Holiday Inn Dubai Village Circle by IHG

Easy parking and very friendly staff.

I regret staying here service never offered till you ask for it

Wonderful, very kind staff and caring staff

I am stayed at Hotel Avalon in JVC and I am highly impressed with the exceptional service. After experiencing a fall, I requested assistance and Ariya from the Security team responded immediately. She was professional, courteous, and attentive providing me with an ice pack, helping to ease my discomfort, and reassuring me throughout. Her support truly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest care. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Housekeeping team for maintaining my room to an excellent standard. Overall, the service at Hotel Avalon has been outstanding.i don’t normally give reviews but the hotel was outstanding am really glad I chose this hotel ,Kome was also nice ,receptionist were very helpful

The services and cleanest

Very good

Very well

Very comfortable and affordable hotel for long time stay. I loved the restaurant, very nice food and nice staff

Very very very bad

Excellent staff, modern hotel excellent pool

Magnifique

Good value for money

It wasgreat

Location was perfect for my stay

Recommended. Price worthy

Great location

Wasser in der Dusche sehr schlecht, läuft yraus, Wasser vielzu wenig, für lange Haare nichts. Sauber, Zimmer sehr sehr klein.

Très bien as usual

New hotel. Decent stay.

Overall all was fine for a two night business stay. Quite nice small modern hotel. But the doors are not well isolated to the hallways and between rooms. I could hear everything from my neighbors and if someone was speaking normally in the hallway. When you have to get your sleep, it is not ideal

The building and furniture looks great but their business operations sucks. I booked a king they gave me the smallest two beds I have never seen. I requested for towels it took them 3 hours to deliver , one housekeeping came to go get towels and disappeared! I won’t stay there ever again

Excelente

I tried 2 different rooms it is very small and you can hear everything around, I end up to call at 3 Am in the morning because the next room teenage just token to each other and waching some phone movie making me wake up and can’t sleep again

Excellent

Everything fine

Small room! Small bed!

Long waits for the lifts which served also as service lifts. Surrounding areas were noisy and dusty with building works ongoing.

I’m really happy for selecting this hotel during my trip to Dubai. Everything went super smoothly. Excellent staff! Breakfast is superb, don’t hesitate to rent a car the have an inside free parking. Greatly recommended

Restaurant on 1st floor very good food staff very friendly and handy.. Will be staying again soon

Mega schön

In a new developing area. Few constructions. Will be more interesting in future.

All good as we know as only there for one quick night as I was traveling back to Canada.

It was an awesome stay.

Nice new hotel, well located; but in a developing area with constructions all around. It will be a fantastic place when the constructions are finished.

Nice staff, nice location. Good value

The property is new and trying best. But I found the amenities are that good level. Only Breakfast was the USP. Apart from that struggle with Room space, they are not big enough, not enough cupboards. amenities like indoor swimming pool, Sauna etc. are also missing. Room service is also takes lot of time to respond. Very far from City.

Great staff. Great rooms/bathrooms for the price. Limited amenities in pool area vs other hotels, but this is expected for the price.

Limpio, buena comida, excelente piscina.

Every body nice and friendly and try help all guest Really good time

Just amazing

Service was good but the location is inconvenient.

The service was excellent. Very caring and respectful

Excellent hotel which seems more a 4 star going towards 5 star instead of the 3 star rating. It’s new so that’s a bonus . Excellent value for money . Need a car to move around or public transport but it’s in a good area . Definitely recommend

The hotel itself is great. Very good price quality. The food at the Urban restaurant (we had breakfast and diner) was delicious. The the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the surrounding but Dubaï being Dubaï (not a walking city and a building city) it would be hard for it to be different or better….

Excellent Service. Area around the hotel was not safe walking, since no side walk.

Vincenzo Maria Francesco IMPERATORE

Everything was perfect!

It was good but had builders everyday working next door which made noisy Plus dust fell from the site onto the hotel kitchen/dining area

.

Hotel is brand new and amazing.. had all amenities and was very clean. Staff was great and provided excellent service specially by housekeeping guy, I forgot her name (person from Nepal). Will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny for the price paid.

Good

Good

Very clean,abordable, service impeccable

I had nice experience

Very disappointed. They checked me in a room at the 6th floor literally the next door was house keeping room. All night and early in the morning the housekeepers were too loud in the room moving things in and out the room. I was tired and couldn’t fall a sleep. The hotel is in a construction area and trucks are constantly moving around. Upon checking out I informed the Philippino guy on the reception and he seems he carless.

Every things was great in this hotel ,

Very clean hotel. Merdan helped me good
