Hyatt Place Montreal Airport

Very good hotel. Service, Shuttle, New, Price.

All the comforts and conveniences that one appreciates when one travels. The room was spacious with a small sitting area that was welcome after a long days travel Thank you to the terrific staff. Will stay here again.

Clean& spacious room

Clean will stay again but the shower gel contains fell they did not come to fix it.

Good

staffs are very friendly

Very comfortable bed, clean and bright bathroom. Great shower! Would stay again.

Easy to find , je n ai pas pris a déjeuner

I had to cancel and did not receive a refund

I did not go to the gym. One thing that surprised me was that the breakfast was not included in the price of the room. I had been on a organized tour in the province of Quebec for a week. The rooms and breakfasts were included. The room at your hotel cost me $277.00 Canadian and yet the breakfast was not included.

Roms are very nice.

Rooms are sleek and clean. Staff is very helpful. And fitness room was wonderful.

Our stay was awesome

Beautiful clean room and good dinner and breakfast options. The shuttle was very handy to get to plane and train.

Clean and updated.

Everything was great!

Exerllent

Good breakfast at airport hotel. Helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel , brand new construction. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

Lovely new hotel. Ultra modern and clean. Very comfortable and spacious room. Super large 65” TV. Shuttle to airport. Thanks Hyatt.

Clean/quiet room. Positive having airport shuttle.

.

Rapid check in

Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Newer hotel very modern and clean. Airport shuttle is very handy. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Food was very good.

All good

Great hotel

Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. You can hear planes taking off but it is conveniently near the airport. Didn’t hear them after 10pm.

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Wonderfully updated rooms. Convenient for the airport, but crappy place if that's not your destination. No ability to walk anywhere,

New hotel just opened in May so everything is in stellar condition

Nice, clean and new property. Room is modern and comfortable. Staff is helpful and polite. Covered Parking is available for extra fees with in and out privilege.

Very clean. Very well appointed. Great price.

Excellent

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent property close to the airport.

It was awesome experience

There should be microwaves in rooms

Very good location and good ataff

The driver for the airport shuttle was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was excellent.

Nice , clean place next to the airport.

Staff were all extremely friendly. Loved the restaurant. Would appreciate microwaves in the rooms.

Room was clean and as expected. There was no toiletry item whatsoever, no drinking cups other than two espresso coffee mugs. I understand that the hotel just opened so I suppose these are part of the growing pains.

Quick & convenient just a mile from the airport.

Wonderful stay

Staff

The room is big and comfortable/

The hotel was fine, however, the restaurant was NOT. Our food was terrible, we waited far to long for an overpriced burger that CLEARLY was a frozen patty, my husband had 2 bites of it, it was dry and flavorless, my chicken sandwhich was extremely bland, not well executed at all. When we told the waiter he dismissed my husband after he asked if we would like anything else. We did NOT have time to wait for another meal. We were charged fully for such garbage with absolutely no apology. VERY disappointing

Wow, brand new hotel. Almost perfect since I hate Nespresso coffee that was in ourroom. Quick shuttle service to the airport

Newer hotel but obviously still working out some opening pains. AC unit in room was very loud.

clean and modern :) like the big ceilings and large doors! rooms are perfect big size for fit of 4 Staff are amazing and super nice !

A new hotel with everything in excellent condition. Charging a fee for lobby coffee is not a good point. Letting guest waiting outside of lobby for shuttle bus is not a good arrangement especially in winter.

Credit card only for all transactions. Additional charges for parking. No water in the hotel room. Front desk staff were meh

just an airport hotel

The Staff is very friendly and accommodating Their Breakfast Buffett is great value and amazing with a wide array of choices

Enjoyed our short stay while waiting for our flight

Excellent stay

Shuttle bus driver are great

Very clean hotel

Hotel was splendid very clean and wonderful staff with great customer service… I definitely would visit again and again

My stay at the Hyatt was pleasant, which is not always the case for "airport hotels". The property is relatively new, so the rooms and amenities are still in good shape. The guest services staff at the front desk were wonderful, welcoming, and personable. As I booked through Hotels.com, there was some confusion about breakfast being included or not. Also, it would have been great to know through the Hotels.com listing that there was indeed an airport shuttle. The Uber was expensive. The shuttle back in the morning to the airport was on-time and easily accessible. My only complaint was some hairs that were found in the bathroom, which honestly was not a concern. The rest of the property and my room were clean and very comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Very clean room

High quality hotel in airport location! 24hr airport shuttle bus !

Was disappointed to find out there was an additional charge for parking so I would not book at this location again

Exceptional hotel!!

The hotel was great! very clean. Staff were all friendly

It is a new Hotel... at least it felt new. When we arrived, there was a small hicup in that the power in the neighborhood failed. Eventually, though we couldn't check in properly, they did assign a nice room and we waited about 2 hours until power was restored. They had supplemental power for basics, like the elevator and hallway lights etc. We checked in once the power came on. All good.

Everything about the hotel was excellent

one night before flught back home and juste wow nice big room with everything you need!

Appreciates how clean it was. Extra towels were nice. Very comfortable bed.

Wonderful Hotel, tidy and clean

Very good place

Très bel hôtel, merci!

All in all it was a great stay, staff is friendly and efficient. The only complain is that the shower curtains had some brown stain on them but the staff arrived immediately after I reported it and changed it. The hotel shuttle also seemed to not have arrived at airport for an hour and ultimately I had to get a taxi to get to the hotel.

The property is new and clean . Just the corridor needs a little bit decor , it would be much nicer !!

Sold out, still got a chambere,

Great place to stay close to airport amazing staff good service

This is one

There was no complimentary water in the hotel. They charge $5 for a water bottle

Property was very clean and new, would stay there again.

Pick up and drop off at the airport, comfortable place and clean

Highly recommended

This was a great hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the service was exceptional

Nothing dpecial

Friendly staff , easy parking , overall good experience.

Very clean and close to airport.

Very quiet. Newly renovated. Great comfy bed. Restaurant had great food and service. Definitely recommend

The stay was amazing, staff were really nice, clean rooms. Overall great stay

Very clean

Not recommended

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Room was modern, clean, and very cozy for a one night stay. Too bad I didn’t spend too many hours in it but I can say it lived up to standards. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating, in my case I asked for late checkout. They graciously gave me an extra 2 hour without extra fees. Also stored my bags for free until my flight departure time.

This was a layover stay and I guess it served its purpose. The Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal was very simple and bland. I guess I had higher expectations because the night prior to they we had stayed at the Hyatt Grand Hotel and that stay was over the top luxury. I felt that the Hyatt Airport Hotel in Montreal cut corners in terms of room experience. Also in front of the front desk there was vending machine and it really made the hotel look cheap. The hotel had a Resturant but it was over priced for what it was serving. I observed a lot of hotel guests ordered from Uber Eats which is what we ended up doing because it was expensive to eat at the hotel and food options limited. The only nice feature is the complimentary airport shuttle bus that is collectively shared with the Sheridan and Marriott Hotels. I guess I had high expectations for the Hyatt hotel and was disappointed how bland it was. I don’t think I would stay there for a layover next time.

Great hotel, Great staff.

First night-unfortunate to be placed in a room close to the ice station /machine. Too loud. 2nd night -had to move to a different room due to a malfunctioning AC at 6AM, 3rd night new room -too loud and they only did spit cleaning, we saw hair strands all over

Excellent for two days we spent stranded in the area (airline strike). Lovely, spacious room, excellent breakfast at attractive price. Shuttle (free) very convenient. Highly recommended.

Great staff and service

Excellent accommodation

Nice room
