The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The bathroom wasn’t spacious but it was renovated and clean. I felt the service was really worth the price.

What made me happy was that the hotel is in the heart of downtown, so everything I needed was around: the museum, cafés, restaurants, and even the metro station nearby. The entrance looked very ordinary from outside, but once you go up, it’s a whole different, organized setting. The internet worked well, and the staff were very helpful. Truly an experience worth repeating.

The whole experience was positive. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The internet was fast, and the staff were very respectful. I booked a private trip to the Pyramids, which was one of my best moments in Cairo. The entrance doesn’t give the full impression, but once inside you really feel the difference.

I was mislead by Expedia! On your website it says the rating of the place is excellent! When I went with my children and wife after a lot of difficulty to get to the place, I was shocked by the area around the place and by the building and breakfast area. Really dirty and misleading. I had to go to another hotel.

More than I could have imagined I'm comfortable in and out of the hotel It was like being home And the excitement of being in a party

Wirklich entspannend.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Hospitable staff. Would prefer variety in breakfast. Shower/toilet in bedroom obscure glass enclosure, Uncomfortable, may be have something more firm for privacy.

I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed getting to know the manager Mena who was very helpful.

Nice and big room

The room wasn’t fancy, but it was very tidy and calm. The bed was comfortable, and the soft lighting made it even more relaxing. The receptionist asked if I’d like to join the next day’s tour to Khan El-Khalili. I said yes, and it was very well organized with a private car and a very polite driver.

Clean room and nice hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown! The location is breathtaking—just a short walk from the Egyptian Museum and local restaurants. The internet is so fast, you can make video calls without any lag. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff treat you like family. The room was extremely quiet—you can sleep peacefully without any disturbance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you might need.

The hotel staff are extremely respectful and serve you with genuine warmth. If you need anything, they’re always ready to help. The rooms are also spacious and well-organized—you feel right at home. The hotel breakfast is absolutely delicious! A variety of dishes with a homemade taste that helps you start your day full of energy. The entire place is quiet, so you can sleep comfortably without any disturbance.

I arrived a little early, but they still let me check in without waiting for the official time. I felt truly welcomed from the first minute. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was strangely quiet for a place downtown. I needed a couple of days of rest, and I came back feeling truly rested. I will definitely be back!
