The hotel is really close to the main train station but on the other side of all the activities, so for business travel it's good or if anyone wants to be in less crowded area, while still really close to the train station and dom.The staff is really polity and helpful and the breakfast is solid. The internet was working fine.

The elevator in hotel is a bit weird as it takes you between the floors so you still need to go with stairs one floor up or down. Hot water needs some time to "arrive" in the bathroom so some might think there's no hot water. There's no safe in the room which is also a bit weird. Value for money is extremely low but I guess it's related to the period of the booking as there's huge expo in Cologne so all the hotels were booked.

The room itself was very big, spacious, and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower too, and was also very clean. The hotel itself was also nicely designed and quiet. Was a very nice, calm place to come back to and rest after a long day at Gamescom. The location was both good and bad - The good side: very close to the main station near the cathedral so commuting was very easy.

The location was also bad in that there were always homeless or shady-looking people near the hotel area - no one actually bothered me, but the general feeling was of a lower-quality area of the city. For a lone woman, for example, this might be scary at late hours (again, no one actually did anything, but just the general vibe). The breakfast was very poor from a vegetarian point of view - very few options for me to eat.

Purble back light! Comfortable bed. Very quiet and didn't hear much of other guests. Good location to walk into town etc.

Awkward couple of 'junkies' outside on the public corner. Police picked them up a few hours later, but it's one hell of an impression to arrive to. Didn't happen again during my time there!

Ein sehr gutes drei Sterne-Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage, nur wenige Gehminutenh vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend (wir durften kostenlos früher ins Zimmer) und hilfsbereit. Das Doppelzimmer war groß genug für zwei Erwachsene und einen Koffer, im Bad gab es ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Das Frühstück ist sehr mittelmäßig für den Preis, hier kann man über eine Alternative nachdenken. Eine grandioses Aussicht darf man an diesem Standort nicht erwarten. Das ist aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau.

Hotel liegt super zentral, direkt beim Hbf, somit auch recht laut. Da muss man sich entscheiden, zentral oder ruhig. Mit Oropax kein Problem.

Die Nähe zum HBF ist ideal, da das Zentrum gut erreichbar ist, man aber auch bei Geschäftstreffen schnell am Bahnhof ist

Es ist ziemlich laut. Zu einer Seite sind die Gleise der Bahn, zur anderen eine laute Straße und auf der dritten Seite ist ein Mini Park, in dem auch zu späterer Stunde noch Leute sitzen

Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war überschaubar. Sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Hatten ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. War am Ende ein großes Doppelbett. Das Frühstück hätte gern noch abwechslungsreicher sein können. Sehr überteuerter Preis für zwei Übernachtungen(war aber sicher der Gamescom geschuldet, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war dieses da noch "günstig").

Der Preis von 234,- Euro für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Denke, dass dies bedingt durch die Gamescom war.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately were not satisfied with our experience. The reception staff were not particularly friendly and welcomed us rather indifferently. There were also many issues with the room, even though we had booked a superior room. First of all, the shower was broken. It was leaking from several places, and the shower head would not stay in place and kept falling down. It was very uncomfortable to use. We were asked, “Do you want a different room?” but since we were only staying for one night and were already very tired, we did not see the point of moving. We stayed in the same room, but we never received an apology. In fact, the staff even laughed about the situation, which was very unpleasant. The towels also smelled bad and were clearly not fresh. We asked for them to be replaced, but the new towels were simply thrown onto the bed, while the old ones were left in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror was installed so high that I could only see my head while standing on my tiptoes, even though I am of average height. Trying to dry my hair with a hairdryer without being able to see myself in the mirror was extremely inconvenient. Another major issue was the temperature in the room. The underfloor heating was on, while the air conditioning could not cool the room properly. It was extremely hot inside, especially considering that the temperature outside was +36°C. Why would the heating be turned on in such weather when the air conditioning is clearly not powerful enough to cool the room? There was also no way for us to control the underfloor heating ourselves. There were only two bottles of water in the room. Since this is a 4-star hotel, we expected drinking water to be readily available, as it is a basic necessity. After returning from a full day of walking around, we asked at reception for some water. The staff member told us that he would not provide any and that we could only buy it from the hotel. He even warned us that

it was expensive and recommended buying water at a shop instead. The next morning at breakfast, however, we noticed that there was actually always an option to refill our own water bottles at the drinks station. The receptionist simply did not offer us this option. Breakfast was another unpleasant experience. We knew that breakfast was included in our booking and had already been paid for, so we simply went to get some food. Nobody had told us during check-in that we were apparently supposed to find a member of staff ourselves and register for breakfast. One of the female staff members stopped us and told us that we would have to pay if breakfast was not included in our booking. She could not find us on the breakfast guest list, and only after asking another colleague did she find out that everything was fine and that we were allowed to eat. Why did we have to go through this embarrassing situation and worry that we were somehow not on the list when breakfast had already been paid for? We were then asked to choose a table. There was very little choice because most of the tables had been reserved. This was the first time we had ever encountered reserved tables at a hotel buffet breakfast. Our table, like most of the available ones, was extremely uncomfortable: it was very low while the chairs were too high. We had to bend down significantly just to eat and ended up sitting in a very uncomfortable position. Another issue was the language. The staff repeatedly spoke to us in German, even though they knew we were foreign guests. They kept asking us questions in German despite knowing that we did not speak the language. The location is convenient in terms of being close to the train station, but the surrounding area was unpleasant. There was a strong smell of cannabis everywhere. Overall,the unfriendly attitude of the staff and the poorly thought-out design and organization of the hotel made us feel like unwanted guests. Unfortunately,we cannot recommend this hotel

Close to the train station, and good area with good restaurants nearby. Still quieter area for good night sleet. I was surprise to see Indian restaurant next door, I ate dinner there for all the days i stayed here as it was convenient. Location is superb, you can walk to the Koln dom (Cathedral), Neumarkt, walking street around with shopping malls. From Kolner Dom it was also easy to walk down to Rhein river view and chill evening for drinks and dinner. Please note: The hotel does not have onsite restaurant to order food , it just offer the breakfast.

No Dine in or room service of food. But it didn't bother me much as they have plenty of restaurants next doors.

Room was much bigger than I thought. The location was also great and reasonably easy to get to the HBF (although the walk can be a bit sketchy at night). There was also a street with restaurants nearby which was convenient. Luggage storage was fine but not super secure (they’re just in the corner of the reception area).

The suite was nice but not accessible. You had to take an elevator that required you to walk up/down half a flight of stairs. They were also at the back of the building and required additional walking to get to. Cleaning is done on request only.

Everything. We were very close to the cathedral, like a five minute walk and it was a good execution of a futuristic hotel.

They don't their own parking lot.

Yani otele giriş ve bize verilen odanın konumu uygun degildi

Завтрак на удивление приличный, обычно в немецких отелях он сильно хуже. Здесь же был турецкий персонал и марку они стараются держать.

Это больше не к отелю претензии... Очень много "асоциалов" в округе, они не агрессивные, но ... Нет своей парковки, ближайшая в километре от отеля.

De ligging is goed. 5 min wandelen en je staat aan de Dom.

Hotel is wel rumoerig niet binnen maar langs buiten. Waren nu ook werken bezig vlakbij dus uitslapen zat er niet in.

Gemütlich & sauber.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles top. Die Freundlichkeit des Mitarbeites (21.08 gegen 20:00 - den Namen weiß ich nicht mehr) war hervorragend und er war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein. Alles vorhanden Fön, Duschgel, Seife. Es gibt keine Minibar, aber in der Lobby einen Getränkeautomaten. Die Bar war ausreichend, haben dir den ersten Abend genutzt.

Das einzige Manko ist, dass es so gut wie unmöglich ist jemanden vor Ort im Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir hätten dringen Hilfe gesucht, jedoch der Anruf wurde von eine KI Stimme geführt, die einen im Endeffekt darauf verweist eine E-Mail zu schreiben. Hier wäre eine einfachere Lösunf für dringende Fälle gut.

L'Hotel molto carino e moderno in ottima posizione, la pulizia delle parti comuni, il letto grande e molto comodo, l'accesso alla stanza tramite scheda, la disponibilità e la funzionalità delle prese elettriche, l'illuminazione e le dimensioni della camera.

La gestione superficiale, lo staff indisponente e la camera inadeguata. Prima del nostro arrivo a Colonia, la struttura mi aveva contattato per ricordarmi che la stanza prenotata prevedeva due letti singoli, offrendomi la possibilità di convertirli, se richiesto, in un matrimoniale. Essendo in coppia, ho risposto subito confermando la preferenza per il matrimoniale, ma lo staff non ha mai letto il messaggio né inviato un riscontro. All'arrivo in hotel ci è stata quindi assegnata la camera iniziale con i letti singoli e, per rimediare all'errore, siamo stati sistemati in una stanza per diversamente abili. Per noi questa soluzione si è rivelata estremamente scomoda: l'assenza di barriere architettoniche creava ampi spazi vuoti e inutilizzabili, con pochissimi punti d'appoggio, ridotti a soli due mini sgabelli come comodini e a una piccola scrivania. Anche il bagno era privo di piani d’appoggio e dotato di una doccia aperta con una semplice tenda come paratia. Come se non bastasse, la camera non è mai stata pulita per l'intera durata del soggiorno; solo dopo abbiamo saputo che la pulizia veniva effettuata esclusivamente su richiesta. Infine, parlando dei servizi, la connessione Wi-Fi era talmente instabile da risultare inutilizzabile, mancava un mini frigorifero e la colazione costava ben 17€ al giorno per persona in all inclusive. Consiglio allo staff dell'hotel di fumare qualche sigaretta in meno davanti all'ingresso e di leggere e rispondere invece a qualche messaggio in più.

Renkantis rekomenduočiau įvertinti, kad šalia bėgiai - dažnai važiuoja traukiniai, yra triukšmas (tikriausiai uždarius langus mažiau girdisi). Aplink viešbutį tam tikrose vietose buvo matyti šiek tiek neaiškių asmenų, bet iš esmės čia vienintelis minusas dėl vietos

We stayed for one night . Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was quiet and we slept very well. The room was small for two people, but perfectly comfortable for a short stay, and everything was very clean. The staff were friendly, and we also liked that coffee, drinks and cocktails were available at the hotel until late in the evening.

Disposable hotel slippers and an electric kettle in the room would make the stay more comfortable. The tissue holder was empty, but after I contacted reception, the staff brought tissues immediately, which I really appreciated.

Stanza e "armadio" piccoli, assenza frigorifero e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Essendo vicino alla stazione si possono incontrare senza tetto come in tutta la città del resto.

Bella camera, bagno piccolo ma essenziale. Posizione ottima vicino al Duomo di Colonia e quindi al centro. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Il parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare a 8 minuti dall'albergo al costo di 24 euro al giorno.

Tivemos problemas com funcionários, nomeadamente no pequeno almoço, na negativa em deixar as bagagens na recepção por algumas horas depois do checkout e na insistência das arrumadeiras camareiras em baterem em nossa porta 3x pela manhã para tentar entrar, sendo a primeira vez antes das 8:30h. O único funcionário simpático e prestativo foi o rapaz do checkin à tarde, de resto o staff feminino não correspondeu à simpatia. Bom hotel mas da próxima não voltaremos.

Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Lage um Köln zu erkundigen. Guter Hinweis auf der Internetseite zum nächsten Parkhaus. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung war toll und die Klimaanlage bei den ordentlichen Temperaturen ein Traum.

Lediglich die Parkplatzsituatiin vor Ort, wenn man nicht weit laufen kann oder in einem Parkhaus (ca. 300 Meter) stehen möchte. Luxusprobleme halt.

Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, roupas de cama limpas e de boa qualidade. Ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro com regulagem de temperatura. Café da manhã farto.

O quarto talvez um pouco pequeno, mas não incomoda muito não.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and there was a good shower. Wide choice of food for breakfast with good vegetarian options. Good proximity to the railway station. Very reasonably priced.

Great location near the train station, which suited us as we were on the way from Prague to London. The staff were really friendly and competent at reception and our room was clean and cute, tucked away on the top floor of the first building. It had a K kettle, good and quiet air con and fab black out curtains. Which meant we got a really good nights sleep. There is a busy road on one side of the hotel but many of the rooms face away in a different direction. As long as you don’t get a room on that side of the hotel it’s a great stop over spot. And really good value. We found a lovely beer hall five mins walk to the north, just us and the locals as it’s slightly out of the central area. Had lots of outside seating and good service. Would recommend the local beer and homemade potato pancakes at Brauhaus Em Kolsche.

We liked everything about our room. But may want to avoid rooms near the road.

Tracy and Kelly were great. Kelly went out her way to make sure everything was made easy for my stay. Both a credit to the company.

We had a comfortable 1 night stay here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy! Bathroom wasn’t amazing, but it was what you’d expect from a premier inn. There’s a miller and carter directly next door which was really handy after a long drive! Breakfast was fab, I think it was around £10 each for unlimited hot breakfast and couldn’t fault it. Staff were friendly. Vending machine in reception was a bit steep, £2.70 for a small bottle of water!

Room was clean and spacious but toilet was bizarre .. like a child seat on an adult loo so it was ill fitting and uncomfortable. Staff are helpful and welcoming on check in. Breakfast at Beefeater was lovely but wouldn't have dinner if we stayed again(tasteless and dry). Short distance by car to Lemon Quay for shopping and restaurants.

All team working very accommodating and polite, Tracy (without a E) very professional & helpful with all the guests and making sure I had enough toilet roll for my snotty nose

Had a quiet good night's sleep Excellent breakfast served by Thalita, who was so helpful. Parking easy and adjacent to A Carter and Miller steak house which is also very good.

Warm welcome on arrival. Basic room but very clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Surprisingly good breakfast.

I’ve never ever been the guy at the reception was very nice on arrival the bed was lush to I slept really well enjoyed the bath the morning staff at breakfast was very polite and happy food was yummy we really enjoyed it and defo go again on our visits

One women stood out in particular named Tracy. I had a formal meal and stressed about sorting out my tie. Tracy with a bright beautiful smile came over to help. She said she was unsure but tied it exceptionally well. I was flattered when she said “you scrub up quite well”. Tracy 100% deserves a pay rise and the best treatment from all customers.

The Hotel in Truro is nice and Clean I’ve been here many times and I always ask my company to book me hotel here is really nice and the staff are friendly

Our room wasn't clean, there were sick or some sort of awful looking liquid all down the side of the wall and skirting board beside the bed. We paid over £90 for a one night stay and all we could hear all night were the fans outside. They go off around 5.30am - they're super loud so if you actually want to sleep here, you'd have to close the window and suffocate. We had the worst night sleep with such a busy day after so wasn't pleased at all. Parking is horrendous we were lucky to find a spot to park after driving round 3 times. The carpets are really worn and feel dirty, it's very tired and has a fusty smell throughout the whole building including the room. Will not be returning. Gutted as we paid nearly £90 for our room and over £80 for my family's rooms, we didn't get our money's worth at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Worst nights sleep ever. This place will be taking in thousands too as loads stay here for harry potter tour, like ourselves. Yet they haven't updated anything there. Carpets are disgusting, stains up the walls, loud fans outside keeping you up all night, no air con yet the prices reflect a higher expectation. Disgusted.

Mark was an absolutely superb host making sure the vegetarians in our group were catered for. Professional and helpful to the 8th degree and a total credit to the company. Hotel was spotless , room and bed were beautifully comfortable. The only observation was a slight musty smell in the corridors, maybe time to deep clean the carpets? Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, went back for more! Thanks to all the staff. We'll definitely be back.

We've just come back from a great weekend stay for the university open day. It is very conveniently located for the Penryn campus. The staff here were fantastic, super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself could do with some updating it looks a little tired on the outside with a faded sign. But overall a great stay and would stay here again if we're down this way again.

Only had a short stay of 2 nights, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant, unfortunately heard the room above (creaking floorboards). On the upside we would like to mention Hasna and the other lady (whose name we didn't get) who looked after the breakfast shift. We have always had good breakfasts at Premier Inns, but my husband and I feel it's the staff that make it enjoyable and these 2 ladies did that.

Another warm and friendly welcome by the team on reception, as always. We stayed in one of the new Premier Rooms .. absolutely fantastic...very comfortable bed . lovely powerful shower, fridge and coffee machine Very reasonably priced for half term weekend The breakfast was very good, if a bit hectic due the number of guests .Felt sorry for the overworked staff Yet again another excellent stay

Parkinson and Ivers Family, we stayed one night before going to Harry Potter tour. Excellent location just down road for Harry Potter. Staff friendly and informative about everything. Very welcoming. Excellent sleep just like adverts and good cooked breakfast. Made our weekend. Thank you to all staff.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times. This was definitely our worst experience and we will probably not return. We felt it was looking tired, and there was an air of "not bothering to look after the guests". We were there for 3 nights. Our room wasn't serviced in that time. It was not made clear to us that we would need to ask for this if we wanted it (if they even did that). Bathroom smelled musty. (Our other family members staying there had a worse experience of musty bathroom to us.) Our toilet seat wasn't the correct one for the toilet bowl. Other family members reported the same for their toilets. There was building work going on, which we were notified about, but we didn't expect all the trades vehicles to be parked in the guest spaces, when we could see a nice area they had fenced off that they could have parked in. The food was acceptable and service mostly ok, but for what we paid we felt it was overpriced and they need to take a serious look at what they're offering and the price. I'm sure my other family members won't be returning either. The chairs in the bar area of the Beefeater were in need of repair. Note, this hotel does not have a lift, but we were on the ground floor this time.

Standard Premier Inn, not sure why the accessible room for people with mobility issues was so far down the corridor of rooms. Surely it should be near the exit. We were in the annex on Monday when the fire alarm was tested without warning. There was a sign in the main reception apparently but not the annex. Comfortable bed, decent room. Rubbish WiFi

A reliable Premiere inn visit - slept brilliantly in a comfy bed and clean well equipped room with en suite. Everything I needed at a great price for my business trip.

Lovely friendly check in team and breakfast team had everything we needed and great location for the HP Studios tour - free car parking also a nice bonus

I love the experience it was really nice the beds were comfy and me and my brother I've got a separate bed breakfast was so yummy we loved all the food and drink the members were very nice and kind. The only downside was the room smelled a bit musty and it wasn't like the other premiere and we've been to that had purple lights but the bed but it was amazing we had a fantastic spirit it even had fun and the hair dryer it had everything even a massive TV and their toilet was amazing the sink was a little bit dodgy if you lifted it up too high the water would spare everywhere so be careful if you have used room one two three the shower was beautiful I had a go in there and it was quite nice there's a Tesco's quite near and we had some food at a nearby restaurant called Oscar's pizza we stayed here after we went to Harry potter studio tour which we also really enjoyed

A warm welcome from the reception. The rooms are a perfect size for our family. Beds comfy and clean room. The breakfast staff Gary and Thalita are super. They are very attentive and kind nothing is too much trouble. Food was plentiful and fresh. Nice job! Highly recommend.

Good value for money. Well placed hotel. Entrance sign is needed. We couldn't find the entrance door easily when we arrived in the dark! No hairdryer or extra pillows in the room. They were in the middle of renovation but that didn't affect our stay.

I stayed here in a standard room for 3 nights. It was much as expected for a Premier Inn, a decent size with a reasonable amount of storage, TV, coffee making etc. The place was showing some signs of age. Very comfortable bed. Bedside power was just a single USB socket, but there were 3 pin sockets available elsewhere. A big fan was provided as substitute air conditioning. The shower was in a deep bath, difficult if you have mobility issues. No lift, but there are accessible rooms which you need to book in advance. There was no noise from adjacent rooms. There is ample free parking. A nice buffet breakfast is served in the hotel (includes full English). A Miller & Carter restaurant (fairly expensive, but excellent) is collocated on site. The village centre with pubs, restaurants and shops is just 5 minutes walk. A comfortable, reasonably priced hotel, I would happily stay again.
