальная - поездов не слышно совсем. Завтраки без особого разнообразия, но вполне сытные, есть и горячие блюда. Расположение удачное для тех, кто города не знает и имеет тяжелый багаж - пять минут пешком от вокзала.

The location is very good. I have stayed many times.

The room on 19 Aug perfect 421. At Mannheim 431. Perfect. But on 26th 328. Told brusque I was late arrival (DBahn problem not me) and could not keep my request.

Located only about a 5 min walk from Düsseldorf train station, it's an affordable and comfortable option for a night in Düsseldorf. The price/quality was phenomenal, wifi worked fine, the room temperature was ok and the mattress was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room with a water boiler.

The faucet drain was somewhat blocked.

Hotel is conveniently located near several tram lines and close to the central train station. The lobby was inviting, nice to hang out there. Menu was reasonably priced, friendly and helpful staffs.

Although I stayed there many times ( more than 4-5) for business, staff was never friendly and they were rude. I felt discrimination.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The location is excellent, very convenient for Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof and getting around the city, and the room offered very good value for money. We also appreciated the helpful service from the reception team. On our first day, we found that the shower drain was blocked. After reporting it the following day, the issue was dealt with promptly. We also had some concerns about the room door lock, and a lady at reception was very polite and patient in explaining how the security system worked, which was very reassuring. As we did not require daily room cleaning for environmental reasons, she also kindly explained that we could simply request housekeeping at reception whenever needed.

The main issue was that there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room to hang on the door. As we did not require daily housekeeping, reception had previously advised us to request cleaning only when needed, which worked well and helped avoid housekeeping entering the room unnecessarily. However, during the last two days of our stay, when we went to reception in the morning to request room cleaning, a male member of staff told us that it could be arranged but that next time we should inform them earlier. We were a little surprised by the tone, as informing reception was the first thing we did when leaving the hotel that morning, and we had politely followed the arrangement previously explained to us. It was only a small issue in an otherwise very good stay, but the interaction left us feeling slightly uncomfortable. Providing a “Do Not Disturb / Please Make Up Room” sign in each room would also make the housekeeping arrangement much clearer for both guests and staff.

Отличная гостиница за свои деньги. Рядом с вокзалом. Чистое новое постельное белье, удобные кровати, чайник с чаем в номере. Большего и не надо. Приятное лобби, где можно купить снеки или напитки.

Очень сложно найти парковку. Парковка, которая в здании не связана с отелем по словам сотрудников. Хотя на парковке даже есть специальные места для отеля, это не дает возможность ставить там машину по особому тарифу для гостей отеля. Стоимость парковки за сутки постоянно меняется и составляет то 35, то 25, то 40 евро. что весьма дорого.

It is value for money. The location is nice and close to the Hbf station. The room is clean and tidy. The room size is spacious.

After a tiring train journey, nothing is nicer than entering a neat, comfortable hotel room. Good bed, with pillows of varying firmness to choose from. Beautiful breakfast room. Within walking distance of the station, but (with the windows closed) no noise disturbance. Very friendly reception staff.

The room temperature is centrally controlled, but it rose quite a bit in our room. The reception took immediate action after my report and handled it well.

Sehr gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, moderne Ausstattung und ein hochprofessionelles Team.

Mein Zimmer war zwar eher kompakt, aber für Alleinreisende absolut ausreichend. Gerne wieder!

Ontbijt was echt karig! Ik eet geen varken en er lag al een varken wat roerei en brood verder wel yoghurt maar verder iets lekker voor op een broodje heb ik niet zien liggen. Ik heb goed gekeken want ik wilde ontbijten. We sliepen in een verdom hoekje en de treinen maakte een enorm kabaal. Uitzicht was echt niet leuk of mooi. Voor 1 nacht is het ok

Schon bevor ich im Hotel eingecheckt habe, wusste ich, dass ich 10 Punkte geben würde. 😊 Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch das Reinigungsteam.

Leider gab es nur eine kleine Enttäuschung: Die Wand neben dem Bett war ziemlich verschmutzt und sah leider so aus, als wäre sie von früheren Gästen bespritzt worden. Ich verstehe natürlich, dass so etwas nicht unbedingt die Schuld des Hotels sein muss. Trotzdem war es nicht besonders angenehm, direkt neben dieser Wand zu schlafen.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, bei Problemen (verschmutzter Teppich) wurde direkt eine Lösung gefunden! (Neues Zimmer)

Although they mention on their website that early check-in is available for payment, many other low cost hotels allow to check it early free if there are rooms available. Only drinks available after 11 pm, we needed to go to the next door hotel to grab something to eat

Mi si chiede gentilmente se posso pazientare fino a domattina e viene preso nota del numero della camera. Nulla è stato fatto la sera dopo, trovato di nuovo il bagnoschiuma scarico. Comunicazione interna da migliorare. Soggiornerò presto ancora e spero di avere all’arrivo sufficiente bagnoschiuma per la doccia questa volta!

Another pre cruise stay staff are always very helpful room recently refurbished and I won the raffle for their chosen charity Great Ormond street hospital. Special mention to the young man in the dining room who rushed around getting everyone sorted even if it’s really busy he always smiles and has time to interact with the customers. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

Lovely hotel rooms look as if they have been recently redecorated they are very clean and well presented. Comfy beds and pillows. We had an evening meal that was really nice well cooked and well presented. The breakfast was a different story this was really poor many items were missing off the cold buffet and the hot breakfast was not hot at all items that we asked for were missing off the plate this spoiler a great hotel.

We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff.

This is a lovely hotel - clean, tidy, good food/drink and very friendly and helpful staff. I particularly want to mention Hannah, one of the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to find my phone, which I had foolishly left behind when we checked out. She was only too happy to go back to our room to find the phone in record time. Thank you Hannah and everyone!

Stay was comfortable. Received a very warm welcome at reception. We do enjoy staying at the premier inn when you can get a good one. Unfortunately the hot breakfast was very poor. Having been a chef myself before, the hot breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Eastleigh, hood welcoming atmosphere, room was clean and fresh. I forgot my toothbrush but they don’t do them anymore, good idea to have a small stock on site to purchase.

This hotel has just recently been refurbished, the rooms are very spacious, clean, and equipped. Great experience at the hotel here. The hotel team and restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't ask for more, exceptional service at Premier Inn Southampton Eastleigh.

We have stayed here before and always get a warm welcome. Pat always goes out of her way to help. We're back next month and know that our stay will be always be a good one

Easy access from motorway to hotel,rooms quiet,premier plus room worth the extra,shower a bit weak,dinner and breakfast great,parking was ample

We arrived at about 5pm to stay one night before joining a cruise. On arrival we asked to book to eat in the restaurant but were told the earliest they could do was 8pm. This was later than we wanted but we accepted it. We didn’t try to book for breakfast as the people before us were only offered 10am which was too late for us. We had a Premier Plus room which was on the top floor and really nice. At 8pm we went to the restaurant only to be told the cooking facilities had broken and they could not serve any food. We asked about other options nearby and we told the only place within walking distance is an Indian restaurant. Not fancying that and not wanting to take the car out of the nearly full car park we ordered a pizza delivery. The manager found us as we were going back to the room and apologised about the kitchen situation. She offered us a complimentary breakfast to compensate which we accepted, and now we could go at a time of our choosing. The breakfast was about average for a hotel. The ‘hot’ food which was served from the kitchen rather than buffet style was a mixture of warm and lukewarm food. When we left getting back to the M3 which is next to the hotel seemed convoluted and took ages due to the traffic lights. Maybe there is a better way, we were just following the satnav. Overall nice room, restaurant lets it down.

Great overnight stay to break the journey to a car show at Beaulieu. Lovely comfortable, clean room, great hot water for a deep soak in the bath. Booked the dinner and breakfast meal deal, which was great value for money, and good service. Ideally located, with really friendly and helpful staff. Nothing to fault at all.

Stayed a night before a cruise. Great location before heading to cruise terminal. Clean room, busy but friendly check in. Had to book a time for breakfast which we had never done before. Overall, a pleasant stay

As a stopover to Southampton heading for a cruise this place is ideal. 6 miles from the docks and just off the motorway. The upgraded premier plus rooms are spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds and a great nights sleep. Avoid the dining room, evening meal was the worse we’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was a slight improvement.

We arrived a little earlier than our check in time. There was no one at reception. After around 7 minutes, a woman arrived. Did not say “good afternoon l” did not apologise for the wait, did not smile. We stayed we knew we were a little early but wondered if our room was ready. “Not unless you pay” she snapped, again no smile, just a terse expression. She dud not ask our names or attempt to ascertain if our room had been serviced. Nor did she offer to store our overnight bag So we left & returned after the appointed time. A different receptionist greeted us. We told him about the less than welcome experience of 2 hours previously and he stated that he knew who that was & they had received previous complaints. Our room was perfectly pleasant. We had paid for dinner & breakfast in advance. Oh dear. It took nearly 20 minutes for our order to be taken. My husband’s meal had 2 items missing from the plate. Breakfast wasn’t much better. Half an our after start of service, bread, pasties & juice was still missing. Bacon was barely cooked and one of the orders was wrong. It wasn’t pleasant experience.

lovely stay at this premier Inn, even though its on the road, could not hear the traffic, very friendly staff, would use it again.

We had an overnight stay here on the way to purchase kayaks in Bournemouth. We normally book a Premier Plus room but they were sold out. However, the room we stayed in (111) was a nice big room. The bed wasn't as big as we're used to but it was very comfortable and we slept well. The shower was over the bath and had a rainhead and a normal shower. Pressure was good. The air con was going full blast when we entered the room so it was really cold. We turned it off but there still seemed to be cool air coming through the vent in the wall. There was a very strange smell in the room. I've always thought the rooms smell a little odd, but this was quite strong. We couldn't work out whether the previous occupants had smoked or whether it's some strange air freshener that's used, but it's not particularly pleasant. When we got home and unpacked, all our clothes smelt, so everything was washed, even things we hadn't worn! We ate in the restaurant in the evening (very average) but the breakfast was good. The staff were fine, but nobody stood out as particularly friendly or cheerful, other than one young man who we met on the stairs who asked us what we were doing that day and was very pleasant and chatty. It was good value for a one night stopover, and other than the odd smell, everything was fine.

This was a far better experience than our previous trip to a Premier Inn (Farnham). We had a £40 compensation voucher from that visit (genuinely the worst hotel visit ever. I'd never normally ask for compensation) and used it for our stay at this one. The Premier Plus room we booked was nice. Decent shower (and I'm pleased it had a detachable head as I don't like getting my hair wet if I'm not washing it), although the drain needed unblocking as the tray started to fill up and you were left standing in the full tray of water by the end. We did let reception know at the end of our visit so hopefully it was rectified. Bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge. Windows you can actually open. Comfy bed. No sachets of instant coffee as there was a machine (my husband likes machine coffee but I'm not so keen), although they do have refills in reception so you can go and get some if needed. Air con actually worked. We had dinner in the restaurant. My first choice wasn't available which was a shame. I would like to point out that almost every time I go somewhere they don't have my first option (maybe I'm cursed?) I just think places tend to underestimate the amount of vegetarian/vegan options they need to stock. I had the plant burger instead and it was okay. Not sure about the vegan coleslaw. I probably could have asked for normal to be fair. My husband had a steak and enjoyed it. Decent range of options available. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and they did have the veggie sausages which I was pleasantly surprised by (you never quite know what you're going to get). We were waiting 25 minutes for someone to take our order though which wasn't ideal. Wouldn't have been so bad if we wanted any of the continental bits but we didn't. As I say, the food itself was good. Overall, it was a pretty good visit. Would stay again.

Booked room at short notice due to a letdown of another hotel. Stayed in room 301 and 10/10 would recommend! Offered Baylis and Harding hand wash and body wash to use during stay. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay especially Athena who was so lovely to my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. The rooms were also spacious and very clean with comfortable beds.
