Reviewed Oct 17, 2025The room had the view in the photo, but the floors were sticky, towels and slippers were dirty, and they do not replace the plastic bag in trashcans which had a gum spit by someone. In addition, the hotel required more money than what you booked for via Expedia. The hotel stated "Every hotel in Egypt requires additional money for using a credit card." In advance, I requested for an early breakfast and a late breakfast, the hotel accepted and promised to provide these, and I reminded and they agreed again upon our arrival, but the hotel never provided any of these. Do not trust this hotel for anything like this.
