The room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was relatively close to the train station and there were a number of really nice places to eat.

Negotiating the trip on foot from the station was a bot of a problem. The paths were rough and there were a few "dodgy characters" around. This was not the fault of the establishment, however!

Tesis çok temizdi benim için öncelikliydi temizliği bu beni mutlu etti ve güleryüzlü personeldi.Otel şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde olsada 40 dakika bir yürümeniz gerekir ama otelin önünden kalkan 16 ve 17 numaralı tramvay her 5 dakikada bir vardı çok kolay bir ulaşım sağladı.Kahvaltı çeşiti azdı özellikle peynir çeşidi azdı fakat kahvaltıdan sorumlu olan bütün personeller çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı.Otel konum olarak çok güvenli ve sakindi merkezin içinde kalmak istemezdim çünkü orada çok fazla evsiz ve sıkıntılı kişiler vardı konum çocuklu aileler için çok güvenli.

We loved our room, the staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated.

For those wanting to stay in a quieter part of the city, this place is perfect. But if you want to stay in a livelier area with many cafes then I would suggest staying somewhere closer to the Alte Oper.

Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili, otelin konumu güzel hemen 100 metre ilerde tramvay durağı var istediğiniz yere gidebiliyorsunuz. Metro istasyonu da yakın. Odalar temizdi.

Otelin çevresi çok kötü ve tehlikeli, yani gece dışarı yürüyerek çıkmak mümkün değil. Bir denedik, özellikle metro istasyonu civarı evsiz ve mülteci kaynıyor. Kullanılması yasak olan madde kokularından mideniz bulanıyor.

Gostei de tudo: pessoal muito atencioso, decoração muito agradável, conforto muito bom, pequeno-almoço digno para este tipo de hotel e uma higiene imaculada. Muito próximo do centro da cidade: fui a pé visitá-la.

Die Lage war super, man ist in 2 min an der Bahn und kommt überall super schnell hin. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist schön und ausreichend von der Größe. Das Hotel hat ein Parkhaus wo man für 24h 21€ zahlt.

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, dadurch haben wir kaum geschlafen. Im Bad hat es sehr gestunken nach Abfluss! Da das Hotel sehr digitalisiert ist gibt es keine Karte mehr zum einchecken ins Zimmer sondern alles über das Handy. Wenn man älter ist, stelle ich mir das schwierig vor!

I liked that getting on the elevator to the room is only possible with a key. It’s a high level of security, especially near the train station. The room was clean and cozy, quiet.

Prédio com aparência nova. Quarto espaçoso e bem equipado com o que é descrito. Tudo bem limpo.

Como nao é a primeira vez que ficamos perto da estação e ja sabíamos da frequência de pessoas mais humildes próximas a estação de trem, nao nos assustamos. Apesar dessas pessoas estarem pelas ruas, elas nao te incomodam.

Die Mitarbeiterin war leider sehr nervös und hat respektlos mit uns gesprochen. Bei unserem Anruf bei der Notfallnummer hat ein Herr geantwortet, der uns sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt hat. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.

Gute Synthese aus engl. und kontinentalem Frühstück in ansprechendem Raum. Sehr ruhige Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage, gute Parkmöglichkeit im UG des Hauses. Touristische Ziele wie Messe, Senckenberg Museum, Bockenheim mit großer Auswahl an Lokalen und Marktständen fußläufig erreichbar, bequeme Anbindung an U-Bahn und Straßenbahnnetz

Die Musikauswahl der "Dauerberieselung" beim Frühstück könnte vielfältiger und dezenter sein. In der Dusche ist die Abdichtung der Tür defekt und verursacht außerhalb Wasserpfützen. (betr. 203)

The room was quite clean and the airport was quite close to the hotel. It was quite comfortable that on our last day we were able to leave our bags in the hotel and collect them later for free.

There was a bit of mould in the bathroom. It was uncomfortable that you cant control the temperature of the a/c. We didn't really like the area around the hotel because it was a bit dodgy.

Excellent breakfast and fantastic bathroom

The room was not for 3 people: we couldn’t move or storage our things and the sofa bed was bad. The parking was very difficult to find. After running circles we entered a parking that was from the hotel next door. We paid the fee for this hotel too! When finally a car left and the entrance of our parking appeared…you also needed extra skills to drive in such a narrow parking. The best came the last morning when we came back from breakfast and we saw on the floor in the corridor a used condom. I am sure it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but either way it was disgusting…

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro giorni in occasione della nostra vacanza questo agosto a Francoforte. Tutto molto bene, camera tripla molto spaziosa, pulita e con tutti gli accessori (phon, ferro e tavolo da stiro, bollitore acqua, ecc...). Personale gentile e disponibile, grande hall molto elegante. Zona servita da mezzi pubblici e metropolitana e vicinissima alla Festhalle di Francoforte. Facilmente raggiungibile con la metro il centro città e il fiume Meno. Se ritorneremo a Francoforte saremo lieti di soggiornarvi nuovamente. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini come noi. Carla Wir haben während unseres Urlaubs in Frankfurt im August vier Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Alles war ausgezeichnet: Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (Haartrockner, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher usw.). Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die große Lobby wirkte sehr elegant. Die Gegend ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und die U-Bahn angebunden und liegt ganz in der Nähe der Frankfurter Festhalle. Das Stadtzentrum und der Main sind mit der U-Bahn leicht zu erreichen. Sollten wir wieder nach Frankfurt kommen, würden wir gerne erneut hier übernachten. Empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern, so wie wir es sind. Carla We stayed at this hotel for four days during our vacation in Frankfurt this August. Everything was excellent: the triple room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, etc.). The staff were kind and helpful, and the large lobby was very elegant. The area is well-served by public transport and the metro, and is very close to the Frankfurt Festhalle. The city center and the Main River are easily accessible by metro. If we return to Frankfurt, we would be happy to stay here again. Recommended for families with children, like us. Carla

The hotel is close to the train station and within walking distance. The area is OK and safe, I think. Please note that my safety assessment is based on my being male. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of options.

Schimmel in der Dusche. Familienzimmer zu klein. Ausziehbett hatte Sprung-Federn die man sehr gespürt hat.

Calme absolu, aucune nuisance extérieure ni des voisins. Personnel charmant. Le design de la chambre et de l'hôtel, propreté impeccable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Un sans faute.

Literie un peu ferme à mon goût. Manque de petits détails comme des verres dans la salle de bain, des crochets pour les serviettes et des mouchoirs.

Close to Hauptbahnhof, 2 types of pillows, good bed mattress, light summer blanket on request possible, good working AC, clean and pleasant place with polity personnel. Good quality shower gels in the bathroom. Close to nice food Asian places like Soi 22, Hunan Restaurant Aunty Zhongs Noodle Bar- highly recommend.

The bed is only 1.40- for 2 people a bit too small. Area outside of the hotel in the evening/ at night is not pleasant and pretty dirty. It is not feeling much safe to be around there when it is late.

Waren in Frankfurt zu einer Veranstaltung in der Festhalle daher war die Lage optimal zwischen Halle und Bahnhof. Schönes sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, schalldichten Fenster, Kaffee, und Tee. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Schlafen ist nur bei geschlossenen Fenster möglich da es an einer lauten Strasse liegt. Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral zur Messe aber in einem Umfeld wo man alleine nicht unterwegs sein möchte.

Katastrophaler Check-in bei asiatischer/chinesischer Mitarbeiterin, danach alles in Ordnung Wir sind am 09.08.2026 gegen 15:30 Uhr als Familie mit kleinen Kindern im Premier Inn Frankfurt angekommen. Leider hat die asiatische/chinesische Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an ruiniert. Sie war von Anfang an extrem eiskalt und zeigte kein einziges Lächeln – sogar unsere kleinen Kinder fragten mich, warum die Frau so unfreundlich zu uns sei. Als ich ihr unseren Namen und den Buchungscode von Booking.com geben wollte, meinte sie sofort in einem unverschämten Ton, das ginge nicht. Sie behauptete stur, ich dürfe nicht einfach für meine Familie buchen und jeder müsse einzeln buchen. Sie verlangte sogar für jedes einzelne Zimmer eine schriftliche Genehmigung, dass die buchende Person zugestimmt hat, diese Zimmer für die anderen zu buchen – was absolut unverständlich ist, da ich seit Jahren so für meine Familie buche. Obwohl ich die ganze Zeit höflich blieb und versuchte, die Situation lächelnd zu klären, steigerte sie sich hinein, wurde extrem laut und schrie uns an: "Zeigen Sie die Reisepässe, und zwar für ALLE! Ich muss jeden Pass genau überprüfen!" Wir waren alle zutiefst geschockt über diesen aggressiven und grundlos respektlosen Umgangston. Als mir der Geduldsfaden riss, wechselte ich zu ihrem männlichen Kollegen am Schalter. Dieser war von Anfang an sehr höflich: Nach Nennung meines Namens fand er die Buchung sofort und wickelte den Check-in schnell und professionell ab. Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall war alles in Ordnung. Das Personal am Abend, in der Nacht und am nächsten Morgen war ausgesprochen freundlich. Es ist wirklich extrem schade, aber wegen dieses inakzeptablen Verhaltens beim Check-in können wir diesmal nur 1 Stern vergeben. Wir hoffen dringend, dass die Führungskräfte das Gespräch mit dieser Mitarbeiterin suchen!

Makkelijk aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg. Heel prettig als tussenstop vanuit Italië naar Nederland. Zeer comfortabele bedden en zeer schone kamer. Fijn Italiaans restaurantje en supermarkt/bakkertje op loopafstand.

Helaas was sloot het kiepraam niet goed waardoor we wat geluidsoverlast van de straat ervaarden.

Short walking distance to the venue (Festhalle), the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big enough for one, and the bathroom size was also good. Very good connections to the city centre (tram across from the hotel or underground approx. 5-10 min away).

Drinks and food were a bit pricey (but to be expected for a hotel), early check-in price tag is also too high

Our room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. It was great that the hotel had its own indoor car park. And additionally it was also very convenient to have an iron and ironing board in the rooms.

Couldn’t reach reception desk when we called via written phone number even we dial the number that auto message mentioned.

Locatie is in een afro gebied waar veel junkies rondlopen en wiet wordt gerookt. Wij vonden dit zelf niet prettig. Vorig jaar zaten we meer in een buitenwijk voor onze vlucht vanaf frankfurt en dat was beter Je moet ook 20€ betalen voor parkeren en de laadvoorziening werkte niet!!

Brak lodówki, uważam że w dzisiejszych czasach to powinien być standard, mam zawsze przy sobie leki które wymagają chłodniejszej temperatury, ale też w upalne dni przydaje się bardzo. Lokalizacja , jedni określa ja na plus blisko dworzec idealnie, natomiast sama dzielnica jest bardzo specyficzna, gorsza strona Frankfurtu i każde miasto takie ma, hotel nie ma ja to wpływu, ale pozostawiam tą informację pod rozwagę innym , jeśli jesteście w towarzystwie to można poczuć się bezpiecznie , samemu już nie do końca

Sehr einladender Eingang und viele bequeme Möglichkeiten sich zu einer kleinen Runde zusammenzusetzen. Der Check-In war äußerst freundlich.

Prijs kwaliteit is dit prima! Ontbijt was zeer oké, ligging was super centraal en een beveiligde parking (betalend) dus alles wat we nodig hadden voor 1 nachtje.

An overnighter prior to going to the Airport!! Evening meal was good. Breakfast not so good! The room was very cold, light bulbs out, a shortage of staff meant that just 2 ladies doing everything from checking you in/out, running the bar and waitressing We probably would not stay here again

I stayed to have a base to visit places nearby. The hotel is tired looking and in need of maintenance! Peeling paint everywhere. However when I left I forgot to take my Sketchers (expensive) trainers with me. I emailed the hotel (reception very difficult to get hold of) and they eventually confirmed my trainers were in lost property. They instructed me to send a suitable box or bag with sufficient postage to their hotel and they would return my trainers. £9 postage cost I did that and contacted them again after 2 weeks of not hearing anything. They confirmed the box with postage had just arrived and the trainers would be posted that same day. It is now the end of November and I still haven’t received my trainers. Every time I make contact with them they claim not to know about this issue! I have given up but I’m warning you not to trust their words or actions.

I honestly never leave reviews but DO NOT STAY HERE I was meant to return next week but I’ve had to cancel this booking. I must say this is no reflection of the staff. It’s like something out of faulty towers. Someone will check you in, then you see they’re running the bar, the next they’re taking your order You need to book in dinner and the times goes quickly because they only have one cook. Currently I’ve been sat here for 30 minutes and haven’t had a drink let alone got food. Massively understaff - NO INTERNET. Even the wifi you pay for is terrible. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

On arrival was given our door card then was directed to where to go but not been here before and luckily another gest showed us the way to go. It would of been nice if a member of staff showed us.. Room was nice and clean. Looking out the window the window ledge was dirty and windows on the outside were the same. All the guttering was overflowing in light rain. Outside of the building needs a lot of maintenance before it falls into disrepair. Breakfast was cooked lovely and served by helen. The floor and tables were sticky ...

Room ok. All fire doors propped open . No decaffeinated coffee. Breakfast cold Out of date sauces on table. A member of staff although was lovely , personal hygiene a big issue

Booked a premier inn as they usually are a safe bet of a hotel. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival we joined a large queue trying to check in as there was only 1 staff member there. We eventually got into our room which was small, cold and had a horrible feel to it. We were greeted with an unpleasant smell of cigarettes/weed within our room. There was dirt in the sink and clumps of hair in the bath/stuck to the bathroom tiles, disgusting. When going back down to reception to grab a drink from the bar, the buzzer was pressed 4 times with a 15 minute wait for someone to actually be at the bar. The receptionist guy that had previously checked us on showed up and then began working behind the bar. The pint of beer me and others had was cloudy and tasted horrendous. There was no atmosphere, the toilets as well were shocking and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We came and stopped for a couple of nights and found the beds to be very comfortable and room was found to be home from home.. we stayed for breakfast both mornings and found the waitress (Helen) to be very pleasant and helpful and could not do enough for us ….my husband really enjoys black pudding but other places does not do it to his satisfaction but the newly appointed chef (humiz) did to the point where he ordered more .. we will definitely be and have already booked again ..

Great stay as always at Goffs Park. Staff welcoming, room clean and warm, meal deal excellent value for money, food very good.

Stayed here the night before flying from Gatwick. Checked in with a smile and warm welcome. Room as expected clean tidy and comfortable bed. Good shower. If you don’t fancy the onsite restaurant just a few minutes drive away is Crawley Leisure Park with lots of places to eat. If you need extra teabags etc these are available in reception on the wall already.

Firstly, it is worth noting the staff where friendly which was the only saving grace of the whole experience. Stayed in lots of Premier inns but sadly this one was lacking. We booked 2 rooms, one of which was for my daughter and allocated us in separate buildings. We went for a drink in the bar which and only 2 other guests having a drink, but had to wait along time for one of the 2 staff that where on duty to come and serve at the bar. Very limited selection of drinks only 1 cider and no pink gin but price was still at a premium cost. Watched 2 guests arrive at 20:15 and asked for food to be told that no food available till breakfast (so glad we stoped to eat before we arrived). Went to our room and it was missing a tv remote, so had to walk back across the poorly lit carpark to reception where they gave me a remote and I asked for extra pillows as the 2 we had where flat as pancakes. Again staff were friendly and said she would bring 2 more to our room. Then went back to the room to find tv remote didn’t work with the tv so up and steamed something on my phone. Waited but the extra pillows didn’t materialise which caused a poor nights sleep. One positive was breakfast was ok served by a lovely waitress.

Location is 15min walk from train station/ town center atmosphere is quit and relax room was not cleaned unless demanded, and then they make your bed replace the towels, but everything else is untouched - had a dirty cup the whole week - they left it as is !!! the dining hall is dirty - floor and furntures are sticky - never washed - just been wiped with dirty cloths.
