Rua próximo de ruas sujas. O hotel não recolhe os papéis do lixo nos banheiros, não arrumaram os quartos. Tivemos nós a retirar o papel higiênico.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026L'hôtel est très beau, très propre. Le lit est confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, surtout Youssef. Bien situé, beaucoup de magasins et restaurants pas loin. Les chambres sont calme et on dort très bien.
Si je dois vraiment donner un point négatif : il manque un petit plateau bouilloire.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi ve güzeldi. Konumu merkeziydi ve gürültüden uzaktı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Çıkış yaptığımız gün valizlerimizi havaalanına gidene kadar otelde bırakmamıza izin verdiler. Gene gelsem gene tercih ederim.
Laptopla çalışabileceğim bir yer bulmakta zorlandım.

A envolvente do hotel é muito velha.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026超出预期的酒店，位置不错，离解放广场不远，打车和坐地铁都方便，去老博物馆步行十几分钟，房间很宽敞，还有个阳台，我喜欢站在阳台看楼下晚上开斋后大家在一起吃饭聊天，很有氛围感，床品也非常干净舒适，卫生间也是又大又干净，一楼的休息大厅漂亮舒适很有品味，员工很礼貌和热情，乐于助人，周围有不错的餐厅，也非常安全。十二分的推荐这家酒店
早餐品种可以再丰盛一些，不过现在已经很不错了。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Der Lage ist sehr zentral, die Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war für uns toll, ohne Übertreiben.
Das Hotel war bestimmt irgendwann sehr schön, aktuell sieht ein bisschen alt aus. Ich finde ein Paar Änderungen werden das Hotel wirklich sehr schön machen, wie die Seifenbehälter oder der Teppich. Am besten noch ohne Teppich die Zimmer lassen.

Bed is echt aan vernieuwing toe. Mijn matras was echt doorgezakt en het kussen erg hard. In de badkamer zaten de zeeppompjes en een verroeste houder en dat zag er niet hygiënisch uit. Dit kan echt niet meer in Egypte anno 2026

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Posizione ottima per chi vuole alloggiare in città e non a Giza vicino alle piramidi. Quartiere centrale, molto caotico ma sicuro.
Colazione troppp misera e con pochissima scelta.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The room was spacious, tall ceilings and comfortable beds. This hotel is fairly new and it shows. Huge bathroom with walk in shower, even has its own water tank so you are never without hot water or pressure. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything. Staff are lovely. Front counter Ahmed and all the other men manning that station were always pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
Outside noise but that is not the hotels fault. You are in Cairo, famous for car honks, boisterous conversations and a city that does not sleep. Bring earplugs as that is a must. One thing I strongly suggest is proper coffee. Luckily I am a Nescafe drinker but many will not be happy to see it. Investment in a proper coffee machine dispenser would have made this review a perfect score. Keep up the amazing facilities El Farida.

Staff were brilliant and go out of their way to help. Breakfast was varied & plentiful with great expresso coffee. Loved it & will be back next time I'm in Cairo

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026地理位置非常好，离老博物馆很近，离几家评分高的餐厅也很近，所有工作人员都非常好非常友善，给我们准备早餐的小姑娘非常可爱非常甜妹，打扫房间的阿姨也是特别勤快，把我们乱糟糟的个人物品叠的理放得整整齐齐，我们回来都很震惊。重点表扬前台小哥，第一天晚上办理入住的时候，我们还对他很有意见，以为是骗子，因为跟我们说不能刷卡，visa试了刷不了，怎么可能呢！当时巨生气，结果小哥立马说让我们先入住明天再说，第二天玩了一天晚上才回去刷卡，结果小哥发现酒店pose机得把卡插进去不是放在上面滴一下。当时我们都笑得不行。因为第二天我们被包车司机坑了一天，所以第三天我们准备自己打车，结果第一次操作indrive不熟悉，打车不成功，请教前台以后，告诉我们开罗用uber比较好，还用自己的手机帮我们打了uber，还让酒店另外一个工作人员把我们送到车上和司机交代了几句。第三天晚上小伙伴非常想喝碳酸饮料，问了酒店没有，前台小哥立马说让他朋友去帮我们买，最后送到我们房间，而且就是正常价格。然后我们晚上还打包了zooba的肉饼，问了小哥，说可以早上让酒店餐厅的小姑娘给我们加热，第二天果然给我们热了当早餐了。
热水器水压和水温都不大给力，早饭希望增加一些粥、粉、面之类适合亚洲胃的。还有酒店临街，也可能地理位置的原因，晚上真的有点吵。

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Top Hotel im pulsierenden down town in Kairo. Komfortabel und in einer für Kairo ruhigen Lage in einer Seitenstrasse. Das Frühstück im 7. Geschoss ist reichhaltig und sehr gut....Die Zimmer sind gross und manche haben Balkone. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn Kairo, dann wiederum sehr gerne in diesem Hotel...
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Ein richtiger Kaffee wäre top. Es gibt nur Nescaffee...

I was disappointed with the overall service. Firstly, I was supposed to be collected at the airport upon arrival, but no one turned up. Then when I called they said find someone and we’ll pay, but I couldn’t find anyone cheap enough for them so they were telling me to walk out of the airport grounds to find something cheaper - ridiculous when it’s your first time in a new country. So I just ended up buying an uber myself, they did honour me with a free return trip to the airport, but didn’t let the driver know they were paying so that was difficult upon trying to leave the country. Very anti card payments - will refuse card until last resort.
